1 Star I dropped my…read moredog off at 11:30 AM for a 12 PM appointment. I called multiple times throughout the day and no one ever answered. At 3:30 PM, I was told they needed one more hour. I returned at 4:30 and my dog still wasn't ready. I had to leave to pick up my mother from the airport, so they handed him back unfinished. He was there for about five hours, there was zero communication, and they still charged $80 me for an incomplete service. Very unprofessional. I won't be returning. Don't waste your time.

The only reason I'm not giving one star is because the front desk lady was very apologetic and didn't make me pay. Will never be bringing my pup back here.
