He was quoted a 2 week turnaround time- called to check on them at exactly two weeks and they said they needed another week. Would have appreciated a phone call, and/or an apology, but whatever. Went to pick up the wheels and upon arrival, was told that he could only pay with cash or personal check. Again- a "head's up", a sign, would have been nice. They "forgot" to remove the weight on the inside of the rim and then one of their dumbass people used a grinder to remove the adhesive left by the weight, which gouged the inside of the rim. The powder coating is thin and two of the four rims are damaged and that damage will be visible when the wheels are put on the car. They did nothing to rectify the situation. Needless to say, I'm super pissed, and would emphatically discourage anyone from letting these people fuck up your shit and take your money.
