These guys are the best! I dropped my BMW M4 Convertible off and I had some damage to both rims. He offered to loan me some wheels while they refinished the damaged wheels. I declined and left the whole car. I knew I needed rear tires and Michael worked out a great deal for my wheel repair along with tires and a alignment. He even drove and picked the car up from BMW. He wanted to make sure my high performance vehicle was solid. I am really impressed with Michaels service and the work that Wheel Concepts provided. Thank you Wheel Concepts read more

I'm not one to post reviews. Good or bad. Every now and then I'll take the time to share a positive review if a business sincerely deserves it. These guys sincerely do! I put a huge gash in one of my rims and thought I was going to have to spent about $1000 on a new one.. Called these guys and they were able to weld it to look "spankin" brand new!! at a very reasonable price! They are all very nice and professional. Highly recommend checking with these guys prior to spending money on a new rim or rims..bytheway they sell rims too--and they are NICE! read more

Wheel Concepts is THE place to go for wheel and tire service in Southern California. Michael, Fred and the team here are the best in the business and will take care of any wheel and tire need. The customer service is top notch, do yourself a favor and visit this shop! I brought my truck here to get my wheels powder coated and am thrilled with the color Michael suggested. The wheels look great and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended! read more

Phil and his team at Wheel Concepts are fricken amazing!!! They saved me in a pinch - worked with my schedule and was able to fix 3 of my scrapped black-rimmed-tires within my timeline and was super kind (and not judgmental) in the process. They gave me 4-loaners while they worked their magic so i didn't have to rearrange my schedule at all, really! Not to sound stereotypical, but i'm an on-the-go-asian-woman-driver, so i will def use these guys again the next time i need my rims polished! (p.s. for any of you trolls out there, yes, i wrote the same review on Google too. plz go outside and enjoy this beautiful day!) read more

Excellent service! I drove round trip in a day from Stockton, CA to Wheel Concepts for their great wheel exchange program. That was a 700 mile round trip in one day. Everything had to go as planned, and when I drove into their lot they were ready and waiting. An hour and a half later I was heading home with gorgeous chrome wheels on my 2012 Genesis Coupe. I was very pleased with their product and their ability to get the job done on time so my long trip would go smoothly. I could have had any chrome outfit do my rims, but that could take weeks. Wheel Concepts' exchange program made the project possible in one day. Thanks! read more

These guys are very friendly and helpful. My wheels came out nice and the whole process was easy. Ask for Phil he will treat you well.

Great experience with Phil Levine and the crew at Wheel Concepts in Camarillo. Took my 05 Mercedes in for wheel issues. Turns out I had 2 wheels that were in need of repair. I decided to have my wheels powder coated while the wheels were being worked on. The repairs were done and the powder coating looks better than I imagined. They gave me loaner wheels so I was able to drive the vehicle until the completion. They gave me a time frame of 3-4 weeks to complete. They were spot on that also. I highly recommend Wheel Concepts for your wheel needs. read more

I was referred to Wheel Concepts from a friend of mine that works for Porsche. He told me to go to them for ANYTHING wheel or tire related so on a whim I decided to give them a call to find out what sort of deal I could get on powder coating my Tesla wheels. I emailed them late at night and Phil got back to me the next morning. I found Phil to be EXTREMELY polite and showed an eagerness to not only listen to what I wanted but to also offer me some excellent pricing along with customer service. I would say that they (meaning Phil) went over and beyond what I was to expecting from a "tire store" but they pleasantly surprised me indeed! They did an EXCELLENT job with my wheels including installation and got me in and out of there in under an hour! I would HIGHLY recommend them to any friends or family and as a matter of fact I plan to do so in the future for my clients as well since I am a car broker as well for highline vehicles. read more

Outstanding Customer Service. Ordered a set of wheels for my Benz SL500. When they arrived there was a fitment issue with not enough offset on front. All information indicated that the wheels were correct for my model/year but for some reason didn't clear the front shocks. Spoke with Phil Levine at WC and explained the issue. He immediately assessed the problem, determined a 12mm spacer was needed, and provided it at no additional cost. Problem solved and the new shoes look great. read more

I contacted Wheel Concepts through Instagram to restore wheels for my '65 C10. These wheels had extensive rust and looked terrible, and I was skeptical that they would ever look good. Phil and the team did an absolutely unbelievable job! I can't put into words how amazing the transformation was so I'm including some photos they took during the process. This is the only place I would go for professional results! Thank you so much guys! read more

Excellent customer service from Fred, Michael, and Phil. I took in my 2017 Challenger T/A for two wheel repairs and I was told that the color wouldn't match completely but they would do their best. Well, I can't tell any difference! They look amazing and I hope I don't need to do this again for the same reason I went in but if I have to , I know where to go. I highly recommend them for any of your wheel needs. Their prices are very competitive. read more

Absolutely and positively the best in the business. Phil assisted me in the project to chrome plate my stock Kia wheels. The wheels honestly came out better than expected. The finish so far is flawless and the texture and quality in the chrome (covering the entire wheel) is really impressive. They also gave "loaner wheels" for the duration of the project which was essential for me to get it done. Very professional and Quality business. read more

