As a SoCal girl, In n out has always had a special place in my heart. Still does! However, I decided to eat here because when in Texas! I went through the drive thru. The place looked pretty busy but the line went rather quick. I typically get the Flying Dutchman at in n out, and I got the equivalent of that here. They don't have a name for it, at least not that I saw. Solid place. Good fries read more

Picked up some food for my boyfriend and I, but boy did these fries taste old as helly. Burger tasted like it was sitting out too.

If I could give this location a zero I would . Every time I come at this location I always have problems either missing food ,cold food and today I've experienced waiting for almost a hour for my order that I placed online . Went through the drive thru got my drinks was told to wait on spot 5 for my order mind you I didn't order a lot three meals for myself and my family . Inside of being 5-10 minutes waiting almost a hour 15 cars got in and out went inside and apparently they didn't know . How so if I got my drinks . Do better read more

excellent customer service! super friendly staff! We were passing through and decided to get some quick food. This has to be the cleanest, quickest, and most friendly customer service I have encountered in way too long especially for a fast food chain. We were greeted immediately walking in and served with smiles. My family and I felt welcomed and always enjoy Whataburger but this one just had actual customer service. read more

I don't know what up with this WHATABURGER but I swear it hates to see me coming. And this is why I really technically don't try to eat at this location. But today I was going for the teacher appreciation breakfast, and I am so upset that I walked away with no breakfast because I was waiting in line for 15 minutes . Would still know breakfast. I'm very upset. I really want my free breakfast. I never really eat breakfast so I was excited to be a teacher and to be appreciated somewhere at least this morning but that just didn't happen so thank you Whataburger for starting off my teacher appreciation. read more

Old lady at the window was extremely rude she must've been from up north. asked me "ARE YOU GOOD" ? When I pulled up didn't put my fries in the back and forgot my gravy the old lady must have had dementia bc when I asked her name she looked confused.. maybe she needs to apply at Walmart to check the receipts at the door. Not very clean inside. A lot of tables with food on them. Ordered grilled onions with my meat patties but it never showed up. An employee came by to check one and when I told her she brought me some . Nice lady, Dorina or Norina.. was on her name tag. I watched her bringing out orders, hard worker and had a pleasant attitude with everyone. They should hang onto her. She turned this from a 2 star to a 4 star review read more

I normally don't rate fast food joints. I am making an exception because I actually drive past two other Whataburger locations to dine in this one. The restaurant is always very clean and the staff is very friendly! The food always comes out piping hot too! This location does it right! read more

This Whataburger is closest to my way to work. When you wake up & think, hmmm, I could go for Whataburger this morning, & remember they are open 24/7. Game on! I ordered the new breakfast sandwich, which is a whole meal on a bun. Yes! Not only that, but if you download the app, you can preorder your food, have the buns toasted on both sides. And get everything the way you want it. What's not to love?! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was the only one inside, but their drive thru was busy. Plus there were two SAPD parked, chatting, in the parking lot. So, safety first. Lol The manager made fresh coffee, & it is good! They have half & half or French Vanilla creamers to doll up your cup o'Joe. I added the later. Mmmm The staff were all working g hard, prepping for the ne t shift, so it was nice & clean. Cups & such were restocked, so you did not have to ask for anything. The main thing involved was the simplicity of ordering on the app, paying on the app, & just driving to pick it up. Little waiting. Got in & out in about four minutes. Pretty darn good. I dont care who owns whataburger, it will always be a Texas thang! read more

In my previous review I noted that fast food restaurant experiences can vary widely and today was a great example of it. I decided to use the drive-thru lanes for my breakfast order. My simple (taquito) order was among many in a drive-thru that simply was not moving. After 15 minutes or so I decided to go inside and cancel my order. The employee that helped me was indifferent to the point of rudeness. No apology, no f**k you, nothing. SMH. I went somewhere else. read more

The person who took my order was amazing seemed like he was in a great mood! Took my order calmly waited for me to look at the menu and placed my order correctly! When I got to the first window Nora H was rude did not greet meet she also was taking orders while talking to me and then I was paying half cash half card and was getting my cash ready and she started talking to someone else and had the nerve to say "she's right here, she's just taking forever" that was very rude of her seemed like she does not lol her job! Food was great! Service was terrible!! read more

