I've been serviced before and had to use then again. Got a call THIS MORNING 2 days prior to my already scheduled appointment telling me they couldn't honor it because they no longer serviced the Atlanta area. I Contacted Morrison Corp because a valet scratched the front bumper of my Land Rover (all Black). They were verry helpfull in scheduling the appointment for their technitian to come out. He came out and a 2 inch scratch turned out to be him sanding the entire front bunper left half. Apperantly he sprayed so much paint that when it dried the texture was bumpy where he worked. I called Morrison back and they scheduled the technitian to come back out to correct it. He came out and polished the area qith compound and polisher. Apperantly he over compound the are and now the corner of the bumper is spotted with the black paint and the grey primer he had pre applied. I am trying to get Morrison to come back out to again correct the issue and they can't get hold of their technitian and he will not answer the phone nor return messages. I have been told that even though I have taken 3 days off from work to correct something that should have been corrected the first time, that I need to be patient and wait for Morrison's call with a possible correction. Hopefully they will correct the issue and turn the page. My point is be carefull with false promisses! read more

If you need mobile scratch repair these guys are legit. We were returning our E class lease but had a nasty scratch on our bumper. We made an appointment with Morrison Corp and their tech came over to our house on time and did the repair right on the spot. They also provide a lifetime warranty on their paint work. My mother in law also had a bad scratch on her Lexus bumper and they gave us a discount for doing 2 cars. As you can see from the pics these guys did an amazing job and we didn't even need to leave our house. We turned in our lease with no issues. I wish I could leave a no star review but it's not possible. Had minor dent and scratch repair that was needed on my Audi q5. Sent pictures in, their response came back with before and afters (which I honestly don't believe was even theirs). They said this could be easily fixed for 285. I was annoying about clarifying what needed to be done and sent pictures on pictures just to make sure everyone was on the same page. They send a gentlemen to my house, who couldn't communicate with me at all because he only spoke Spanish, but that's completely fine. I called Luis the manager I'm guessing, to help me translate. They both got annoyed with me for "making the job difficult". They added on prices left and right. They asked for 100 more just to remove the bumper. Then after removing it, he created a larger gap between my headlight and the bumper. Not only that, while removing the bumper, he used metal screw drivers as opposed to the plastic panel removers. I offered to give him mine, but he said no. He ended up chipping paint even more under the headlight, left my car with a larger gap between the light and bumper, and got annoyed when I tried pointing that out. He literally got in his minivan and drove away, didn't complete any work. He just drove off. Mind you, I offered him soda, water and cushions to comfortably work, and that's the service I got. Don't waste your time, and don't make the same mistake I made. These guys are not true to their word, and will leave your car worse than it was before. If they offer services, get ready for that number to multiple by 3 once they send their guy there. Get it done the right way even if it costs more. Don't trust them with your vehicle, because they have no clue what the f**k they're doing. Company doesn't stand by their work. Their repair lasted only a couple of weeks both times. They tried twice, now they refuse to return calls or text. Their techs are imported and don't speak English. Go to a local shop, someone who has been established and doesn't work out of a van. When he finished, i realized that the blue plastic wrap that he he used melte onto my paint, he also somehow got got clear coat on the windshield! The owner replied and made excuses and tried to blame me for the fact that my car was repaired wrong and I have had to call repeatedly for that to be fixed. If you use this business be prepared for the run around! They always have some "emergency" and won't even bother to let you know what's going on when they just don't show up or reschedule. They promised me my bumper would be returned this morning (and of course it wasn't) and they have left me with no car and no way to get to work and not even a set time to get my car completed. And once again it's the excuse of an emergency! The technician did amazing work on my husband's car and everything looks as good as new. You can't tell at all that there was ever a scratch. I was charged what I was quoted. My only issue was that the company kept changing the time they were going to come get the work done...from 2, to 4, to 6, to 5:30. At one point they tried to get me to switch to the early morning or do the work on another day completely. I saw all these reviews and thought my 2019 HONDA ACCORD would be in great hands. I have had great success with mobile auto body shops in the past. After a nighttime front end collision with a pole, in the Florida rain, I knew I could not manage the huge uptick in insurance costs, especially after being furloughed from employment for over a year due to COVID. I called and the young lady on the phone was warm and helpful. Her original quote was in the area of about $1200.00. As it turned out, there was more to be done she said and could they take the car for a couple of days, to the shop, where they had all their equipment to complete it. I was reluctant but agreed. We had to rent a car out of pocket. Days turned into weeks; the reason? The parts ; they were waiting for the parts to be delivered. The rental cost was mounting and by now, the repair for parts and labor was about $2700.00. I was shocked and angry. She explained that there was much more going on than they first thought and it was still a great price. What could I do at this point ? I had already sent money for the parts. Eventually, almost a month later, the car was returned but the air conditioning did not work. We called . And called. "he'll be over to fix it with the emblem " ( a part that still hadn't arrived) The technician did his best to look for the problem but the ac did not work. There was a wire hanging out of the bottom of the car ! This had to be attached to something? it had been put together under the hood and bumper, still unattached to the condenser. In the towing, or repair floor, they had also lost the ambient sensor which we bought from Meineke for $250. It was MEINEKE who told us that the cars mechanics were in a very sorry state and that I should get Morrison's to do the work properly or get my money back. At this point no one at the office was returning my calls or texts . I had paid about $2300.00 so far wanting to pay the remainder when the job was completed . The car is now at the dealership and I have gone through my insurance. I have asked the shop and corporate for legible receipts for the insurance company and they have not responded . read more

