Looking beyond that the dealer said the would give me a good value for my trade, which they did. They said the would expertly clean they car inside and out. The agreed upon price was $98k. I contemplated the deal over lunch nearby. One problem is I found the exact same car listed online on carguru for $10k less than they had on the sticker. Why would they try to sell me a car for $10k than they are advertising it for online? I have attached the carguru link. Obviously I passed. The search continues....

Caveat emptor: this will be fairly detailed…read more I bought a used 2015 Porsche GT3 from JLC earlier this summer. Aside from the actual *pricing*, it should be noted that the experience left much to be desired. Here's why... I've bought my last three (3) vehicles from out of state. Call it what you will, but everything, especially cars, tend to go for a bit of a premium here. Hence, JLC being located in FL wasn't really a deterrent as I'm used to doing everything over the phone or online and covering the bases with a well-executed PPI, or pre-purchase inspection. If I'm able to distill my experience with JLC down to one area of dissatisfaction, it's this: they aren't true to their word and they over-promised and under-delivered in virtually every aspect of the process. #1: I was told--no promised--that the GT3, a car whose value is inherently sensitive to "high" miles or additional mileage--was going to be flat-bedded en route to it's two (2) pre-purchase inspections, or PPIs, that *I* paid for upfront. I only found out, after being given the service notes from The Collection in Coral Gables along with the corresponding mileage, that it had been driven around am additional ~80 miles from the time I put down my good faith deposit/earnest money to the time the car was pre-purchase inspected. #2: JLC insisted upon me shipping out my trade-in vehicle, a sweet 2016 Alfa Romeo 4C, prior to finalizing the numbers. I wasn't entirely comfortable with this but they informed me that if I had any discomfort with the deal, they would ship me back my trade-in vehicle on their dime, no questions asked. Free and clear to back out of the deal at any point in the process, they said...okkkkk. They also insisted upon me shipping out my Alfa Romeo 4C on open transport. Here's what happened to the vehicle with the shipper/transport they contracted with (please see accompanying photo!). This damage, extensive as it was, essentially precluded me from getting my car back in one piece "no questions asked" should I want out of the deal or want to back out, right. I mean, their shipping company totally wrecked the hood of the car. ONE THING TO NOTE: If you look at Jumbo Luxury Car's listing (which has since been removed but whose archives remain) and the accompanying AutoCheck report for my Alfa Romeo 4C, the very same one that was damaged big-time during shipment, there is absolutely ZERO indication of that damage anywhere either in the write up or AutoCheck or Carfax. That, dear friends, is highly suspect if not downright deceptive. See, I'm not making things up! #3: Timeline for the run-around May 8th - Wire confirmed initiated and received (email sent and received) by Jumbo May 13th - USPS tracking number for title for Alfa Romeo provided as requested for shipment of vehicle May 15th - [REDACTED] emails me saying he now needs to *receive* the title in order for it to be shipped out, a different requirement than previously indicated, thereby further delaying everything. May 20th - Vehicle picked up at JLC in Florida for transport by Gorban Transport to California May 27th (MEMORIAL DAY) - Vehicle arrives at destination with undisclosed damage (four noticable scratches) not previously indicated and for which I did not initial upon receiving the vehicle. They subsequently paid to have two (2) out of the four buffed and paint-corrected but they cheaped out on it and it's still visible. Please see the attached photos of what their transport company did to my trade-in vehicle and for which they said they would "ship it back" on "their dime" no questions asked. Then, look at their online listing for this very same car and the lack of damage report. Although I was especially upset about them *driving* my car around an additional ~80 miles after being assured it would be flat-bedded transported and *never* driven, every other detail and concern was also handled in a haphazard way and they significantly over-promised and under-delivered on the timelines, impacting me receiving the vehicle in a reasonable timeframe.

I was very indecisive on which car to get because I wanted a new but also affordable vehicle that I can pay. I went to about 10 different dealerships for 3 months and this one was the only one that listened to every request, was super honest about everything, and wasn't just selling a car to sell but selling a car that is recommended and one that I would be happy with (looks AND price) . Once I saw the Kia K4 and how it ran I absolutely loved it. After about 6 visits and analyzing everything I finally made the decision to get the car. I recommend Bryan!!! And Abriam helped with the finances.

I've taken it in multiple times for service, and the issues weren't addressed properly or new ones kept appearing. At one point, something actually got wedged between the steering wheel and the seat while I was driving, and I almost crashed. That alone was terrifying. The number of recalls has also been insane. It feels like the vehicle is constantly being called back for another problem. I honestly don't understand how anyone would buy a Kia Telluride, especially the Prestige model. It feels like it's held together with glue and duct tape. This has easily been one of the worst vehicle experiences I've ever had. Between the reliability issues and the frustration with service, I would never purchase another Kia again and definitely not from this dealership. Never again.

