I get that, but an immediate phone call back would have been appreciated.

We have just departed from four amazing days in The Barn. This place is absolutely gorgeous and stunning. A perfect place to unwind and get away for a relaxing, quiet vacation. The barn has a loft bedroom, a private indoor hot tub and fully equipped kitchen. The bed, in particular, was a dreamy experience with the biggest mattress topper we have ever encountered. There is a separate billiard room with a big screen TV. When we arrived, there was super relaxing music playing and a mister with essential oils creating the perfect, soothing scent. The Barn is the last cabin after two gorgeous, spring-fed ponds which made for a quiet, secluded experience. We will absolutely be back again and again to try all of their cabins in the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

Lord I wish I had been born in this barn! The decor is lovely, but wait, there is a room just for a pool table. No that's not all, a giant room with a 6 person hot tub. Yes for 3 days I said welcome to my hot tub room. I hope you guys get a chance to stay here at least once. C'mon in, the waters fine.

They have a very small "coat closet". No stove or dishwasher. They have a deck and it is a shared deck, their is another rental below the 1 room rental above. The tenants below must walk through the deck to get below. The deck has chairs and a table, however they have carpenter bees that leave saw dust on the table constantly. It's ok if you are spending 1 night max. Frankly, not as pictured or really described. We spent 5 nights not worth the money. Minimal amenities no iron,no ironing board,few dishes very small bathroom. So, if your looking for a one nighter then I would say ok. The AC unit is loud and woke us up every time it kicked on. They have no couch 1 small chair in the "bedroom" and 2 table chairs behind the vanity. Poorly set up. We will not rent again. Pictures on sight are deceptive. Here are some pictures we took.

We quickly tried to book on AirBnB and didn't find a place we liked. We ended up on Booking.com and found this little gem. The treehouses are very quaint. They are a nice cross between old school Victorian styling with modern amenities like deep tubs with jets, very comfortable beds, flat screen TVs and comfortable patio furniture. The unit we're in is small-ish, but a perfect size for us. Though the breakfast is up at the main lodge, it's a quick drive, or a longish uphill walk for those who like some exercise in the morning. The breakfast was very tasty. We walked into town in about 10-15 minutes. It's uphill a little bit, but it's a gradual grade. At night it was very quiet. We slept amazing. A special shout out to Pat who helped us get into the proper unit. The online booking was wrong, but she straightened us out immediately and got us into a unit more appropriate for us and our 2.5 year old (Unit #6). We did get to checkout one of the smaller units and though too small for our family, would be a great little retreat for a couple. It's pretty obvious these are the Treehouses when driving by, but it'd be nice if there was an easier to see sign out front. Especially when approaching from the north. Pat gave me great directions, so we found them pretty easily. The "second-chance-bridge" into the property wasn't open, but it was easy to turn around and take the bridge on Main St.

I contacted Dave at Eureka Sunset Cabins and he contacted the vendor and arranged for my refund; which he did not have to do. I am incredibly impressed with Dave and his exemplary customer service. After seeing some of the other places to stay in Eureka Springs, I am so glad I booked this. Being out of town and away from the noise is a HUGE plus for staying here. Perfect for couples who want to be alone and stay in comfort! The owners are friendly, knowledgeable about the area, available if you need anything but are behind the scenes and not noticeable. We drove 4 hours home and she has zero sympathy. She said we should have phoned her at midnight.... To?? Come kill wasps with me? No thanks. I don't want to stay in any of your lodging. Scary!!! Had to leave $30 worth of groceries because we were getting wasps diving at our head. This woman is greedy. I asked her repeatably to do the right thing.
