I contacted Dave at Eureka Sunset Cabins and he contacted the vendor and arranged for my refund; which he did not have to do. I am incredibly impressed with Dave and his exemplary customer service. Eventually, I will be able to thank him in person and enjoy a visit to Eureka Springs and Eureka Sunset Cabins.

The people that work there were so freaking friendly and nice it made it so enjoyable for us. Right when we checked in they guided us to the campsite and helped us park our RV. They then gave us a lot of brochures for points of interest and attractions around the campground and even offered to build us a fire pit. Who does that?! They do because they know what hospitality is. Throughout our whole stay they checked in on us periodically to make sure we were having a good time and asked if we needed anything. This is a small campground with somewhat small campsites. There's enough room for parking large RVs, but the one thing I would say is that the campsites were a little narrow where we actually had to eat and set up a fire in front of our RV. We could not extend out the awning, but that wasn't a big deal for us. The campground was very peaceful, serene, and natural, with lots of stars out at night. The picnic tables were amazing and if any true camper knows, that is very important. They have good LTE coverage in the campground, but their Wi-Fi is slow. It works, but it's slow. Again if you have a good mobile phone carrier the LTE coverage is good. One crazy thing about this place, and I mean this in a good way, is that they have canoes and kayaks you can borrow.All you have to do is request a day and a time and a location and they will bring the canoes and kayaks out to you and then you can paddle around one of Northwest Arkansas's beautiful lakes. That was a game changer for us because we had kids who love to swim and paddle and this made the experience even better. I highly highly recommend this place for a camping trip in Northwest Arkansas. It was a great location, central to a lot of points of interest in attractions and the people there were so so so friendly.

Unfortunately our visit this week disappointed. I will say that because of a problem in the original room we booked they did upgrade us to one of the larger apartments. When we arrived there wasn't anyone around even though their office sign said open. We even came back later and still no one there. They did answer our call as they were away from the property. The accommodations were clean and comfortable but the big disappointment was the food. We have stayed at many B&Bs and one of the highlights were the extraordinary breakfast that were served and many provided an evening desert. We were totally unimpressed with the thin slice of store bought pumpkin roll the evening we arrived and the second night they failed to bring a desert at all. The first morning breakfast wasn't horrible, but not impressive, biscuits and gravy and 2 pear slices. It is the second breakfast that stunned us. It was a small sausage patty, a flour tortilla folded over with Nutella in it and sliced bananas on top. We always have enjoyed our B&B stays and one of the reasons for our choosing to book a B&B is the enjoyment of a great breakfast. I've read reviews of others touting the breakfast so don't know what happened. Don't think we will have a return visit.

The price is just right for not being too close to downtown, but close enough. It was about a 5 minute drive from the wedding reception. The cottage is so cute, with a vintage looking mini fridge, a coffee maker, and eclectic decor. It definitely fits in with the Eureka springs vibes. I did get to partake in the campfires because we were so busy, but I loved the option and the firewood was there ready to go. I chatted with the owners some before we left, and they were just the nicest people. We will for sure be back and next time I am making s'mores over the campfire!

It isn't a big resort style mega hotel that strives to be 5 stars...in fact, it runs screaming in the opposite direction of corporate branding and upselling. It is a small, modern, tasteful bit of the picturesque and quintessential American Roadtrip inn. The rooms are color coordinated, clean, and thoughtfully friendly to both the guest and environment (and high quality without attacking the pocketbook!). And, while I checked in late, the owner brought us to the room, explained everything, pointed everything out, and was simply the nicest owner I have met outside of small towns in Europe! What was planned to be a roadtrip with eldest kiddo has turned out to be a magnet, and I hope to return to this beautiful part of the US and FIVE STAR accommodations as soon as possible.

They have a very small "coat closet". No stove or dishwasher. They have a deck and it is a shared deck, their is another rental below the 1 room rental above. The tenants below must walk through the deck to get below. The deck has chairs and a table, however they have carpenter bees that leave saw dust on the table constantly. It's ok if you are spending 1 night max. Frankly, not as pictured or really described. We spent 5 nights not worth the money. Minimal amenities no iron,no ironing board,few dishes very small bathroom. So, if your looking for a one nighter then I would say ok. The AC unit is loud and woke us up every time it kicked on. They have no couch 1 small chair in the "bedroom" and 2 table chairs behind the vanity. Poorly set up. We will not rent again. Pictures on sight are deceptive. Here are some pictures we took.

There is definitely plenty to do in the area! We stayed for a fall weekend in cabin 3, which was nice and clean. There were 2 king beds, one in the loft and one in a separate bedroom downstairs. There was an Eden air portable heater that did a fantastic job adding supplemental heat, and a box fan if needed. There was a nice fireplace with wood provided. There was also a heating and cooling unit in the main room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, coffee, coffee grinder, coffee maker, and some spices. The bathroom was a great size with a little shower and a nice big Jacuzzi tub, which we definitely took advantage of! It was well stocked with towels, washcloths, bar soap, and soap/shampoo in the shower. There was a fantastic deck out back with plenty of seating and a great view to the great outdoors. Each cabin had a picnic table and small grill outside. There was a nice large fire pit area with plenty of seating in the center of the shared space, and the pool looks like a delightful place to spend time in the summer. We could not have asked for a better host! Sheryl was very welcoming and willing to help us figure out things to do in the area that fit our interests.

We were in Eureka Springs for a family wedding, which meant we needed lots of space. My Aunt and Uncle have been coming here for nearly 30 years and typically stay in the "Texaco Garage" space that sits right next door. Since this spot holds up to 11 - and could easily accommodate more, it was perfect. The decor is very eclectic, and also very comfortable. Because it's quite old - probably built in the 20's - there are creaks and squeaks, and an overall dusty smell due to all of the nick naks, rugs, and vintage furniture. It very much has the feel of a lake or beach house - without the close proximity to water. Overall, it is a solid 4 stars for sheer space and proximity to all the amazing things Eureka Springs has to offer. In combination with the space next door, it would be perfect for a family reunion or big group weekend escape. As the 2 rental spaces share a common back yard and parking space, it would be great for BBQ's or family cookouts. It may not be for everyone, but if you have a large group and are looking for good space at a reasonable price, this may be to spot for you!

The house could be so great, but it was so dirty and neglected. There was water damage that was large and very visible. Large holes in closets. Lots of live spiders upstairs. Dead bugs under the sink in the bathrooms. This is just a sample of the issues. I was honestly embarrassed that I chose this place. Two of the rooms upstairs weren't even used because they were afraid of the bugs and the one light fixture was so dirty. I had to stay upstairs in one of the rooms with my husband and three year old. It wasn't a pleasant experience and my son ended up with a bite on his cheek one morning. I hope they fix this great house up. In the meantime I would find some place else to stay unless you like dirt and bugs. :)
