I opted for a la carte and got our usual Grilled Spiced Wild Calamari - still delicious and the Pappardelle. This is one of my favorite dishes here. Most of the pasta dishes here are really good, so you can't go wrong with any of those selections. For the special Valentine's Day menu, the Beef Tartare & Smoked Bone Marrow and the Roasted Lobster Fra Diavolo was definitely the highlight of the evening. The beef tartare was sitting on top of the bone marrow, and they served a really large piece of bone marrow! The Roasted Lobster Fra Diavolo needs to be on the regular menu- it was that good. The lobster tasted like it was cooked sous-vide because it was so light and tender. This dish also came with Key West Shrimp. The Squid Ink Tagliatelle pasta was al dente - just perfect. There is a parking garage underneath the building. They do provide parking validation.

She brought a glass of water and I decided on a glass of wine, pinot noir I think. The garlic bread and wine arrive quick. I'm enjoying the first piece of garlic bread and sipping the wine. Nice! The spaghetti and meatballs came out shortly thereafter. I was a disappointed with this part of the meal. Meatballs lacked flavor. No garlic, no parmesan cheese. The pasta was fine but the sauce was watery and didn't taste like gravy at all. I ate most of it, the garlic bread accenting the meal with the wine. I will probably go back. I like the small mom and pop restaurants like I'm Eddie Cano. Service was very good. I was able to get a reservation. The place was clean. It's coming up on comfort food season and I'm always in the mood for Italian.

They were quite oily, but the meat stuffing was good. I followed with a bife the chorizo (which is an Argentinian cut of steak comparable to a NY Strip, and it does not contain any sausage). I ordered it medium rare. It came out with French fries an small salad. The fries were freshly cut and fried and the small green salad was well dressed. The steak was tough, full of gristle (see Pic). I have had bife de chorizo and NY Strips and are not like that at all, so I don't know what was the cut I was served. The service took sometime maybe because I think the owner/chef was y hanging some paintings (why? Who knows) and that may have interfered with his cooking. I lived many years in Miami and they have really great, truly Argentinian restaurants there, so I was dissapointed with my experience here.
