The food was so good & the service our waitress Hannah gave us was soooo good I'll def be bk again for brunch & after noon or I want to say 3pm the brunch turns into a day party! The dj plays some really good vibes!

Always a great brunch spot or late night bar/club spot. By weekend day, wheelhouse has a fantastic brunch with lots of bottomless options (about $20- covers mimosas, bloodys, and what they call espresso martinis- more like spiked ice coffee). Totally worth it if you have 2-3. The food is excellent and portions are great. Service has always been great! By night- wheelhouse is a great spot with a nice patio and upstairs. Typically a line, most of the time there's cover- but always have a great Dj and is normally rocking. Highly recommend for either!

First time that I came here today. This place is located in downtown so I didn't think there are free parking. I ended up parking in a parking lot across from this place for ten dollars fee today, which is the fee for weekend parking. I just read after going home someone post stating free parking on some garage in the back of the building or something , however I am not sure about that since I did not drive around to look. This place can get loud even on the daytime today at eleven am. The service is fast. I Like the bottomless mimosas concept. The food is decent.

I was a bit underwhelmed. Starting with the cons, the restaurant was extremely loud so it was difficult for my party to hear each other talk. There was a DJ playing and that's cool but you really had to yell If you wanted to have a conversation. The food was super basic and super expensive. Normally I try to order something that is more complicated than what I normally make at home, but I couldn't find anything like that on the menu. I ordered avocado toast which ended up being very small pieces of toast topped with avocado, a hard boiled egg and everything bagel seasoning (not homemade, just the stuff you can get at the grocery store). I was still pretty hungry after my meal but I wasn't about to buy any more food because I just spent $15 on it. Pros were that the service was good and the drinks were good. I don't like orange juice so I was pretty excited that they had lots of different breakfast drink options. Drinks were reasonably priced. Lesson learned, I'd return for drinks and partying but not for a sit down meal.

Where do I begin at this location was absolutely phenomenal. We had a stupendous bartender I felt sorry for continually asking him questions but he kept telling me no need to apologize and he was happy to help. Seriously every little thing I asked him for he was more than happy to get it and got it within a minute for me. I never had to ask for refills he was on top of it 110%. I love how all the staff members went out for Halloween and all dressed up. Not only that the location was also decorated everywhere from the patio, to the windows, to the entryways. I had ordered brunch and it was absolutely delicious. It was cooked to perfection the cheese was perfectly melted and the hashbrowns were also cooked to perfection not too hard and not mushy either. I ordered the meat lovers omelet meal. Highly recommend coming here for brunch!

Came in for brunch with a reservation. Seated right away. Extensive brunch menu, should have known quality would be subpar. Started with the Mac and cheese balls. Having had fried macaroni rounds before, I had high expectations. The macaroni balls were fried hard- no gooey pull, noodles were a little under done (not al dente) there was no taste. Asked if we could return the item- was told they do not take food back but offered us a drink "bomb" which also was not good. The main dish was the down south Benedict. Chicken was pounded flat, fried to a crisp, the poached egg was over poached (if that's a thing) the yolk did not ooze as it was over done. Bottomless Mimosas: were pre mixed with ice. So that takes away the bubbles. I see the attempt, but there is a lot of work to be done

I'm a LOT delayed as my visit was back on 04/23/2022. While I was visiting family in St Louis, I had a Wheelhouse Burger at the The Wheelhouse in downtown St Louis. The burger was pretty good. It was like sweetness with a spicy kick. I would have it again if I don't try something else if I ever am in the area again. As far as the venue itself, the bar/restaurant is a huge space. I heard it doubles as a club at night. I could tell as the music was way too loud for dining and chatting with friends and/or family. We had to check in early online to reserve our place on the wait list. It was about a 15 minute drive from where we were so when we arrived we didn't have to wait too long to get seated. Our server was also pretty good. All in all the food was good and I'd return again to try something else or even the same burger.

I met some friends for brunch at Wheelhouse on a Sunday morning. We got there as soon as it opened and got seated right away. We ordered fairly quickly, but it took quite a bit to get our food. I didn't mind the wait, but some in our party did. The food was very good and worth the wait. I only wish there were some more options being gluten and dairy free. But there were a couple things I could eat. I did ask questions about modifications, and our server told me they couldn't accommodate, so I just went with the classic breakfast. It was fine, and I was there to see my friends anyway. Overall, just okay.

My friends' and I went to Wheelhouse to grab brunch and their bottomless mimosas! The Mimosas were delicious and you can choose from 3 different flavors. However, if you want to switch flavors, make sure you tell your server, quick. Our server was topping our mimosas before we could say that we wanted to switch it up. Awesome service! The benedicts, however, was bland and flavorless. We had to add a lot of salt and pepper and ask for some sauce of some sort to make it taste like something. Texture of the fried chicken was good, though. English muffin was hard as rock. Maybe their other food items would be better! Atmosphere was fun! Great music (mix of early 2000s and most recent) There is free garage parking behind the restaurant, which I found out later on. I parked across the street for $7.00.

