    SCAM!!! Thank god I paid with my credit card and they…read morerecovered my money after reviewing the evidence. Now, they continue their unethical behavior, lying even tho I have laid out all the evidence for every one to see! They should be ashamed and apologizing right now. At least now this complaint, as well as the other bad reviews she already has on BBB, are going to stay there for everyone to be warned. Even though business pay a fee to get accreditation from BBB they still can become ineligible if enough people report them, so always file your complaints. I have all the phone calls and all the proof that they are the negligent ones, I spent 20 days dealing with this bird, begging them to step in, paying for vet bills, not sleeping. They lied about the bird, the food he was eating, and only after threatening with lawyers they took the bird back but let it die and then refused to give me my money back! They should have taken care of this bird from the day they were made aware that they had messed up (a few days after I had him) which I also have the moment this happened it on a recorded conversation. Instead "Urban" instructed me to run before "it dies" to the vet to "save the bird" I invite you to read my complete essay on BBB, look at all the documents and pictures and you be the judge of who's lying here. It's a shame I can't post phone call conversations here. Like I said I have several phone recordings and videos that prove -they know -they are lying. At this point I'm going to be reporting them for animal cruelty as well. Because by their actions I can clearly see they are not going to change.

From the start, communication was disorganized. I had already sent in my dogs' vaccine records, yet I was asked to resend them because staff couldn't access the email address I was originally told to use. This was frustrating and felt like an unnecessary waste of time. When I picked up my dogs, several issues raised serious concerns for me. Their bed was returned broken, some of their toys were missing, none of their food was given back, and all of their treats were untouched which made me question what level of care they actually received during their stay. For a bill of nearly $900 for just three and a half days, I expected far better. What made the situation worse was the lack of urgency in addressing these concerns. Days went by without resolution, leaving me feeling that my time and my dogs' well-being were not valued. This was not the experience I anticipated, and based on what happened, I cannot recommend this facility. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously, because no pet owner should have to feel this way after trusting a business with their animals.
