I contacted Dave at Eureka Sunset Cabins and he contacted the vendor and arranged for my refund; which he did not have to do. I am incredibly impressed with Dave and his exemplary customer service. We have just departed from four amazing days in The Barn. This place is absolutely gorgeous and stunning. A perfect place to unwind and get away for a relaxing, quiet vacation. The barn has a loft bedroom, a private indoor hot tub and fully equipped kitchen. The bed, in particular, was a dreamy experience with the biggest mattress topper we have ever encountered. There is a separate billiard room with a big screen TV. When we arrived, there was super relaxing music playing and a mister with essential oils creating the perfect, soothing scent. The Barn is the last cabin after two gorgeous, spring-fed ponds which made for a quiet, secluded experience. We will absolutely be back again and again to try all of their cabins in the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

We quickly tried to book on AirBnB and didn't find a place we liked. We ended up on Booking.com and found this little gem. The treehouses are very quaint. They are a nice cross between old school Victorian styling with modern amenities like deep tubs with jets, very comfortable beds, flat screen TVs and comfortable patio furniture. The unit we're in is small-ish, but a perfect size for us. Though the breakfast is up at the main lodge, it's a quick drive, or a longish uphill walk for those who like some exercise in the morning. The breakfast was very tasty. We walked into town in about 10-15 minutes. It's uphill a little bit, but it's a gradual grade. At night it was very quiet. We slept amazing. A special shout out to Pat who helped us get into the proper unit. The online booking was wrong, but she straightened us out immediately and got us into a unit more appropriate for us and our 2.5 year old (Unit #6). We did get to checkout one of the smaller units and though too small for our family, would be a great little retreat for a couple. It's pretty obvious these are the Treehouses when driving by, but it'd be nice if there was an easier to see sign out front. Especially when approaching from the north. Pat gave me great directions, so we found them pretty easily. The "second-chance-bridge" into the property wasn't open, but it was easy to turn around and take the bridge on Main St.

They have treehouses, castles, caves/hobbit holes and Harry Potter themed rooms. All are separate and detached from each other - behind a gate. We stayed in a hobbit hole (you go down concrete steps - built into the earth) It had a king-sized bed, fireplace, refrigerator, microwave, couch with ottoman, jacuzzi tub, outside sitting area, large closet, and a view out to the woods (below the higher ground level) on the only side of the 4 "walls" that's not totally underground - where we saw a deer. Very relaxing and romantic place that is a short drive to the Eureka Springs attractions. It is enough off route 62 that you truly feel remote - it was quiet.

We ended up staying because I paid the 800 bucks . i would have gotten a refund anyway! no refund policy. During the time I'm am writing this I found two more baby roaches. SMDH !

They have a very small "coat closet". No stove or dishwasher. They have a deck and it is a shared deck, their is another rental below the 1 room rental above. The tenants below must walk through the deck to get below. The deck has chairs and a table, however they have carpenter bees that leave saw dust on the table constantly. It's ok if you are spending 1 night max. Frankly, not as pictured or really described. We spent 5 nights not worth the money. Minimal amenities no iron,no ironing board,few dishes very small bathroom. So, if your looking for a one nighter then I would say ok. The AC unit is loud and woke us up every time it kicked on. They have no couch 1 small chair in the "bedroom" and 2 table chairs behind the vanity. Poorly set up. We will not rent again. Pictures on sight are deceptive. Here are some pictures we took.
