Got a variety of a few different sizes. They are all delicious, crunchy, and sweet- do wish, however, they were not as skimpy with the toppings on the more pricey popcorns. Turns out when they put "drizzle" they really meant "drizzle"- only about half the bag is drizzled while the other half is basic caramel. This was a great experience for us and look forward to doing it again soon. All my customers loved the taste of these products.

Let's start with the quality of the product. It is salty and stale. It didn't used to be, that why I came back in the 1st place. Then the price. If you are going to charge more or even the same, at least keep the quality the same and for God's sake keep them satisfied. Which brings me to customer service. As soon as I got home I open my bag of cheesy cheese popcorn and it was stale and salty. I immediately called and told them of the subpar product. I was told that the manager would call me back. 3 days 4 days 5 days go by still no call. I call again tell them my name and information and she pretends like she doesn't know that I called before. But then reveals that yes she does know who I am and tells me once again her manager is out of town but she will have her call me. Fast forward a few more days I come back to the store with my overpriced popcorn, and the girl behind the counter says that the owner left me a voicemail. I said she did Not! So once again I left my information and did not receive a call back or any retribution for this overpriced stale salty popcorn. I would not recommend them to anyone especially popcorn lovers you will be very upset that you spent your money on subpar product to lying no good customer service people. read more

I ordered 40 popcorn cones for a baby shower party favors. The lady I talked to on the phone didn't really know much and not very informative. She asked me wAnt I wanted on them? "I said it's a baby shower what's is your suggestion." She said ready to pop is most popular. I said yes that's perfect. And asked me if I wanted ribbon on it and thought that would be great. I was so excited for these popcorn cones. Friday a lady called and explained to me that the girl was new and she didn't charge you for the ribbon. I said ok I'll pay when I pick it up. She asked me color of ribbons and said she would make it look good. So picked them up Saturday and the girl working there had a huge hickey on her neck that's all I could stare at. We stopped in tonight because I really wanted to see if they have some kind of party favor that would be a good alternative to sending messy cupcakes to school for my kids' birthdays. They do; they're called pop cones and seem like an affordable choice, so we'll be doing those this school year. Meanwhile my kids were completely overwhelmed by all the flavor choices, and after sampling several, we walked out with five different flavors in the "tiny" bags which really aren't that tiny and start at only $1.95. The popcorn is really flavor-packed and pretty delicious, even the more bizarre flavors--my son's dill pickle--and I didn't think I would like grape, but it's quite good as well. Good and crunchy popcorn. It's a little warm inside the store but the owner was nice and helpful.

It really is a shame... we pulled up two minutes before closing, and one of the employees raced us to the door (with her manager inside watching her), turned off the open sign, and refused to let us in... even though there were still two customers inside. It's popcorn for crying out loud. It's not like they had to cook something from scratch for us. We will be going to the new popcorn place down the street from now on. read more