I brought my 2013 Corvette in to Wheel Concepts when another wheel shop damaged my wheels. The other wheel shop used sand paper to abrade the surface of the wheel before adhering the new wheel weights while balancing the wheels. Sandpaper is not to be used on a powder coated wheel because all it does is remove the powder coat and permanently scratch the wheel. Enter Wheel Concepts and my contact Phil. They looked at the wheels and quoted me a great price to fix the wheels. Unfortunately this type of damage can't be fixed but instead they had to be recoated. They estimated 5-7 days to have it done and it took all of the 7 days because they had a few problems and didn't want to give me back the car until everything was perfect. Phil kept in touch with me and kept me up to date with the the repairs. The car came back perfect and drives like new. These guys are my new go to wheel/tire place from now on. I highly recommend them. read more

I was looking for a place to repair my bent aluminum wheel I had on my truck from my last Pismo trip.. I checked around and Wheel Concepts was the only place close to me that was willing to look at it and give me a price. I drove over and they were all very nice. They gave me a price to fix it, after they Removed it from my truck and put it on the balancing machine. Once there I told them to show me some rim options for possible install on my truck. I told them what I was looking for and they showed me their new line of awesome wheels they had. It's their own brand and I couldn't pass up the option to put them on my truck. Their customer service was all I needed to know that they were very honest and gave me the option to do what I wanted. I never felt pressured or pushed to a hard sell. They were willing to fix my bent wheel. I chose to get new rims to get a bit more aggressive stance on my truck. They showed me different sized on my truck and I chose the 29"x 10" Pure Grit rim. They gave my truck an aggressive look but no too much where it looks over done. I like the way my truck looks now. Thanks guys for everything. I will definitely recommend my family and friends. I had a 5 star experience all the way around with Wheel Concepts. I had made an inquiry on Yelp about this type of service and Micheal responded to me outside of normal business hours, gave me all the details, a quote and set up an appointment. My wheel looks brand new. While I was waiting when they were installing my wheeI I heard a conversation between Phil and a potential customer, their customer service is outstanding. would highly recommend this company to family and friends. read more

I brought in both curb side wheels from my BMW 750li for a cracked inside flange on the rear and strip, polish and clear both wheels. Overall the process went well and the wheels looked great but they had my wheels for 11 days and that seems a bit excessive for what was done. They did offer me temp wheels and tires but couldn't guarantee the diameters would be the same so I didn't want to risk damage to my rear gear. Was referred by United Wheel in the valley and I'm glad I was. Glad to have my car back on the road and will bring it their for tire and wheel work again. read more

Ordered 4 new Michelin tires through Phil for an Escalade and the tires were delivered faster than expected and they mounted/balanced the tires in a very timely manner. I recently had new tires installed by this company. This place is well run, clean, and efficient. I don't really care about wheels or tires and pretty much only pay attention when my husband tells me too - BUT I do care about customer service. I recently purchased a Audi A7 from a dealer that was just out of a previous 2 yr lease. Near mint condition but 3 of the 4 stock wheels had minor dings. Since my dealer had offered to spring for the cost of repair, I was referred to wheel repair company. After this vendor reviewed some pictures I sent via email, they said it was not their expertise and referred me to their competitor, Wheel Concepts whom they said should be able to take care of me.. I drove over to Wheel Concepts and showed my wheels to Rick who felt positive they could repair to my expectations. He also gave me a short tour of their shop which was clean and organized. Cut to the chase and not to make this review a novel, for the same cost of repair and getting the wheels to stock condition, I was able to get the repair done AND changed the appearance with machine appearance on the face and semi-gloss black elsewhere. All 4 wheels were to take 3 days but were completed in 4. One note of importance, Rick called me on day 3 and said one of the wheels returned from their painter did not meet their workmanship (a blemish in the overcoat) and they wanted to have that one wheel reworked. That cost me an extra day but I was very pleased they noticed it and did not rely on me complaining. I was happy to wait the extra day to get it done right. The wheels look terrific and I was very pleased with my first time experience with Wheel Concepts. I would recommend them to my friends. read more

Americas tire in modesto damaged one of my bmw m5 wheels and could not have the single wheel powdercoat to match the other 3. For some reason they sent them to this place to have them re powdercoat . It was originally a custom color and all 4 rims had to be done to match. It took them a month to do the repair . My wheels were originally a hyper silver color. Now it's some kind of dark silver with gold pearl metallic. The color is not even remotely close and looks terrible and cheap. I would avoid this place. read more

Wheel Concepts is a chrome wheel manufacturer in Newbury Park. They specialize in OEM factory chrome wheels for luxury vehicles. I bought a set of silver powdercoat Porsche Boxster wheels to upgrade my 944 Turbo. It's an older car, and the newer wheels really make it look awesome. The staff is very knowledgeable about which wheels will fit on each model, and suggested these wheels would look great. They fit perfectly! The wheels cost a lot less then I thought they would. In addition to giving me a great deal on the wheels, they also got me tires to go with them, which saved me a lot of money. Wheel Concepts is legit. They're not the guys who put a Lamborghini on their business card and have a Honda on the lift when you walk in. I remember seeing a Ferrari and a custom Ford GT40 inside their garage. Neither are they a bunch of trashy showboaters slapping cheap aftermarket spinners on ghetto cruisers. Wheel Concepts is the place to get classy factory wheels to go with your luxury vehicle, whether its a Porsche, BMW, Lexus, Benz, Rolls, or Bentley. Most of their business goes through their chrome exchange program, but they also specialize in repairs, hard to find wheels, and building custom prototypes for concept vehicles. Legend has it that once they even chromed an F16 fighter jet wheel. Wheel Concepts is the leader for OEM chrome wheels for luxury vehicles in Ventura County. They're fast, efficient, friendly, and affordable. read more
