Took my Pomeranian today for the first time to this Grooming Parlor. She is 4 years old and I adopted her in April 2022. Was so excited to pick her up and see what a fantastic job they did. They were professional and caring. They .listened to my expectations and exceeded on every level. Gracie was happy and I was so pleased to finally find a groomer who was fantastic. Took my family member On Saturday 4/20/19. I have taken him there for years never really happy with the cut . Uneven and patchy but I don't like to do change with him and I just deal with it . Well this trip was it . When I picked him up I realized he was being himself . Besides the subpar cut something else was wrong . I pulled over and my poor family member was raw all my his hind quarters and private area . I return expressed my Dissatisfaction and was told to come back in . But god only knows this would have not turned out very well . So I left as I wanted to get him home call my vet and see how I could make him feel better . Upon driving home the person who answered the phone told me he was the one who shaved him and was like it was no big deal he inflicted severe pain t my family member . The person who shaved him was and old guy with grey hair . For what it's worth ! I only thank my god for allowing me not to go back and perhaps show the grey hired guy what he did and maybe shave him ! I was crying all the way home and I felt ashamed as I felt I let my family member down . So if you want to take a family member there think twice !! I have taken my dog here for years. I understand it's under new ownership. I called to make an appointment for Saturday for haircut and bath for my dog, told to come in at 10, I when would she be finished as I have to work in the afternoon. I was told she would be done between 1-1:30. I drop my dog off speak to front desk explain again I need to go to work at 2 what time would she be done. oh No problem she'll be done by 12:30. I call at 1:15 and was told she's next in line for a bath! what!! I have to be at work soon. when will sh be done. another hour and half maybe 2 hours. No I have to work. no they give her just a haircut won't finish in time. do I want to reschedule? I say I'm just going to pick her up. as I'm driving they call and offer to start shaving her but they can't guarantee sh will be done in time. so that was their solution. they had my dog in a cage since 10 am. RUN from this place if this is the type of service a long time customer gets. read more

I brought my dog in here for the first time Saturday. I was told the $50 includes his hair, ears, nails,and analysis glands. I added the teeth cleaning for an additional $3 dollars. I dropped him off at 12pm thinking it'd be a couple of hours (that's how most of the groomers I've gone to are). I ended up calling them around 4pm to find out his status. They said to me he'd be done within the hour. They then stated, "oh by the way, the groomer accidentally cut him a little". Well I thought it was minor the way they said it to me. Nope, worse than I thought. I got there and it was the size of a pinky nail! The groomer came in and explained what happen, and the manager offered me a $12 discount. I went home and kept an eye on the cut for two days. The owner did call too see how he was, and when I told her he needed to be looked at, she recommended me to her vet. I took him in that day,and the vet told me he needed to keep him because he needed stitches. Needless to say, he got three stitches, is on antibiotics, and pain meds because of all of this. Oh did I mention the vet was nice enough to cut my dogs nails down more and squeeze his anal glands because it wasn't done in the first place at the groomers. read more

I took my cat and dog, they are both very old. They did an amazing job and were gentle. The cat is a Persian and that hair is not easy to deal with. They did a fantastic job on both and were affordable and kept in touch with me. I have already referred them because I was totally impressed. Thank you Dirty Dog! read more

Will not be taking my dog back. Used them with my dogs and stopped going because the dogs didn't feel or smell clean. It was as if the dogs were clipped dirty. I went back last year because I have a new dog and the dog and my regular groomer didn't get along so I went back to dirty dog and regularly going for a year. This week was my last time. The dog didn't smell clean and for 58 dollars!!! read more

Worst dog groomer ever!! They don't listen to what you want when you explain the cut, they do what they want. They butchered my dog and prior to that they cut my other dogs ear and never called just went and had it fixed. Was made to pay full price, and take my dog to my vet and get antibiotics and more care. Dog owners beware. STAY AWAY!! read more

I've brought my doggy here twice and every time I pick her up I am so happy with the outcome. For Halloween we dropped her off and when we picked her up she had the cutest halloween bandana on with a creepy spider to add to the Halloween theme. Everyone was complimenting what a beautiful dog she is. They are so affordable. It was twenty dollars for a nail clipping, bath and dry, and anal glands. Also I love that when I pick her up she does not leave scared or shaky (chihuahuas are the best at this). She leaves just as happy as when she was dropped off. The way they talk to the dogs is so friendly, and calming. My dog gets scared of other dogs easily so this is really important to me! It just seems like they really love animals here. read more

While cutting my dogs hair, the clippers stopped working and I couldn't continue. I took my dog to dirty dog and they gladly said they would finish the job..a few hours later I go to pick up my dog and walk out the door, upon getting into the car I noticed hair patches all over the dog, I took her back in to point out the missed clippings and they guy replied, "well you tried to do it yourself." Yeah and that's why I took her to you!! Then after another hour wait time the haircut was mediocre and not correctly what was advertised. It was not worth 65 dollars and they refused to work with me even though time was an issue. read more
