After seeing some of the other places to stay in Eureka Springs, I am so glad I booked this. Being out of town and away from the noise is a HUGE plus for staying here. Perfect for couples who want to be alone and stay in comfort! The owners are friendly, knowledgeable about the area, available if you need anything but are behind the scenes and not noticeable. This is the only place I would suggest staying after seeing the other options in town!

WARNING TO WOMEN AND LGBTQ! DO NOT STAY HERE! We were harassed and treated with such aggression…read moreand threatening behavior that I want to warn everyone about this place, especially women. My partner went to the desk to add a night on to our stay but was accused of lying about how long we had a pet on the property. The young man at the front desk followed her back to the room, tried to enter the room while I was not fully dressed and in the bathroom, told us to leave immediately at 9:30am or he was calling the police. He sat on the stoop next to our door to survey us getting all our belongings out in a hurry. I asked him why he was there and asked him to leave multiple times. He didn't leave. He wouldn't leave. He wasn't making sense when we tried to reason with him. We left the property in such stress and in a huge hurry because we were fleeing. It was traumatic and violating and they should be reported to the police, the city, the BBB and especially any women who would consider staying here. We plan to take action but wanted to write a review quickly so others could be warned. Also it's important that women know - It's a highly surveyed hotel, with cameras obviously outside. The employee evicted us, and monitored us threateningly at the door of our room the entire time we were trying to pack up, brush our teeth, change out of pajamas, etc.... He would not leave (I asked him multiple times to leave) and the door was open often because we were frantically getting our belongings out. I felt like he was trying to see me in a state of undress because he evicted us when I was obviously in my house clothes, then tried to enter the room and also stood at the door while we were vacating. We were also nervous about his presence because we had valuables. I am absolutely 100% sure this would not have happened to two men staying in their hotel.

I contacted Dave at Eureka Sunset Cabins and he contacted the vendor and arranged for my refund; which he did not have to do. I am incredibly impressed with Dave and his exemplary customer service. Eventually, I will be able to thank him in person and enjoy a visit to Eureka Springs and Eureka Sunset Cabins.

Check in was a breeze. I love online booking. Our spot #15 was perfect for our small camper. It was a bit unlevel, but that's normal with gravel, and in the Ozarks! The amenities are great. We were impressed with the option to fill your propane tanks on site! And $5 a bundle of wood for the perfect little fire in the fire pit was very reasonable when some charge way more. They are also a trolley stop, which is nice if you don't want to fight with parking downtown. I highly recommend and next time, we will bring our pups, since it's very dog friendly!

If the cabin I stayed in is any indication of the level of their plans, you will have an amazing time there! The cabin was comfortable and very clean. The kitchenette was also very clean. The cooking utensils were sparkling! You can tell the pride in ownership by the care and maintenance of the campground. They have pull through and back in sites with 30 and 50 amps sites with full hookups! The views from the platform and boat dock areas are not to be missed. The views from your jet ski and boats are definitely not to be missed! Beaver Lake is large, beautiful, and very clear while refreshing to have a swim! You may even see a bald eagle or two checking out the area! The tent area is on the lower grounds closer to the lake! A major plus is not having a mosquito problem anywhere! Especially close to the lake! The pool is clear and offers a place for the family to enjoy and relax after your day around the area. The general store is always well stocked for anything you may have left behind that you need or want. They are Veteran friendly! If you need anything special, don't hesitate to ask for it. It is a quiet place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The owners are always ready to help! I highly recommend this campground to anyone!

Been coming up here for around 6years for the nearby sites, fishing on the lake as well as the nearby mountain bike trails and competition. The grill is also right next to the cabin. It's so cute and comfortable, we love it here. The owners are super friendly and so kind. This is typically and 14+ only property and she graciously allowed us to bring our kids (9 and 10), because it was the slower season. We got in late and she even offered to make my kids an extra bed! It's a little secluded, which we really liked. You do have to drive a little to get to some of the more touristy areas, but we knew that, and we thought it was nice. It was lovely being away from the more trafficked areas at night and sitting on the deck looking at the stars. We were there for four nights, and our check-in was completely remote and easy. We received detailed instructions via email, including where to find the key. It was very private, which was perfect. The rooms are not cleaned during your stay, unless you call and request it, but that is all explained in the provided instructions. There was a phone number where we could call if we wanted fresh towels or anything else, but we were fine using the same ones, so we didn't need to call for anything. This is important because, while there is an office, it was always locked and we never saw anyone there. You have to call if you need anything. The photos on the website look gorgeous, but they also look like they might have been taken a long time ago. The place could do with a little updating, but it was clean. The bathroom is tiny - just barely big enough for a sink, toilet, and shower, but no tub. If you want a bath, you have to use the jacuzzi in the middle of the living room/kitchen/bedroom (kind of awkward placement, to be honest). Our only maintenance issues were minor. The blinds on the front window were broken, so we just left them closed while we were there. Also, the toilet stopped flushing after our first day. The chain inside the tank broke, so we just had to take the lid off and flush it manually. We could have called them to fix these things while we were there, but we didn't want to take a chance on them coming at an inconvenient time, so we just left a note when we left.

The people are extremely nice and helpful. The cabins are always clean and ready. I real enjoy going because I get the chants to disconnect from everything and relax. The Lake and the scenery is beautiful.
