Located in Block 37, commuters can catch a decent variety of sandwiches for lunch. This intimate fast food place is close to the red and blue cta train lines. There's meatball, tuna, lamb gyros, and a host of other sandwiches. Staff are wearing masks.

Every time I do the survey for the free cookie (same guy when I dropped my shake n the cup cracked didn't want to give me another cup)at the register says they don't honor it. He reads the receipt aloud like he's unaware of what they offer on there sales receipt .. I gave this location a good review on the survey that they said if you do it I will receive a free cookie now there not honoring it at all I was told to speak to a manager and I'm on my lunch break and there's never one there when I come . So I'll be doing the survey again giving my experience today 1/27/23. I ordered the steak sandwich. It was disgusting the meat could've been more done the bell peppers should've been cooked not raw and they forgot the Mayo. I probably want order this again.. Yuck. I wasn't even going to write this but I had time today

Speaks for itself.

I'll take the Turkey sandwich with extra clip. Accidents happen and when you're moving fast, it's easy for shit to happen. But this is ridiculous.

I ordered the famous "wicked" sandwich from here and was very unimpressed. 5 meats but the disclaimer should be theres barely any of them on there. I added spicy brown mustard, peppers and pickles which was a nice touch. The service was pretty fast and nice but my sandwich was not up to par. The meats were very skimpy. My sandwich had the potential to be good if it was a full sandwich and not just vegetables and bread. I don't think I will ever come back to this location or any other Which Wich and I will continue to get my sandwiches from potbelly.

Really disappointed. Ordered from here for the 1st time and got the "Wicked" with pepper jack, provolone, and cheddar cheese. What I got was some bread with 3 slices of super thinly cut pepperoni, one piece of undercooked bacon, 1 thin slice each of turkey, roast beef, and provolone. No ham and 2 of the 3 cheeses were missing. It was a sad looking sandwich that wasn't dressed at all (no lettuce, tomatoes or sauce). The pepperoni overwhelmed the entire sandwich. Maybe it is a more balanced sandwich if there actually is enough ham, turkey, roast beef, and 3 cheeses along with being properly dressed. Don't know. Friend had the Cobb salud wrap and it looked ok and she seemed to like it. Ordered 2 sprites and received 2 mountain dews.

Got the BLT sandwich here. Honestly, one of the best BLT sandwiches I've ever had. But to be honest I don't think it's that worth it to spend like $10 on a sandwich that wasn't super big. Will be more of a rare treat and craving kind of place, not a regular in-the-rotation kind of place.

Crazy sandwich bowl!

Which wich? What? Who wha where? Which wich has a weird name, but it's accurate. You come in here, and you're given a choice of which wich you want. Meanwhile, nobody mentions that probably the best way to get your wich is by it not being a wich, and having it be a bowl. That's apparently unspoken but regulars here will tell you that in an instant. What do I like about which wich? You get absolutely anything and everything you want on your salad. What don't I like about which wich? Well, it's not really a sandwich at that point. I do dig some of the specific options that make a lot of sense and/or add flavor, namely that you can add horseradish and/or ground red pepper and/or spice as desired. Sadly, these named ingredients are far more rare than they should be at most places. This is worth checking out, but it isn't exactly my favorite place to go. It's also too far from my work location, so for me personally I probably won't go here often.

Had the chicken sandwich from this location along with the black pepper and salt chips and a salad selection. The sandwich was wrapped nicely in paper and then in foil. The tomatoes could have been fresher so that is why I gave this three stars. I would have enjoyed the sandwich better.

Yummy tasty sandwiches and a fun "write on a bag" system. Vegetarian friendly, creative, and we wish we had one in Boston!

Great food, very cool and unique way to chose the way your sandwich is made. Cool employees, great food, good prices.

We were recommended to come here by our hotel, "if you can get a table." We figured since it was…read more2:30 on a Friday, it couldn't be that hard. Well. There was an hour long wait but the bar is open seating and, as in most bars, everyone sat one seat apart, but we got lucky and snagged two adjacent barstools. The restaurant is large and interesting to look at. Service is friendly. The menu is brief, but I'm guessing everything on it is delicious! We had just arrived in Chicago and assumed we had been referred to a Chicago-style pizza place. Nope! This place has "tavern-style" (extreme thin crust) and artisan (wood-fired style). We ordered the artisan with the margherita pizza and the Sunday salad. The kale Caesar looked really good too. The Sunday salad was a 4x elevated version of the Olive Garden salad that we all pretend we don't love. (Don't let me lose you at Olive Garden; I do not eat at Olive Garden.) it had incredibly fresh baby gem lettuce, delicious Italian dressing, salami, garbanzo beans, cherry tomatoes, fennel (I think), ditalini pasta, and probably cheese of some kind. Very flavorful, fresh and delish! And it was large! IMHO, a great pizza must have the foundations of a great crust-wood-fired crispy on the outside, light and chewy inside---and a delicious sauce. Zarella's dit the bill on both! I imagine whatever pizza you get it will be superb, but I'm partial to the red sauce. Def worth trying!

Love the vibe here. Modern and warm pizza spot in Chicago…read more Service was nice and friendly. Food was absolutely delicious and shareable. We ordered two savers style pizzas for a group of three. This is a place that certainly merits the appreciation for the space. I heard there's a speakeasy?

Kari's Rating 8/10…read more As someone who is always at This Portillo is considering it's very close to where I live, it was decently busy this Sunday evening around 7:30. There was a large cluster of individuals in line to use the kiosk because they seem too scared to talk to a human-even though there's absolutely no line to talk to the women up front. It's kind of sad realize how antisocial people have become but also, I know it's beneficial to use a kiosk for the company because they're getting really fast data results, people tend to add more of their order because they're not being watched and they're able to do it in an antisocial way. Honestly, it's actually really fascinating. This place is always busy so as normal, we waited for about 20 minutes. It's OK, it looked like they were a little bit short staffed as 95% of the population of the restaurant was waiting in line. It's usually backed up at this location as it's super busy and very popular but tonight, I can't tell if it's because they're just backed up, or if no one can hear the number because they use those funny one liners after each number which makes it harder to hear the actual number called. I think this location-as it is mostly a tourist spot-is usually very clean. Tonight, it was not. I think it might've just been that one table around us, but whoever sat there before the fries were all strewn about and the sauces were all over the table cloths and there were napkins everywhere, and it just looked kind of bad. Since it's not normally like this, I figured it just was a one off or it might've just happened.

This place is wild. From the ordering system to the wonderful lady calling out the orders ready,…read moreit's a food hall trip. And the French, er, Italian Beef, outstanding, even with all the hype. And I can't compare it to the others, I can only compare it to the French, sorry, yea, French dips I've had everywhere else. Great. HOWEVER....the chocolate cake shake stole the show! Period. Yes, definitely worth a stop here when in Chicago.
