Rocky Mountain Hot Tub Company simply doesn't keep the hot tub clean, despite minimal use, and they drain and replace the water much too frequently. This increases the cost of their service not surprisingly. We regularly observed their crew showing up and leaving within only 2-3 minutes. Then, we would get over-billed at the end of the month because they needed to drain the tub because it was too dirty. We almost never even use our hot tub. This company unfortunately provides poor quality service and when you speak to leadership at the organization, it is clear they have no desire to make improvements. I will say we had a positive experience when we purchased our hot tub, but the service at Rocky Mountain Hot Tub Company is poor. We recommend not using this company.

The installation back then went well, but if you don't sign up for their regular "route service," then it becomes "all quiet on the western front." Their service dept. was not even willing to help me escalate an issue to Hot Spring after a pump failed very shortly after the warranty period had expired. Instead, they just wanted to send out a technician for $245 minimum - including travel time from the Frisco location, even though they have regular route service customers in my neighborhood. If you want to feel like you're getting a pretty decent deal on an entry-level hot tub and need someone to maintain it for you, then sure - consider buying something from the Hot Spot Collection and have Maximum Comfort service it. But if you plan to operate, maintain and service your hot tub yourself, then I'd stay away from these guys and get something better from one of several other retailers in the County that are more responsive, reliable and represent reputable brands such as Arctic, Jacuzzi and others.
