It's a unique feature of this market because they don't have the run of the mill food vendors you find elsewhere. Additionally, there are lots of produce vendors alongside artisanal booths that sell things like soap and jewelry. You can do a little shopping after eating a snack or dinner. Honestly, I'd come to this farmers market on vibes alone. I can't think of a better way to spend a Wednesday night in the sleepy suburbs than to eat delicious food and do some produce shopping. Located in a drive through area between some retail /big box stores. This farmer's market is actually quite large. It was kind of surprising since I didn't expect all the stalls to fit this area (purely my perception). It covers all the basics that I've seen at other farmer's markets from the POV of a casual farmer's market patron. All the stalls I went to the folks were friendly. I ended up getting some coffee from Milo and Friends, some eggs from the egg farmer, some yogurts, and some pickles. Since it's nested in a large parking lot between the retail stores, there's a lot of parking, but this place can get packed on Saturdays. Between 6:45-8:45 I CALLED 14 times to figure out where they were. He texted me once. Every time some excuse and we are almost there. He shows up at 8:45. Food is mediocre, tortillas are cold and he doesn't offer up what we discussed. Contract was from 6:30-8:30. 1/3 of my guests already left unfed. He had an injury-I would have been sympathetic but he NEVER contacted me to let me know so I could make other arrangements. He goes to the hospital after, I am sympathetic and contact him a couple of times after the event. Tell him to contact me when he can. 2 weeks later this is still not resolved. I am mad by this point and tell him I want a refund. His offer is to keep my deposit ($880) and not ask me to pay the balance. He want to keep $880 for arriving 2+ hours late feeding 2/3 of the guests he was supposed to and leaving after an hour. I am now taking him to small claims court and trying to make sure everyone knows he is a cheat and not to do business with him.
