I'll start by giving them credit where it is due, I came to this course many years ago and the range got a well deserved upgrade and the bar area looked like a great place to drink some beers after work and lastly the golf carts were impressive. However, I dont remember the course being this horrendous. I paid $91 for 2 small range buckets and two riders ($37 ea) for a tee time at 1306. As we approached the first hole it didn't look too bad except the "fairway" was in rough shape. Gopher holes everywhere; driving to the green I thought my clubs were going to fly off the cart with how much pot holes and bumps there were everywhere. Felt like I was legitimately 4-wheeling in Afghanistan. You'd be standing in the fairway feeling like you were hitting on concrete, almost breaking a wrist and taking a mouth full of dust as you take your swing. Horrendous conditions, as if you were playing in Afghanistan. As we went further along with the round, the quality of the course got significantly worse. Almost twisted my ankle as my foot got swallowed by gopher hole up to my mid shin. The greens also infuriated me, they looked nice from a distance but as you walk up you are met with geese shit everywhere. You also have to pound your golf ball harder than you would normally putt to over come the carpet like consistency at which the greens play. They also feel like they have a square footage of like 9 square feet, absolutely tiny greens and horrible pin placement. The name is extremely deceptive Whispering Lakes. Yea I guess a whisper of past lakes, the lake beds are dry or over taken by algae. Absolutely gnarly looking "lakes". I left the course feeling like I disrespected myself, my golf clubs, and my golf partner but we couldn't help to just keep laughing by how incredibly awful this experience was. The shop employees were very nice, grounds crew was very nice, and it seems like they're trying for sure. But this was a joke, the adjacent parks located next to the course looked like golf courses you know with actual grass, this just looked like a neglected and abandoned golf course if you could even call it that. If you have any self respect for yourself or for the sport of golf I wouldn't play a round of golf here unless you want to just hit balls and get belligerently drunk on the course in which case you'd probably have a blast whilst loosing a dozen noodle brand golf balls. Like I said driving range is nice, the container bar also looks very nice and I will say they had an excellent deal for a sleeve of golf balls and a hotdog for $5, that is an excellent deal for sure. I wouldn't come back, waste of time, course should be priced at $15 at most for a round of 18. $37 is highway robbery for such dog shit conditions.

Terrible course the fairways are trash greens aren't cut this is the worst course I've ever played they do not keep up with the course at all

Not my favorite Top Golf location. The one in Montebello is waaaaayyyy better!…read more Service was 4/10 - every single staff there either were exhausted from a long day of work or maybe just all having a bad day. They weren't rude - just didn't look happy working there. Not one person even made any attempts to try to pretend to act friendly. The vibe felt different than other Top Golf locations. Not sure if it could be the lack of service or maybe it was the area, but aside from the nice, breezy weather, the night felt off. Food? Another 4/10. We ordered a few shareable platters but the chicken and mac & cheese bites were cold and hard. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back.

Very disappointed with my experience at this Topgolf location…read more We arrived around 9 AM and this was not our first visit. A server started explaining how everything worked, and I told her directly that we had already been here multiple times and did not need the introduction. One thing that already made us uncomfortable from the beginning was how some servers constantly stand around the table waiting for tips. The atmosphere felt very pressured and uncomfortable instead of relaxed and welcoming. Later, I briefly used a vape in the outdoor second-floor area. There were no visible signs stating that vaping was prohibited there, and after being reminded, I stopped immediately. The real issue was how management handled the situation afterward. Assistant Manager Chelsea approached us in a confrontational manner and accused me of "talking to her employees like that," even though I never used offensive language or disrespected anyone. We were trying to file a complaint regarding Chelsea's behavior, but manager Bryan was extremely rude from the beginning. We were not yelling or causing any problems, yet he immediately told us to leave instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally. I later went to the front desk simply asking for Bryan's business card and the names of the employees involved for complaint purposes. Instead of professionally providing the information, Bryan threatened to call security and have me removed from the property. As we were leaving, Bryan also aggressively questioned whether I had paid the bill while holding the bill folder in his hand, even though I had already paid through the app. His attitude felt intimidating and completely unnecessary. What made the situation even worse was that my 10-year-old child was present during this entire incident and was emotionally affected by the aggressive behavior and threats from management. No family should have to experience that during what was supposed to be a normal outing. This was extremely unprofessional behavior from management. Managers are supposed to de-escalate situations and help customers, not threaten customers for requesting complaint information. A formal complaint has already been submitted to Topgolf corporate regarding Bryan, Chelsea, and the handling of this situation.