Terrible company and horrendous customer service, first off I scheduled an appointment for 2:00pm and the tech came at 1:00pm and was sitting in my driveway. Second, the tech could not speak a lick of English and it was frustrating trying to communicate with him. Third, he didn't understand what he was supposed to do. Finally, he said he was just going to mix some paint bottles in the back of his sketchy mini van and the owner said he was going to mix until it matched. My experience with the Morrison Corp was a nightmare! I had to replace my fuel tank door on my car because I couldn't get it open to put gas in my car. The door got broken off, so I ordered a replacement online along with professional paint for my make car. I tried to paint it myself, but it did turn out well. So I thought to have it professionally done and found the Morrison Corp. Made the appointment to have it painted and installed. The tech was done in a hour and a half. I couldn't believe it could be done so quickly. It did look good at that time. However after a week, the paint job was all "orange peel". The tech told me it took him longer to install the part than to paint it. I thought no wonder it turn out that way. I call them and sent them pictures of how it turned out. They promised to make good and gave me another appointment. I had to reschedule, and they called back and gave me another appointment. But instead gave my appointment to someone else. I go there for "MY" appointment and was told the tech is in Orlando. Be very upset, I called again and was told they thought I was another customer which caused the mix up. I rescheduled for Feb. 4th, now 4 weeks later. The tech took the fuel door off my car and said he would "use solvent to remove the paint". I reminded him that it was a plastic door. I waited to the next day, not having heard anything back, and sent them an email enquiring about the status. The email response was that the tech would come back to me to install the part the next day at 11 AM. That next day (TODAY), I waited and the tech was a no show. I sent 2 email and made to phone calls and left voicemails. Close to 2 hours later I have had no response. I feel taken advantage of and disrespected. My advise is to stay away from these people because they are a "Mickey Mouse" business. DON'T WALK, BUT RUN THE OTHER WAY. The owner called me screaming at me and telling me that it was a new scratch and not the original one that they fixed so rude and unprofessional!! Wow they can't just admit that the paint washed off !! They are some scammers!! Be aware !! I found this company on Yelp , I scratched the right side of my bumper against a wall so I wanted to find a good place that could fix it. This company gave me a good quote and I agreed to do it. They came and buffered the scratch and painted it in one hour and it looked very good til 10 days later and the paint washed off and my scratch looked worse than it did before since they polished it and sand it before painting it. I've messaged them and called them several times and no response at all til 2 days later once they saw this review ...I wonder where is that life time paint warranty they tell you about after painting the scratch. Fixed a dent and front bumper on 2013 Honda. Communication was great. Project was on time. Only negative it was a messy job. Car looked great but work area was left messy. Few stains on driveway. Just know this type of work can be messy so make sure your in area that can be easy wash down. And not close to other cars as paint and dust fly around. read more

I have a 60k dollar truck I had them do the repairs which they canceled on me twice raised the estimate twice and won't return my calls for warranty work the flames dont match i have fish eyes thru out the paint. Granted this was a hard repair but don't say u can do it and not be able too. All I want is it fixed correctly I even had to polish my own door I gave the tech a tip and all. It looked good when done. But the next day is when I saw all the imperfection. they say warranty for life. Well we're is my warranty on the door that has imperfections thru out. My experience started off promising. I sent in the requested photos of EVERY area of damage I wanted repaired on my motorhome. I was quoted a figure that truly was less (by half) than what a competitor quoted. I questioned their ability to get it done in one day and was assured it would be. I also told them I didn't want to be pressured with any attempts at upselling their services or products/materials used. I did understand that once on site they would review and confirm the areas needing repair and that there might be a small adjustment. Well, the deal went to hell in an handbasket when the technician was 2 1/2 hours late. Contrary to the green check marks, he was not wearing a mask nor did he bring his own ladder (knowing he was working on a motorhome?). He said he was told it was only one side of the motorhome and even with that it would take him 5 DAYS. I have separate text messages with several photos explaining and clearly explaining and illustrating the damage on each side on which their original quote was based. I asked the question whether the technician was an employee of the company or sub-contractor. I was told he was an employee but learned from him he was a sub contractor - therefore he could choose not to do the work for the amount quoted (which he did). In my opinion, the damage on both sides was very similar and thus it would have required the same level of effort resulting in a doubling of the quote which then would have made them more expensive than my alternate provider. As far as I'm concerned, this was a classic bait and switch (ethically challenged organization) - but if not intentional, then it's just a poorly run company. Speaking of running ... I'd suggest running far away from this vendor. Pay a little more, work with a quality, reputable firm, get customer references and you'll be much happier in the end. read more
