We usually have a good experience at Which Wich, but the day we visited was simply the definition of untrained employees. Ordered a few sandwiches, which took 20+ minute) and an order of fries. Simple enough, right? Well, sandwiches finally come out and wife asks about the fries. Was told they will be out in a few minutes. 10 min later I ask. Was told the fryer is broken, by the same employee my wife spoke to, but will be fixed. Another 10 min go by and I ask again. A different employee tells me the fryer is broken and why did I order fries. (Let that sink in) I go back to the cashier who took my order and ask for a refund for the fries. She said, sure, the fryer is broken, so i can get a refund. My question is why she didn't tell me the fryer was broken when taking my order. More curious is why she would ask me if cash refund in OK.
