We had already found the wineries we wanted to go to, but would definitely utilize the concierge service in the future. Ivan was our driver and was a great addition to the trip. My BF and I spent two days wine tasting in the Willamette Valley in May 2021. We were originally…read moresupposed to go in Nov 2020, but the state shut down for COVID. At that time Stephan just saved all our info in case we were able to come later (so happy that we were). He didn't charge us anything at that time even though I'm sure he'd done work arranging things. Stephan organized our trip, picking fantastic wineries for us to go to based on our preferences (we only picked one of the 8 and it was the only one we didn't buy wine at...should have let him pick them all!) and two great lunch spots. Ian drove us around in a luxe black sedan. Both were fantastic to work with and very responsive. We had to change hotels at the last minute (days before) due to an outbreak closing the first hotel and they didn't miss a beat working around that. Ian gave us great suggestions for places to eat dinner and things to do on our day off. He also drove us to a convenient store at the end of the day when one of us needed some medicine, and helped us load all the wine into the car and then carry it into the hotel. He was COVID safe and wore a mask the entire time even though all three of us were vaccinated (and bonus points that he was vaccinated). Side note that everyone we interacted with at wineries were also vaccinated if people are looking for a safe COVID experience. 10/10 would use them again.

Portland in late September is lovely. We booked a full day driver for a day of wine tasting…read more Shannon was fantastic- friendly, professional, super knowledgeable. The car was clean and comfortable. She picked us up right on time and oriented us to the region en route to the first stop. Of the three stops, Privé/Sealion was definitely my fave with a fantastic tasting room host and lots of delicious wines. We also stopped at Anacreon and Nicolas Jay- pretty patios and friendly staff at both, though I didn't love any of the wines enough to bring home. Anacreon offers a bistro menu if you need a snack but not many veg-friendly options. Unlike some of the other tour companies, they don't have a license to pick up in downtown Portland, so you'll need to pay to uber to a pick-up location ~20 minutes away. We had shared a list of wineries we hoped to visit and our wine preferences (sparkling!) but for some reason the company only booked us at one of the requested wineries and there was only one sparkling option at one of the stops. We also asked him to arrange for a tour at one of the stops- but that didn't happen either. Lunch is not included with this company, so you'll need to budget extra for that. Overall fine since our driver was so nice, but would go with the company we used last time when we visit again.

We picked up the shuttle at Sunset Transit Center early Saturday morning. Mitch, our driver was super welcoming and kind. We saw alot of him during the day too. For 5 hours we bopped on and off the bus to 5 different wineries throughout the Dundee area. Mitch collected our purchases and returned them on our way back to Portland. So nice not to carry bottles with us all day. Every 20 minutes or so a bus would appear. We were never in a rush, nor did we ever wait very long. We visited wineries I've never heard of before and they were AMAZING. How would I have ever known about them otherwise?!? White Rose was our favorite. Such a cool space and amazing Pinots. I'll never not use NW Wine Shuttle to visit wineries again. Great service, frequent pick ups and good cost point!

He was very attentive and wanted to get a vibe for what the group (6 women) wanted and enjoys in life - all so HE could plan 2 amazing days at wineries in the greater Portland area. After the chat, we netted out on two full days (8 hrs each day. We survived by the way.) in June. He picked us up right at our Airbnb (Pearl) in a comfortable van with lots of room and already had the jams playing (his 90s/00s playlist is ON POINT). For the first day, we went out to the Mt. Hood area which was beyond beautiful (don't think I've ever seen a winery with a majestic mountain as a back drop). I highly recommend this route as it has more of a mom & pop feeling than other major wine areas I've visited (especially if you can do multiple days in this region). You also get a wider range of varietals vs. Willamette (not knocking W.V. AT ALL as I'm a Pinot Noir gal). Cedric completely planned the entire day and we hit up 4 different wineries and none disappointed. He also grabbed us lunch which was fantastic. The drive is beautiful along the Colombia River. Dropped off at our place in the Pearl. Day 2 (the following day) we hit up the famous Willamette Valley. We had a couple last minute requests (in terms of must-have wineries) that Cedric completely accommodated and he re-routed our day to ensure we hit the best of the best. He worked his magic and we were able to visit FIVE (!), including the last stop where we chatted with the owner/winemaker while playing bocce ball (Utopia wines). It was a fantastic day. We visited some big players like Domaine Serene (YES) and Stoller (great for a picnic lunch), but also some smaller but beautiful wineries like Colene Clemens (top of hill overlooking valley) and Vista Hills (think tree house vibes). Cedric promised a magical day and he delivered. This was by far my favorite wine tour experience and I've done a lot of them across the country/world. Cedric was the difference maker. He's a fantastic and hilarious host and truly makes the experience one to remember. His company has other drivers as well and I imagine they are of the same breed as Mr. Cedric, so no matter who you get, you won't be disappointed!!