I came to this location specifically as the had the model of vehicle I wanted. My sales person was Chris Berry. I found him to be helpful and overall easy to work with. I ended up walking away with the car I wanted, satisfied with the experience, and happy with the deal I got. We also bonded over both being from the Midwest area and he generously included all-weather floor mats since I was to be returning to that area. I ended up accidentally leaving my drivers license at the dealership. I was leaving town the next morning and at the airport I couldn't find my license. I knew it was either at home or I may have left it at the dealership since there were a lot of times I needed my license out. I did not hear anything from them immediately or the next few days and assumed it was at home. The moment I returned four days later I looked around and could not find my license. I ended up calling to check and the dealership said they had my license. When I asked why no one had called me the response was that it wasn't their responsibility to let me know. I understand that the onus is on me to keep track of my license but I felt like there was no interest or care to help out a customer who just spend several tens of thousands of dollars to purchase a vehicle from their location. The person who answered the phone seemed unsympathetic and had very poor customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred but went to voicemail. I left a voicemail asking for a call back but did not receive any call. I ended up going in person to get my license and to pick up the floor mats the following day. Chris was there and he was able to assist me and was apologetic. I also had discovered that one of the windows had tint peeling and he said he would arrange for it to be replaced at my convenience. I am happy with my experience with Chris and would give him 5 stars. However, I am dissatisfied with the remainder of my sales experience, hence the 3 stars. I've been driving Toyota since I've been able to drive and this is my third Toyota now. While their vehicle quality remains stellar, their customer service has overall deteriorated.

The following Saturday morning, I was contacted by Andrea Santos of Toyota of Hollywood and received three calls at 8:03 a.m., 8:04 a.m., and 8:12 a.m. -- three calls within nine minutes -- from two different numbers associated with Andrea/Toyota of Hollywood. My partner and I were both asleep when the calls began. Being called repeatedly within such a short period of time woke us both and initially made us think there might be an emergency. I also received three voicemail notifications and multiple text messages. One of the dealership's text messages specifically asked, "May I text you?" and instructed me to reply YES to confirm. I never replied YES. I responded that morning and made it clear that the repeated calls had awakened and upset us. Despite that, the communications continued, including another text the following morning at 10:15 a.m. I was actively shopping for a new vehicle and Toyota was under consideration, but Andrea Santos's approach to following up on a simple availability inquiry completely lost my business. Providing a telephone number simply to find out whether a vehicle is available should not result in this level of repeated contact. I hope Toyota of Hollywood reviews its sales follow-up practices because I would not want another prospective customer to have the same experience.

!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I never imagined I'd be writing a…read morereview like this, but if sharing our experience prevents even one family from going through this, it's worth it. About a month ago, my husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, working directly with Facundo. During the sales process, we were verbally told we were agreeing to a 24-month loan, payments of approximately $500/month, and financing around 4.99% interest. We put down $9,000 in cash, which completely disappeared. Our automatic payment was withdrawn from our bank account, and it was $587, not the amount we believed we had agreed and signed to.That immediately sent us into panic mode, so we started digging. What we discovered was HORRIFYING. The financing paperwork reflected a 70-MONTH loan, not 24 months, and an interest rate closer to 10%, not 4.99%. But it gets worse. When the lender later sent over documentation, we discovered signatures were completely forged, and the email address associated with the electronic documents was not my husbands email - this was done to prevent him from receiving the copies of the DocuSign directly. Let that sink in. When we contacted the dealership expecting someone to explain or help correct what appeared to be serious discrepancies, we were met with arrogance, zero accountability, and complete dismissal. Instead of helping, we were told that if we wanted certain add-ons canceled, we had to do it ourselves--even though those products were sold to us during the deal. And Thomas (the supposed manager's) response? "See you in court." So that is exactly the route we are now taking. We are actively retaining a consumer attorney and filing formal complaints with the state. Their SunBiz corporation is INACTIVE! This has been financially devastating, emotionally exhausting, and one of the most disturbing consumer experiences we've ever had. Absolutely disgraceful.

He drove all the way from Fort Lauderdale to Port St Lucie to meet me. In all honestly - after meeting with Robert and closing the transaction - I had zero to worry about from the get-go. If I knew at the beginning of the transaction, what I do now - I wouldn't have even blinked an eye. What a nice gentleman - and he gave me a really fair deal. Extremely happy that he reached out to me when I reached out though a form on SellmycarEZ Things to know : -Do not concern yourself with sending a copy of your current title in photo format to him - DMV confirmed, this is perfectly fine. -He will bring a scanner, to scan your car - perfectly normal -Do not worry about drawing up a bill of sale, he will bring all documents preprepared - all you do is sign. -Do not be worried about him coming to your home or meeting him - he is a perfect gentleman. Extremely polite and respectful. -Robert is beyond fair and knows what he is doing - he has been doing this for 18 years -He will bring a driver - so he will take the vehicle that day - remove all your belongings. Lastly, this is the very first time I have met Robert, I do not know him personally. I would 100% vouch for and recommend using Robert to sell your car. Thank you so much Robert and again, I am terribly sorry about being so overly cautious. Thank you for buying my car! If I ever know of someone else or have another to sell - you will be my first call!