This was the WORST experience I've ever had at a Whataburger. 30 min after ordering for curbside, I decided to go through the drive through to get my order as I had noticed at least 8 people pickup their orders since I had ordered mine. Started to panic while I was in line as I had to get back to work, so backed out. Asked the young man standing outside taking orders if I was just SOL re getting my money back and he said yeah, there wasn't anything I could do. I looked at him in unbelief. Then he asked if I could wait,--and he went inside. He came out with my order,--30 min after I had ordered it in the app. It was cold and soggy. I have no idea what's wrong at this location, however, I won't be back. Passed the man who was sitting next to me long before I got there and he was just leaving as I was leaving. Noticed they didn't get his order right the first time. Advice for this location: skip it and go on down the road especially if you have someplace you need to be. This location deserves negative stars!! read more

We like whataburger... but this location is just NOT good.!! staring with the employees the women at the front was pretty rude. the food taking 30min to come out then comes out and is wrong.!!!!! ‍ i go to return it and they take a looooooong time... I would understand if the restaurant was full BUt not even.! ‍ anyway... We wanted something fast but we should've just gone to a BF restaurant ‍ joke is on us.! read more

If I could give this place a negative star I would I've been to this location twice and both times they messed my order up the first time the manager was nice enough to fix but this time I should trust my gut and check and when I got home my order was completely wrong luckily for them I didn't feel like going back to fix again I just know going forward I will never got to this location again and I encourage those who read this to do the Same or check your food before you leave read more

Love this place food is always good and made to order and very clean and the staff is always positive and friendly

Went tonight. Ordered to go. Probably my bad for not checking but Fries were missing when We got home. Always something at this location!

Tried the breakfast menu today and it might have been good. They were so slow my coffee was cold by the time the food was delivered. I hope you like gravy on everything. The cold eggs and pancakes weren't bad with my cold coffee. They must become more efficient since working people can't spend their time waiting on food. read more

Would not recommend going here. i went there this morning to pick up breakfast for my family. i got myself only a sandwich. honey butter (only served 11pm-11am). they forgot my whole sandwich. i was upset but no biggie, i know it happens. my problem happened when i called. mind you it is 30 minutes past breakfast. anyways i called to say i never got my HB. the manager (D was her name) answered so nonchalant i literally asked if i had the right number for whata. she rudely replied yes and when i explained to her i didn't get my sandwich she goes "ok...?" long pause probably 15 seconds, as i was not going to say anything. she then verified the location. then she goes "well it's obviously not breakfast anymore" like duh. i got the meal on the tale end of breakfast hours? so anyways. she told me to write her name and go back during breakfast hours for a replacement. never apologized. never offered a refund. not a thing. it felt like she was 16 playing manager. so bizzare. they should find some respectful management. also if they made my sammy is it not just sitting there? do they somehow all just disappear past 11:00 am? read more

Took 45 minutes to get the orders right. If we didn't check the order before leaving, we would have left with somebody else's order. Forgot what we ordered which meant we had to wait even longer. Cole with low expectations and still be disappointed. read more

This was my first time at this location and I had ZERO issues. I was greeted by some very friendly employees who took my order and within minutes I had my meal. I was surprised it came out that quick as the drive through was busy and the dining room was almost full. My Slap Yo Momma Good burger was perfect and it was exactly how I ordered it (unlike In n Out last night who completely messed up my burger). The onion rings were delicious as well. The dining area was clean. When the young girl brought out my food she offered me plain or spicy ketchup, which I bet you can guess what I chose. She also offered me some napkins and then I went to town and grubbed down. I did try the limited time Dr. Pepper shake for dessert which is pretty good. Whataburger is to Texas what In n Out is to California. I do however prefer Whataburger over In n Out. Yes I was bred, born, and raised in the Great Nation of Texas. This locations always forget something out of the order. The food is fresh all the time but don't forget things, because you'd drive all the way home and then have to drive all the way back and it's a waste of gas when you could have put it in the bag. I do recommend this place but just make sure you check the bag before you leave ! read more

Despite being very busy most of the time they are a very efficient team of burger buddies that I love going to for my late night eats. I don't think they deserve such a low rating. Best Chain the Southwest. I grew up on Whataburger and this location with out doubt never dissapoints me in what a WHATABURGER should taste like. If you've never been here you must be a Yankee. So go with the double meat double cheese with toasted buns on both sides. Or create you combination if you must. This is usually one of the places I stop at when I'm in my home state. Oh yeah most whataburgers are open 24 Hours, drive through some have open interior 24 hours but those are usually in Corpus Christi read more

