I asked someone for help, and they were not helpful at all. I was shopping around and looking at various deals but had a question regarding something specific. I explained the situation that it's my kid who needs to use the bathroom. We have been to several Ross stores and most of the time if my kids want to use the bathroom they let them. In my opinion, in every rule there's always exemption. Adult can control their bladder, but kids can't or have hard time to control their bladder. The manager suggested to use "safeway bathroom." It is not right to use safeway bathroom if we dont buy anything, and why she suggested "safeway bathroom." People shop to the store and we suppose to get comforted at list to use their bathroom even just for children. So, I left all the stuff I suppose to buy and leave Ross store everett super disappointed.

However, I also noticed that their inventory turnover seems to be quite fast, so many products I saw on social media were no longer available. Nonetheless, it's still a great place to find good deals. I was able to check out efficiently, but the person who assisted me was a bit too persistent in trying to persuade me to apply for their credit card to get 10% off. Since I didn't shop much that day, it didn't feel necessary, and I had to say "no" twice. Parking was easy, as there is a parking lot.

I'm not in a pet store, I'm in a clothing store. If they are not working dogs then no, they should not be allowed in the store.
