Easy, efficient, on time, and convienent. NW Wine Shuttle is the only way to tour the beautiful wineries just outside of Portland! We picked up the shuttle at Sunset Transit Center early Saturday morning. Mitch, our driver was super welcoming and kind. We saw alot of him during the day too. For 5 hours we bopped on and off the bus to 5 different wineries throughout the Dundee area. Mitch collected our purchases and returned them on our way back to Portland. So nice not to carry bottles with us all day. Every 20 minutes or so a bus would appear. We were never in a rush, nor did we ever wait very long. We visited wineries I've never heard of before and they were AMAZING. How would I have ever known about them otherwise?!? White Rose was our favorite. Such a cool space and amazing Pinots. I'll never not use NW Wine Shuttle to visit wineries again. Great service, frequent pick ups and good cost point! read more

My husband and I went on the NW Wine Shuttle Saturday July 13th, 2019 and we would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone interested in going on a winery tour but want to have some flexibility and options on what wineries to visit! We got to visit 4 amazing wineries (Archery Summit, Domaine Serene, Durant Vineyards and Stoller Vineyards). I mentioned to the lady in charge (I believe her name was Kim) that my husband wasn't a big wine drinker and she immediately said "well, there's a whiskey distillery right by Stoller that we sometimes go to, tell the driver you'd like to go and I bet we can make that happen!" Sure enough, we mentioned it to the driver and he was more than happy to takes us over there (Branch Point Distillery)...which I'm so glad he did because the whiskey was phenomenal!!! We were also extremely grateful for the suggestion and extra effort!! I love Willamette wines and want to come back with some girlfriends...when we do I will definitely be booking with this company again!! read more

We had such a great time today! My fiancé and I have used other wine tour companies but this is hands down the best service and option! Patsy picked us and our friends up in Portland and off to Dundee we went. We were able to hop on and off at any of the wineries on their route with no pressure of the driver hovering or rushing us like we've felt with other companies before. There are at least 13 wineries on their route (amazing ones like Archery, Durant, Stoller and Domaine Serene!). We highly recommend this service! We've already told our coworkers and friends. The pass cost is so worth it so we don't have to worry about drinking & driving and no one has to be the DD. We just ubered to the pick up spot in portland and home afterwards. Easy peasy! We were actually very lucky and able to get a reservation the same day that we called. Thanks to the girl who answers the phone who seems to be the proprietor and is very professional and really cares about making sure her customers are happy.This was a great way for us to enjoy the region and not have to worry about drinking while enjoying. We just finished our tour with NW Wine Shuttles and they absolutely exceeded all expectations. We had our 16-month old son with us and Kim and our drivers Patsy and Paul were so accommodating and helpful. We had such a great time on the wine shuttle! My mom and I were looking for a way to taste without driving, and this was perfect! We got to choose where to go and visited 4 wineries plus a distillery and we loved them all. Adrian and Sam were super friendly and helpful, and Gloria the driver was amazing. She even dropped a couple people off at their Airbnb later to make sure they didn't have to drive. Plus, the pickup option from McMinnville was super convenient. Mitch was our driver - extremely pleasant and friendly- and we had a great time chatting with him in between winery visits. The tracker app is a nice touch as it allowed for us to see where the shuttle was. Hands down: the BEST way to experience wine country! A group of friends all signed-up for a pass on the shuttle (so easy to coordinate with friends) and then the day-of we decided what stops we wanted to hop-on, and hop-off to go wine tasting. It made exploring wine country so easy, so fun, and so affordable! No one in the group had to sit out to be a designated driver, and the drivers were very friendly! And I love how easy the app was to use. It not only told us what part of the route the drivers were at, but offered great notes and recommendations on the wineries that were on the route. So easy to use! They stop by your winery every half hour so it's super simple to plan. They had complimentary waters and had a place to store the wine you buy. My friends and I used NW Wine Shuttle for a fun Saturday of wine tasting, and had SUCH a fabulous time! The pickup location in McMinnville was super easy and meant no one had to worry about driving. The shuttles were large and clean, and even provided bottled water for us as we traveled between destinations. Everything is super organized and easy to follow, starting with a map of all of the vineyards with notes about what they serve, whether picnics are allowed, etc. The shuttle tracker allowed us to check on the location of the shuttles from our phones so that we could make decisions about when to move on to the next winery. The drivers gave great recommendations about events and wine along the way- and dinner after! My husband and I were in Oregon for a weekend of wine tasting and were surprised to find that there weren't many organized wine tasting tours (like in Napa and Sonoma). However, we found the NW Wine Shuttle and decided to give it a try. We're so happy that we did because we had a fantastic time! The shuttle allows you to be able to choose what wineries you visit (they offer an impressive variety of wineries that the shuttle goes to) and for how long you want to stay. We never had to wait very long for the shuttle, and it was so easy getting from one place to the other. Also, our shuttle drivers and the coordinator (Adrian) were all so kind and knowledgeable, and really wanted to make sure we had the best time possible! This is a great option if you want to visit wineries at your own pace. We were staying in downtown Portland, but got picked up at the Sunset Transit Center, which was an easy 20 minute MAX ride away. The operator and drivers were friendly, organized, and helpful. The first dropoff is at an Inn which has several tasting rooms plus a cafe. The extra bonus was that it is only a 5 minute walk up to Argyle from the Inn (not included in the shuttle route, but we wanted to visit), so we were able to add that tasting easily. We were able to make it to 4 different stops plus the Argyle detour within the allotted time. Adrian, the organizer, was very communicative throughout and was able to coordinate the shuttles when certain stops weren't being utilized, making the pickups and dropoffs quicker than we expected. We never waited more than 15 minutes for a shuttle. Would highly recommend! read more

We have done the private driver in the past, and yes, it is more personalized, but in my opinion, not worth the money ($500+). For us, NW Wine Shuttle is the way to go. I had researched other drivers & luckily I found NW Wine Shuttle on Yelp. For us it was a no-brainer. We stayed at a house in Dundee & walked to the starting point (Inn at Red Hills). We arrived early & had a great breakfast at Babica Hen, then checked in with Andres just 2 doors down. He was very friendly & informative. He gave us a link to their live shuttle route so we could see exactly where the shuttle was throughout the day & know when to wrap things up at our current location & be ready for pickup. There are so many vineyards/tasting rooms in the area, it's hard to choose. We were very happy with the 12 or so that were on the shuttle route. With each vineyard approx 5 mins apart, it didn't make sense to hire a driver to take us 5 mins then wait for us, drive us another 5 mins then wait for us, etc. They have 2 shuttles (mini buses) that run a constant loop all day. We had both drivers & both were very nice & professional. Highly recommend NW Wine Shuttle. read more