This is my first experience having Whataburger. I cannot totally Rave enough about how great this place is. It's a 24-hour fast food restaurant that always have a line, no matter what time you go. This is how good this fast food restaurant is. I actually ordered the avocado bacon cheeseburger freshly made homemade as a matter of fact and it was beyond delicious. My hubby had the mozzarella jalapeno pepper jack cheeseburger which he said was so good. We also had their fries which was great very crispy not salty. It was in a great location right off of I-35 which was right across the street from the hotel we were staying. My dad also told me about this place which he was correct and how great this restaurant was. Their prices are reasonable but it's worth the money no matter how much you pay. The burgers were homemade very juicy bread was just right meat was cooked to perfection and I would definitely go back again. read more

The drive thru lane is super slow! Be ready to wait 30 plus minutes for your food!!!!!

I went through the drive through today. I ordered at 1:20pm. There were 2 cars in front of me at the order window and probably another 3 cars waiting to pay or for their orders. This only included the inside lane. It was 1:33 before I paid and 1:40 before I got my food. My soda was watered down. Apparently it was prepared when I ordered, then sat on the counter ( 20 minutes). My burgers was smashed like a pancake, as if other orders were stacked on top of it. I got an extra order of fries that I did not order and it was upside down in the bag, so the fries were everywhere. This is ridiculous! This store has always been slow and the orders are often wrong but today was too much. It either needs a new manager or someone needs to train the employees. Maybe they should take a training from Chick-fli-A Those people get the crowds through a drive through line in no time flat! read more

While I was in San Antonio this week, i decided to stop in at Whataburger to grab a quick bite to eat. I ended up getting the chicken fajita combo; it had grilled chicken, grilled peppers, and grilled onions. I had them add some shredded cheese to it. It also came with french fries and a 32oz soda. Either i was starving or I really enjoyed the grilled chicken fajita; i almost wish i didn't ask them to add the cheese. The fries were those thin kind and I wish I would've asked for a different side, but i didn't think to ask. For my drink I asked for a strawberry Fanta, but i think they gave me a Big Red Strawberry Cream Soda (which I don't like). The drive thru area is similar to what they are doing with the Chickfila's by having 2 lines and an attendant to help with your order if they are busy. read more

I have come to this location a few times. Service has not been the best. First the costumer service. Not friendly or welcoming. I feel like everyone is rushing around and not paying attention to the costumer. Second today we came to have a late night bite after a hectic work day, you have four employees sitting around eating or doing trainings on the computer with one gal operating the front counter AND ATTENDING BOTH LINES OUTSIDE! It's 43 degrees outside. She doesn't have a sweater and after her manager tells her she needs to attend outside, she repeated she doesn't have a sweater. YOU HAVE 4 OTHERS JUST SITTING ON THEIR BEHINDS LAUGHING AWAY! We sat for a good half hour and still no one got up. Multiple people came back because they had something wrong with their order. Our food tasted cold. And frozen? Or tasteless? It wasn't whataburger that's for sure. read more

The yelpers are far off on this one. I went here twice on my trip to San Antonio. Both visits were exactly what I would'nt expect from a fast food burger joint with 2.5 stars. Immediately greeted by a friendly server in both visits. I ordered the spicy bacon burger the first time, mushroom burger the next. The server recommended adding bacon on the mushroom burger. Not pushy, just said she always gets it and it's delicious. I love bacon, so she had me at hello. When you place your order they give you a plastic number to stand at your table. Both times the meal came out within five minutes. The food; my pictures do not do justice on the mammoth size of these burgers. They are almost the size of a discusses and took me the better part of a half an hour to consume. Both burgers were delicious and not too greasy. The meals come with skinny fries which I'm not a huge fan of. The have a spicy ketchup that makes them better. Someone walks around and asks you how you meal was and if they can get you a drink refill. That's a nice touch. Fast food doesn't get much better than this folks. read more

Landed in San Antonio and the 1st thing we ate: freakin Whataburger!!! They don't have these in Ga. Went around 930 pm.