Honestly, this place is freaking awesome…read more I would definitely give this place more stars if I could. First, I would like to talk about the owner, he was not only a nice guy, but he had nothing short of awesome customer service. Getting to talk with him and him giving me a rundown of the place and have the equipment worked was extremely nice This place is super awesome whether it need to be a corporate event or you want to use it to watch the Super Bowl or host your party there this thing is nothing short of awesome with like 15 or 20 different games. You can play on the simulator. It's an awesome date night idea you can have drinks food you get your own personal space and for 20 bucks more you can even get the private room in the back . This place is 100% worth the money and we will absolutely be back.

Took the Family here last weekend bc why not? Usually we'd go to TopGolf but this place had other…read moregames to play & that interested my boys. We ended up booking a private room only bc website had it for same price as a regular suite. The guy there realized they made error but honored the booking price, cool. Once we went into room it pretty cool. We had a monster screen & a pool table & plenty of room plus we get to close the door & keep our outing private. Well that's when things got weird. After we were shown how to swap from game to game we proceeded to play various games & we realized the hard way that tho only game you should ever come here for is golf related games. Baseball, basketball, shooting, & archery weren't that good @ all bc computer wouldn't register our shots so Boo!! Then the guy kept coming into our private room without knocking randomly (3 times in total) & just looking around standing there which we thought was weird. That created an uncomfortable atmosphere & every time he left my boys were like why did he come in? Overall we're gonna just stick to TopGolf & look for other places to enjoy private Family time. Oh yeah, there no food or bar so you're only options are a vending machine which says $3 for an item & proceeds to charge you $5. Hope this helps anyone on deciding if they wanna try this place for the games on screen.

Experience: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Facility: 4.5/5…read more We booked our session through Groupon, which helped save a bit compared to regular pricing. Even with a reservation, it was quite busy the day we went, so there was still a check-in process to go through at the front. That said, everything was organized and moved along reasonably well considering the crowd. I've been to another K1 Speed location before, and this one definitely feels newer and cleaner. The facility is well-maintained, and the helmets were in good condition with no unpleasant odors -- something I really appreciated. The overall environment felt safe and modern. We brought a child with us and asked if it was possible to group them with other kids. The staff was very accommodating and explained the different kart ranges available for younger drivers. They made sure everything was age-appropriate while still keeping the experience fun. As for the track itself, it was exciting and well-designed. The karts were responsive, and the layout had enough turns and straightaways to keep things engaging without feeling overwhelming. Overall, a fun and energetic experience -- especially great for families -- and I'd definitely consider coming back again.

Imagine an experience so bad you finally download the yelp app…read more.. The food experience minus 1 star. Waiting 30 minutes for a pretzel and onion rings sucks, it especially sucks when the onion rings taste horrible and look just as bad. Its even worse that you ordered prior to a party arriving and yet they got at least two orders of wings and pizzas delivered before your food even hit the table. Install a notification system, minus 1 star. Waiting an hour and a half to ride is fine. Not being able to leave is the problem. Its 2026 and you can't have a push notification system for guest....maybe its better with a reservation but living over an hour away and with California's traffic its not something that can be guaranteed for some. It wouldn't be fair to not review the actual thing people come here for. The racing is fun and exciting. Course is done well. Plus 1 star.
