This review is to recognize one person in particular. I walked in today with just what i thought was a simple request to buy some lug nuts for my Jet Ski trailer. Turns out that ive got a bit of an obsolete situation with my trailer. Please keep in my mind that this was no more than a $20.00 dollar purchase. I had to write this review for William who went the extra mile when I was buying my wheels. When you think of talking to any kind of automotive related shops, you don't come across the friendliest people. But William and wheel warehouse is that anomaly. I was calling/messaging around for a specific brand wheels I was looking for and I only came across ignored messages, "I can maybe get it for you in a couple days", or shops blatantly overcharging. Then I came across the Wheel warehouse yelp page and gave them a call. I told William I am willing to drive over and buy the wheels in a couple hours IF they had it in stock. That's when he got to calling, checking with his distributors. He called me back and had the wheels on the way to the warehouse after I paid via the link he provided. He also made sure I had the right equipment to ensure the specs I ordered fit and was not going to cause me trouble. What shop does that? They just sell it to you and expect you to deal with the potential fitment problems. I am sold on this shop. This will be my shop for any wheel needs and will suggest to all my family and friends to visit for their wheel/tire needs. read more

Placed an order after speaking with William, was told they have the best prices on the wheels I was looking at. They have someone there that does nothing but shop other vendors. When I spent all of 2 minutes looking at another site by chance the following day. The same exact wheels I bought are $200 cheaper and no tax, literally a $350 savings. When I called and spoke to William about it. He pretty much said sorry, don't know what to say. Wasn't too happy. Originally this was a negative review. William did follow up with me, not sure if it was because of my review as he never mentioned it. Either way he did adjust the price to the lower price I found online. It is a little known fact that Wheel Warehouse does buy certain "Take off" OEM wheels. Given that I had recently upgraded the wheels on my Infiniti, I decided to sell my stock wheels because they are considerably smaller than my new wheels and I can't think of a feasible reason to keep them. Gene and Mike helped me out and these two are just fantastic. Although my buy quote was perceptively low at the time it was given, Mike gave me a little while to try to sell the wheels on my own. Well, as it turns out, nobody wanted my wheels. And I mean nobody. My sell adds had over 500 views a piece and not one person even offered on the wheels. And so, I visited Mike and Gene on a Tuesday afternoon to sell my OEM wheels. The process was quick and simple. They inspected my wheels, ensured none were damaged, wrote me a check for the agreed upon amount and I was on my way! Thanks guys for being awesome. I was getting my windows tinted on my 2016 Ford Explorer Sport at Audio Toys in Ladera Ranch. While I was checking out, I mentioned to the guy that new rims and tires were up next. Spoke to a William who was attentive towards what I wanted going a size larger + matched up the price I was previously quoted. They bought my stock OEM rims at a good price, $50 less than what I was wanting, which I was cool with. I did not have a good experience at all. While I was talking to the sales person he took about 3 calls and each lasted at least 5 minutes or more. I found it disrespectful as my time is very precious. What made it even more disappointing is that the other sales people were not on the phone at the time. Also what I saw in the back was very interesting. A lady in a van found the prices high and one of the technicians just kept pushing her into getting the service done. Oh my goodness I've been putting this review off for a long time I have a 2014 Dodge ram four-wheel-drive that I took in to have a leveling kit installed I'm driving home with my trailer The next week my brakes go out it was a very long drive home to say the least I took the truck in to cooks tire store on Lincoln and one of the brake lines was cut from installing the spacers and the leveling kit YET THEY SAID NOTHING!I went ahead and had cooks fix the brake line and here I am. We've all been down that road where do we take it back and trust them to fix I appreciate your kind response and I do believe that you would've tried to make this right but honestly after 30 years of doing business with mechanics it's just not worth the headache of the possible waste of time. HORRIBLE customer service!! FIRSTLY I was there a whole day waiting for custom wheels that were 2 weeks late. Then after they finally decided to pull my car in the back, it was ANOTHER 3 HOURS before they were done. ON TOP of losing my custom caps for the valve stems for air. Secondly I complained about a couple of issues and instead of LOOKING at the car on a lift, I was told "I think" or "I feel". This is NOT service. You guys are lazy and I hope your business closes. Stopped by the other day to look for a set of wheels, Paul and Devin are knowledgable, and friendly; Devin had to out up with my inquiries for at least two hours or so, thanks Devin. I have to give this shop the credit it deserves, it is huge as it is a warehouse. Why warehouse? From the entrance, clients can see literally wheels after wheels are displayed, showroom is the word. This shop projects an aura that the folks at Wheel Warehouse, eat,sleep and breathe with wheels. From what I see, customer service is derived from an organized franchise / system that not all the businesses out there can maintain. This establishment delivers. Why I gave 4 stars because when Devin gave me the breakdown the applicable fees that will be included with the service. He totally lost me there, all I heard was fees, fees, etc ... Come on, I could get free installation and balancing from elsewhere; in this case was wheels and tires package; and free lug nuts plus lock nuts. And last but not least, my OEM wheels only worth $400, smh; although Devin suggested that I can get more by sell them myself; but my OEM wheels and tires will cost at least $1000, no less at any Acura dealerships. So, it was a bit of an insult there, nonetheless, I smell Corporate vibe was presented. But again, we as consumers have the rights to shop around for the best possible prices. I would recommend this shop due to variety of brands. Not for the best price around Orange County. Hint: Start to pick up the phone and make phone calls. read more
