He expertly installed a bathroom vanity, top counter with sink, and faucet. He also caulked everything. Installed a 36" x 36" mirror and added baseboards in the bathroom. In addition he added some trim at the bottom of the cabinet and grouted next to the tub. In the kitchen he replaced the cabinet bottom under the kitchen sink, which was entirely rotted. He also added baseboards in the kitchen, caulked the countertop, and repaired one of my cabinet drawers. He did such a great job that I've asked him to give me a quote to replace some deck stairs, and also to replace the tile floor in my kitchen!

This cost of the service was a surprise to me (I was never told about this). The connectivity to the devices through this paid service doesn't work - I haven't had remote access to thermostats for five straight months and overall, I haven't had access about 30% of the time during the three years of service. While, Michael's Audio hasn't made me pay for the all of the follow-up service calls (approximately eight of them), they have been very slow to resolve the issue (I've placed dozens of calls and sent countless emails asking them to resolve the issue). They sent over their 'expert' almost a month ago and we agreed to replace the system with one that doesn't require a paid subscription to connect......I haven't heard from them since. I guess my next step will be to hire a different company and have them install a working system. Then ask Michael's Audio for a refund, which, given their slow response, I might need to pursue in small claims court.

We met Michael shortly after we purchased a home in Tabernash. We decided to move forward to bring T.V.'s, sound, ring systems, and cameras up to snuf with their company. It was a complicated job and we were not around for much of the work. The house was left tidy and if we ever had any concerns Michael and Mark strived to make it right. Recently, a couple months after installation, we were puzzled that some of the bedroom outlets and bath switches were not working, I was concerned that something had "happened" during the alarm install, I called and Michael came out within an hour and went thru the entire bedroom electric system, couldn't find anything wrong... then he did not stop, he called an electrician who came out the same day and he carefully went thru once again , including the breakers, tracing things in the wall until finally,,,,, he figured it out!!!! It had nothing to do with Michael's install ! The GFCI in the bathroom had tripped and all of these were connected. MYSTERY SOLVED!! SAVED US much heartache! Thanks a million, Michael!!!

We were sort of new to our condo and had to experience using remote help to shut off water as well…read moreas power issues. When the fires cleared and the all clear was given everything was turned back on, again remote by someone we asked. When we managed to finally get out we noticed out pressure pump was running and running and running. We suspected a back flow or something had gone south during the power outage and water on/off. So we manually turned the pump on and off as needed. We also put a call to the plumber. The gentleman who cam out was very professional and wore a mask. We asked about rough pricing for a new pump. He told us the numbers but said not to rush in to things as he has not checked everything out. We told him what was going on and then left him to do what was needed. He called us back down about 15 minutes later... we were ready for the worst. He took a moment to show that he could turn on the pump AND it would not run and run! Magic! No, all the bypasses were open and the pump could not generate enough pressure to shut off. He should use the 5 cut off valves and the explained the flow of water according to what was open and what was shut. In other words, it was human error and not mechanical failure. So while we were ready to sign a check he was not ready to take one. We ended up paying for the hour of the lesson. Awesome running in to a professional that educates a customer instead of taking advantage of them . I am 100% sure I know who I will call in the future.
