Paul replied to my quote request within an hour and on a Sunday. I dropped some wheels off today for him to strip the paint off of. Unfortunately, there were some defects in the wheels I didn't previously notice. Rather than do the work, take money, and not let me know about the defect, Paul called me and let me know prior to starting work. Super honest dude right there and tons of integrity you don't see often anymore. I also got to meet Paul's mom who was working the front office. She was awesome! THE BEST!!! I would give a million stars if I could!! Paul and his team go above and beyond for their customers! I had a box of shower pieces I needed to turn brass. His team noticed that they had plastic on them and their process would melt/ruin them. Instead of doing it anyway for a quick buck, they looked up and contacted the manufacturer. When the manufacturer recommended painting, Paul found a painter and had my pieces sent to him.