Went here for Sunday brunch and bottomless mimosas. Breakfast was pretty good and you can carry forward your mimosa privilege next door and down a block at the Midwesterner all for around $22. What a deal. Service was friendly and we had a good time with our mimosas! We had avocado toast, crab cakes, French toast, biscuits gravy, chicken club sandwich, and waffles.

Unlimited mimosas are a plus for me. That doesn't entice everyone but $7 for one or $20 for unlimited speaks to me. I can drink at least 3-4 to get my money's worth. The crab cake egg Benedict was pretty tasty. And the French toast is good but very rich. Hard to finish because it's so sweet. Consider sharing that with someone rather than making it your sole meal. The service was quick even though it was a packed house. They did not rush us from our seats (hung out from 10:30-12p). Be forewarned gratuity is added automatically perhaps during brunch; I'm not sure of the reason since it was only three of us. Just check before sitting if it's something you're curious about.

I've heard so much about this place that it deterred me from ever coming. We came here after a game and I don't know why I've heard bad things about this place. It was a great spot to go to after the game to get some good food and more drinks. We had the cheese curds and the loaded Mac and cheese and they both were really good!

Best thing we ordered. Chicken wraps

Looking for dinner & drinks before the Blues game tonight, we ended up here during happy hour at 5:30pm on a Saturday night. There was no wait, but the place was busy. I ordered Stella Cider and instead of telling me no, they switched a keg just for me. It ended up being beer and I drank some other pear cider, but their story sounded good. Hah. The food was waaaay better than I expected. We ordered the french fries, chicken wraps (which I was concerned about because they contained peppers. I can not tolerate spicy food. Zero spiciness and my favorite of the entire order), Brussels sprouts, a wedge salad, and the brownie sundae. I ordered extra condiments and the sundae "deconstructed" to prevent the ice cream from melting and everything arrived just as I ordered. Short walk to the game. Highly recommend this place for those trying to support businesses outside of Ballpark Village, which has been responsible for multiple independent restaurants/bars closing. Will return!

The staff were incredibly welcoming, which for me is always the biggest indicator of whether I'll enjoy a place. I arrived during their daily Happy Hour (4-6 PM) and ordered the crab dip with homemade crackers, while my friend tried one of their cocktails. Everything tasted delicious, and the staff remained very attentive throughout our visit. I was also impressed by the cleanliness and the interior design. I noticed a beautiful mural on the wall and later learned it is a portrait of one of the owner's mothers, how sweet is that? If you're thinking about stopping by this new downtown spot, don't hesitate! My only feedback is that the entrance can be a little difficult to find as the signage wasn't very visible to me, but that's it. Highly recommend!

It does seem like the menu is limited, and availability can be hit or miss. I was told they were out of certain plates and that they'd already sold the last of some items for the day. So I'm still figuring out how the food service works and how often everything is available. Overall, I'd come back to keep exploring and hopefully find a few favorites.

We arrived a little after 11 and found a space in the back parking lot. The lot is convenient as it's pretty well-lit and is diagonal from the CF. We entered through the back where the deck is and walked right in. Upon first glance, you'll notice the hanging lights above the entrance and then after a few feet, the bar is immediately to the right. The tables are all along the left side as to make a walkway for the bar (super convenient). Due it being their anniversary, it was a bit crowded but not too bad where you couldn't get a drink or walk through. My usual go-to is a flavored vodka (three olives grape) and sprite. While they had a plethora of spirits, sadly this wasn't one of them. They had other flavored vodkas but I opted to get a simple Cosmo while my friend got a makers and coke. The Cosmo was just what I needed and might I add, well made! After we got our drinks, we did a quick walk through of the other side called The Oddities (coming soon), as well as the upstairs that overlooks the entire place. The stairs are steep, so it would behoove you to hold on to the railing. While I love trying new places, I was a bit apprehensive because I thought I'd stick out like a sore thumb. Turns out, everyone was friendly, the drinks are great, and the music wasn't bad! They had different acts going on for this particular evening (I'm not sure if this is the norm), but I know my friend is a regular on Tuesday's for karaoke. I do intend to come back and try out some more drinks and food and check out the other place once it officially opens.

We arrived right on time for our reservation, stood for quite a few minutes in a half-empty house before being seated, then waited a very long time between visits from our apparently over-stretched waitstaff. The first cocktail I chose wasn't available; nor was the first entree. I settled on the "red wine flight", and it arrived in three glasses. The server recited their names, but I didn't catch them. Food was middle of the road. A smoked sirloin sandwich was tasty, though rather well-done. And the order of "salmon cakes", which the menu says is made of "smoked salmon, roast corn, tomato, cucumber, creme fraiche, and capers" was in fact just one cake (not cakes!), smaller than a hockey puck (about 1/2" thick max) and seemed to be made of canned fish, not the bright orange of smoked salmon. It was accompanied by five thin slices of cucumber and three or four halved grape tomatoes. No corn, no capers. It was so boring, and an overpriced disappointment at $23. If this Bridge is actually closing and focusing on the event space, they've gone out with a whimper.
