I bought a set of silver powdercoat Porsche Boxster wheels to upgrade my 944 Turbo. It's an older car, and the newer wheels really make it look awesome. The staff is very knowledgeable about which wheels will fit on each model, and suggested these wheels would look great. They fit perfectly! The wheels cost a lot less then I thought they would. In addition to giving me a great deal on the wheels, they also got me tires to go with them, which saved me a lot of money. Wheel Concepts is legit. Absolutely phenomenal experience at Wheel Concepts, thanks to Phil. I emailed Phil for a quote to powdercoat 4 factory wheels on my Tahoe, he promptly got back to me with a great price. He even walked me through how the process works with me bringing my car in, Wheel Concepts giving me loaner wheels/tires and then telling me when to come back and pick my wheels up. I showed up for my appointment and Phil promptly took my Tahoe to the shop and swapped out my wheels with the loaners, verified all my info and sent me on my way with a quote of 4-5 days turnaround time. Phil calls me after only 3 days and let's me know I can come down and pick up my wheels because they're done. I show up, he takes my car to the shop, the guys swap my loaners back with my freshly powdercoated wheels and just like that I'm ready to go. Paid quickly and easily with Apple Pay and I was on my way. Such professional and friendly customer service from Phil and everyone else I interacted with. It's impossible to find good service but this shop is by far THE BEST I have EVER experienced. I had a cracked wheel and could've had a major blow out, so they gave me a loaner tire FREE of charge, replaced all 4 tires and my cracked wheel for hundreds cheaper than what I would've had to pay anywhere else, PLUS they're family run and operated so they're super friendly and understanding. I brought my car in to get two of my rims redone. I guess my judgement of where the curb is, is a little off!! I talked to Phil. He was great..He explained the process of repairing the rims. They put loaner tires on my car and redid the rims. It was a great job. They look brand new. I got excellent service and the rims were ready when promised. If you have the misfortune to drive too close to a curb and scratch your wheel, then this is the place to go to get it fixed! Took the car in Tuesday morning and they did a quote, then removed the wheel and put a loaner wheel on so I could still use the car for the next few days. This was done within about 15 minutes - very fast. Said the wheel would be ready by Friday morning and sure enough they called me Thursday early evening to say it was all ready and I could come in next day to get it. They suggested calling just before coming in so that if they were busy we could pick a time which would mean me not waiting too long. Called at 9 am Friday, went straight in and all done by 9.30 am. Wheel looks good as new. Very impressed with the customer service - dealt with Phil in person and on the phone and he was very helpful, took his time explaining how long the job might take, etc and it was all done in the timeframe they had promised. If we have need of wheel repairs again, I would definitely go back here. read more

5 Stars is not enough for the Customer Service, Professionalism, Quality of Work, Price, and Convenience. I drove 2 hours from Bakersfield to have my rims exchanged and when I arrived I was told they tried contacting me, leaving me messages on my cell phone informing me that they didn't have the rims. I was sick and almost in tears because I drove that distance and it was my fault, my phone was out of service and I did listen to the message while there. However, they offered me other rims because the felt so bad. It wasn't them, it was me. They went over and above to help me by offering me other set of rims. Michael and Phil were so considerate and they had everything exchanged, balanced and ready to roll in just over an hour. I would highly recommend Wheel Concepts. It's worth the drive. read more

Had a wheel alignment done at a tire shop and the technician left a gash on one of the spokes of 17" powder coated aluminum-alloy wheel. I was referred to Wheel Concepts. I chatted with Phil who walked me through the refinishing process and assured me the wheel was fixable. Brought my car (which has only 8k miles) in Wednesday. They put on a loaner wheel so I had the use of my car while the wheel was being refinished. By Friday the wheel was ready. I had a 1:00 pm appointment and was back on the road at 1:20. Hit a large pothole and damaged one of my custom wheels, the damage the visible face of the wheel. I took it to another shop and they declared that it couldn't be fixed and that I would have to buy another wheel, $600 or more. Wheel Concepts looked at the wheel and determined that with some work they could fix it, and they did. Can't even tell where the damage had been, looks like brand new. The repair did take more than one week and because of the type of car I own they didn't have a loaner wheel, so I had to wait for the repair to be completed. I would give 5 stars, but since I am also a friend I did not want people to think I am biased!! So last Friday, I had someone following me closely as I was going to make a turn into a gas station, and I was so preoccupied watching him in my rearview so I would not get rear ended, that I cut the turn too soon and too fast. Totally gouged out my front wheel and also messed up the rear on the passenger side. So I called Fred- he was on vacation which I did not realize- and he listened to me and said bring it in. When I brought it in Michael, Phil and Dan handled everything. They even offered to put loaner wheels on if I needed the car rather than leave the car. Since the one wheel was going to require major work, filling as well as coating, it was decided that all 4 wheels should be done so they would match completely. We decided to do black satin powder coat which turned out great! Car was ready on the day promised. Looking at my car you would never be able to tell that my wheels have been repaired.
