I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership for myself. My daughter just purchased her 2nd and my sister that was loyal to Dodge purchased a vehicle from here also. It is a very inviting place but my main reason for staying is my service advisor Chris Watson, he is the best!

    Brake Rotors after 2k miles.

If I could give less stars... (This will be a evolving review based on what happens) I leased a brand new Kia EV6 GT with Hollywood Kia. There was a decent amount of rust or the rotors when I took delivery. (It had been raining a lot so I didn't think much of it, plus I was excited to be getting a new car) I was told it was surface rust and it would come off. I figured, possibly, yeah. I gave it 2k miles and brought it in as the Rotors had grooves in them. This is a 60k car btw. Get this...The Sales adviser told me that both he and the mechanic agreed that because I was using brake regen on level 3(I only used it for a little bit as I was testing mileage), it damaged the rotors as it's too aggressive, that it squeezes the calipers too much!! Mind you, the car has a higher level of regen as well as 1 pedal driving, which doesn't use the brake calipers at all. He ACTUALLY told me that I should turn off regen and brake myself and that would get rid of the grooves. I tried to show him and explain that, first off, brake regen doesn't use the calipers, so they would not be damaged by them. Also, even if they did, his statement makes no sense as if the regen is using the calipers, the solution is for me to use them??? The sales manager came out, allowed me to record him and promptly gave me the run around but also agreed with me. Told me to come back later, further down the road as they "couldn't address this issue as it wasn't the main reason for me bringing it in." He told me to bring it back before 12k miles and they'd fix it under warranty. I was far too polite and left. I recently brought the car back, sub 10k miles in fact and they are refusing to fix it saying I have to pay for the rotors and pads myself! (The cost is 1700. plus). I have filed a request with KIA corporate and it's been under review for two months now. My car sits at the dealer to this day, while I make another payment on a car that I am not using. Corporate said not to move it till this is resolved. Now I'm considering getting a lawyer involved since I have recordings, pictures and the last invoices signed by the staff with the very bogus reason the grooves are there are caused by the calipers being used to hard by the brake regen. They will be all smiles when selling you the car, but do not for a second expect this place to help you or look out for you if you leave the lot with a defective vehicle, they will turn their backs and put it on you! I will update with the names of everyone and more pics and recordings as well. I can't understand why a company would not try to help and take care of a potential long term customer and would rather alienate them. Thank you for reading and be careful out there!

I was originally quoted way less smh. This is the price of a 2026!

Beware of the bait and switch scam, they will act completely oblivious of an advertised price to get you to spend more. Will literally gaslight you like they were unaware of what THEY advertised!!! They didn't honor any advertised price actually and in fact added additional fees, changed the MRSP to make it seem like they were giving me a "deal". Take a look for yourself at the quote verses the website which was quickly switched back to the 32k price, once I mentioned what I know I saw. I didn't screenshot that like I wish I did. I truly doubt the reviews now. I was ready to buy today and they completely wasted my time. They are extremely dishonest and it's extremely disheartening. Go elsewhere, they don't deserve a dime and the person who lied and tried to jack up the prices is Jawara Thompson for reference!

Rip off dealer. Low priced used Kia doubles in price with all the BS fees and uplift charges. Waisted my time twice here. Stay away.

They do not care about people at all, no matter your circumstances. All they care is getting paid. They gave us a great price over the phone for a car, but refused to put anything in writing. When we drove in from out of state, that car "wasn't available" anymore. They then convinced us to buy another car instead. They told us the total price was $14,500. The next day, when we carefully looked at the paperwork, we found out the car was actually listed at $23,000. That's almost $9,000 more than what they told us. The signing process was rushed. They quickly flipped through papers, showed us forms with the lower price, but those weren't the papers we actually signed. It was confusing on purpose and felt like a total scam. This place tricks people, hides the real numbers, and pushes you to sign before you can think. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I hope we can somehow get justice for our experiences, coming together as a group to fight against this company somehow.

Looking beyond that the dealer said the would give me a good value for my trade, which they did. They said the would expertly clean they car inside and out. The agreed upon price was $98k. I contemplated the deal over lunch nearby. One problem is I found the exact same car listed online on carguru for $10k less than they had on the sticker. Why would they try to sell me a car for $10k than they are advertising it for online? I have attached the carguru link. Obviously I passed. The search continues....

Caveat emptor: this will be fairly detailed…read more I bought a used 2015 Porsche GT3 from JLC earlier this summer. Aside from the actual *pricing*, it should be noted that the experience left much to be desired. Here's why... I've bought my last three (3) vehicles from out of state. Call it what you will, but everything, especially cars, tend to go for a bit of a premium here. Hence, JLC being located in FL wasn't really a deterrent as I'm used to doing everything over the phone or online and covering the bases with a well-executed PPI, or pre-purchase inspection. If I'm able to distill my experience with JLC down to one area of dissatisfaction, it's this: they aren't true to their word and they over-promised and under-delivered in virtually every aspect of the process. #1: I was told--no promised--that the GT3, a car whose value is inherently sensitive to "high" miles or additional mileage--was going to be flat-bedded en route to it's two (2) pre-purchase inspections, or PPIs, that *I* paid for upfront. I only found out, after being given the service notes from The Collection in Coral Gables along with the corresponding mileage, that it had been driven around am additional ~80 miles from the time I put down my good faith deposit/earnest money to the time the car was pre-purchase inspected. #2: JLC insisted upon me shipping out my trade-in vehicle, a sweet 2016 Alfa Romeo 4C, prior to finalizing the numbers. I wasn't entirely comfortable with this but they informed me that if I had any discomfort with the deal, they would ship me back my trade-in vehicle on their dime, no questions asked. Free and clear to back out of the deal at any point in the process, they said...okkkkk. They also insisted upon me shipping out my Alfa Romeo 4C on open transport. Here's what happened to the vehicle with the shipper/transport they contracted with (please see accompanying photo!). This damage, extensive as it was, essentially precluded me from getting my car back in one piece "no questions asked" should I want out of the deal or want to back out, right. I mean, their shipping company totally wrecked the hood of the car. ONE THING TO NOTE: If you look at Jumbo Luxury Car's listing (which has since been removed but whose archives remain) and the accompanying AutoCheck report for my Alfa Romeo 4C, the very same one that was damaged big-time during shipment, there is absolutely ZERO indication of that damage anywhere either in the write up or AutoCheck or Carfax. That, dear friends, is highly suspect if not downright deceptive. See, I'm not making things up! #3: Timeline for the run-around May 8th - Wire confirmed initiated and received (email sent and received) by Jumbo May 13th - USPS tracking number for title for Alfa Romeo provided as requested for shipment of vehicle May 15th - [REDACTED] emails me saying he now needs to *receive* the title in order for it to be shipped out, a different requirement than previously indicated, thereby further delaying everything. May 20th - Vehicle picked up at JLC in Florida for transport by Gorban Transport to California May 27th (MEMORIAL DAY) - Vehicle arrives at destination with undisclosed damage (four noticable scratches) not previously indicated and for which I did not initial upon receiving the vehicle. They subsequently paid to have two (2) out of the four buffed and paint-corrected but they cheaped out on it and it's still visible. Please see the attached photos of what their transport company did to my trade-in vehicle and for which they said they would "ship it back" on "their dime" no questions asked. Then, look at their online listing for this very same car and the lack of damage report. Although I was especially upset about them *driving* my car around an additional ~80 miles after being assured it would be flat-bedded transported and *never* driven, every other detail and concern was also handled in a haphazard way and they significantly over-promised and under-delivered on the timelines, impacting me receiving the vehicle in a reasonable timeframe.
