We were staying in McMinnville and Sherry was kind enough to pick us up from our airbnb. The tour ended up being just the three of us so that was a nice surprise. She drove us out to Carlton and we went to three different and very cool wineries. Sherry also took many photos of us throughout the tour and posted on her FB. At stop 2 she provided us a snack lunch of spinach dip, breads, cookies, and fruits which was lovely. Weeks before our trip began, Sherry went out of her way to help us plan the perfect day -- recommending wineries based on our preferences and arranging a perfectly-timed itinerary that allowed us to visit four wineries with wonderful views/Pinot. She promptly picked us up from our AirBnB in McMinnville. She was kind enough to take photos of us throughout our relaxing day, and she was incredibly knowledgeable about the Willamette Valley region and wines. The van that she transported us in was very spacious for our group. She provided us with water bottles, a special sweet treat and allowed us to charge our phones. Most importantly, she was extremely kind and a pleasure to spend time with. We so appreciated everything and can't recommend her enough!

Luckily, Matt, our gracious wine pourer or his official title, Lead Hospitality Ambassador, was able to accommodate our misssteps. The poor staff serving the wine tastings were frazzled from being pulled in multiple directions. We had to wait a long time before being served and longer in between pours. I would suggest that next time you host an event like that you close earlier or shut down for the day. It was not a pleasant experience for customers and it appeared the wedding party arrived early too and they would have had more space to relax and enjoy their special day if there were no customers around. But again... I usually have an excellent experience! Wine selection is amazing!! The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. And the setting and ambience amazing! They have fun events throughout the year. You must go Halloween weekend and get a Taro reading! We had so much fun last year. And they have great deals on wines. We picked up the shuttle at Sunset Transit Center early Saturday morning. Mitch, our driver was super welcoming and kind. We saw alot of him during the day too. For 5 hours we bopped on and off the bus to 5 different wineries throughout the Dundee area. Mitch collected our purchases and returned them on our way back to Portland. So nice not to carry bottles with us all day. Every 20 minutes or so a bus would appear. We were never in a rush, nor did we ever wait very long. We visited wineries I've never heard of before and they were AMAZING. How would I have ever known about them otherwise?!? White Rose was our favorite. Such a cool space and amazing Pinots. I'll never not use NW Wine Shuttle to visit wineries again. Great service, frequent pick ups and good cost point!
