Been here twice Half hour wait first time 40 minutes second visit. Done with this place

The two times I've been to this location they got my order wrong. Today when I went they gave me someone else's food while in the drive thru. So I had to pack up my sleeping 5 month old to go inside and get it fixed because I didn't want to get back in line and wait 15 minutes because they messed up. read more

As good as the other Whataburgers! Which I am a late night fan for sure! I'd give it a five star but it's a fast food so I don't think any fast food is 5 star but as my favorites of them Whataburger is the top burger joint for fast food for sure! read more

We love Whataburger generally - it is our fast food go to. But this location is awful. We stopped on a trip for a quick morning meal. I ordered one breakfast meal and a Whatabuger Junior. Apparently although it is a 24 hour restaurant, they were not prepared to make the smaller size burger during breakfast hours. But thEy didn't bother to tell me that! Instead they took my order and let me wait. A half hour later when they finally checked out the status of my order because I had been standing there so long, they told me that was the problem and they would fix it soon. No, my egg sandwich wasn't getting cold because they were waiting to make it until they had the burger. Another 5 minutes they handed me the small bad with my order. No apology - no acknowledgement of my inconvenience- just like this was normal. Apparently they thought it was normal so stay away! To add insult, my husband's burger was way overcooked when we finally got it! Love Whataburger, but avoid #771 off I-20 in Willow Park, Texas. The service and the food were horrible. read more

Look I love this location, but you've gotta step your game up. Last time I checked RANCH isn't GRAVY. I understand the food industry and the late night drunkies that keep you busy at night, but I'm a single mother and your restaurant is my guilty pleasure when she's away at the grandparents so can we please start really listening on the intercom. Disappointed. Food came out cold twice. Fries were stale and it took over 15 min to get food. Staff was unorganized. Tables were all dirty. Went in at the start of the dinner rush...can only imagine how much worse it got. read more

Disgusting. Unsanitary. I highly doubt they would pass a health regulation test due to the insane amount of beetles.

Very disappointed and then some, had the cashier not been so nice I would have given only one star! First off, I am a firefighter and every whataburger I have ever been to, gives a police/firefighter discount. Now, I did not come about this by asking for it, it was offered to me about a year or so ago when one of the employees noticed my uniform shirt and asked me "are you a firefighter?", of course I replied, yes. From that moment on I have always received a discount at every single whataburger without exception, well until now. Today, the cashier went to get the manger and he not only declined to do so, he was to busy and rude to give any explanation as to why... So, I paid full price, which isn't that big of a deal, but what is a big deal to me is the bad attitude of the manger. Then to top it all off, I paid full price for a so so meal, the burger was over cooked and fries were worse. There are tons of other whataburger's which will be getting my business, but never again will I come to this one in Willow Park. read more

My experience is always different at this location, but this morning I tried to order the #20. This Should come with a taquito and hash browns/fries and even a drink. While this location is Always slow I sit at the window for a good while, they had plenty of time to make sure my order was correct (they weren't busy) however I still left (always check your bag) Without the French fries I ordered!! So now I've paid for a meal and am only eating a taquito. Always check your bag here! When I called to let them know they asked me to come back to pick up the French fries.....I'm not driving back to pick up the French fries that should have been placed in my bag when I paid for them. read more

This is my local whataburger go in all the time, My husband and i went in today everything was great especially the lady who took our order i do want to mention who because the whole time we were there she had a smile on her face even with the customer before us she was very very friendly and smiling and having a convo, she seems to have a very positive attitude that i enjoyed seeing while being there so i made sure and seen her name tag her name is Keena. She was very sweet to us and again when ordering she was very energetic and postive. I feel she deserved the 5 star rating read more

Today the car in front of me had a very large order - instead of asking him to pull up/over/away while his order was completed, they allowed him to sit and wait. I wish management would know, that everybody leaves the drive-thru line and goes to Sonic or McDonald's because the drive-thru line never moves. The food from this location is disgusting. I live in Aledo and would rather drive to one of the other two locations in Weatherford (15-20 minutes away) rather than eating at this one. There is a significantly noticeable difference in the quality of the food. Everything I get has to be zapped in the microwave because it's cold by the time I get back and it seems nothing is cooked right. read more
