When I approached them with this issue they immediately placed the blame on something that happened after the sale. I can understand their frustration but again in this case the wheel was off and I was left with a wheel needing further costly repair. After posting a very negative review, the seller reached out immediately to reconcile with me. He ended up paying for the additional repairs and now the car is perfect. While I wish this could've been handled a bit better, I understand one protecting their business from fraudulence. The end result helped make up for my troubles.
