This is my local Whataburger and my experiences here have always been exceptional. To have the great customer service at a fast food joint like this, is wonderful. The manager has been working the drive thru and checked my bag before delivery and say that she needed to add fries because there wasn't enough and she couldn't allow the order to be served like that. Keep up the attention to detail, the great customer service and the team spirit that seems to be going on with the workers. It shows and it is appreciated. read more

the worker that goes by the name "Kim" with glasses, is so rude. she had so much attitude. she told one of my guy friends she's "not doing his bullshit." also she has a friend who just lingers around her and "kim" acted like the ring leader. she acted like her job was actually killing her. Amazing experience at this Wataburger!! Polite and accurate service. The drive through went quickly. The wrangler burger was not much to look at but it tasted fantastic. The onion rings were perfectly crispy. And Dr Pepper blackberry shake is my favorite of all the Dr Pepper shakes I have had at Wataburger. read more

The employees are incredibly and consistently rude. And apparently employees like to think it's okay to make rude comments about autistic people when they can hear them. They constantly mess up orders or leave things off and still charge for them. If I could rate them zero stars I would. read more

I stopped going there for breakfast 2 years ago because of incompetence and very slow service. I thought I would give them another chance this morning. First I had to wait 5 minutes just for them to take my order. When I got to the window It was another 10 minutes before someone came to the window. The hash browns where so old and dry they cut the roof of my mouth. the flour tortilla was stale and hard. The iced coffee was made incorrectly without the right ingredients and they did not give me my apple pie. I am a manager of over 30 people. Good employees come from good management. I blame the owner and am surprised that they have been in business this long. read more

Breakfast pancakes & sausage. Pancakes cooked with an awful tasting oil that gave the pancakes an oily taste. It came with a tiny container (about a tsp) of vegetable oil "butter" and a container of high fructose syrup. The sausage was tough and dry. Since it was takeout, I used real butter and real maple syrup. It still didn't taste good. Had a couple of bites & threw it away. No star review. Very disappointed. read more

Good: 1. The first worker I dealt with was kind second seemed more focused on trying to pull the drive through out of the slump they got in Bad: 1. Time it took for drive through 2. Confusion at window due to lack of workers at window 3. Food wasn't that great as well as forgot items and drinks wasn't great We showed up before our last Christmas events planning on getting food and getting out quick. Pulled in the second opening and ordered food and was told it was $12 even and to pull up behind the other cars in line 1 so we did. It took awhile to get to the window it wasn't extremely busy at the drive through so it was a longer than normal wait for the amount of cars in line. Once we got to the window two cars came up on the right lane and they decided to move both cars in front of me in our lane and one had to parallel park to fit between the first car and I. I was getting frustrated since only one guy was running the window register and taking food out. They had no help for him, plus they were putting people that were at the back of the line in front of us. The guy at the window dealt with the two in front of me, then asked me what my order was and when I told him he got confused and couldn't find the order. I handed him the money and then he tried handing it back in confusion. I was patient with him since it wasn't his fault, I told him several times what the order is and what my name was and the amount they told me he then put my order in again and I paid. Once I got my drink it was flat they then asked me to move forward so I did. Once I sat there for a while I decided they must have given my order to the cars that cut in line since he said it looked like the order had been payed for and picked up. My girlfriend got frustrated since we had been in line for 30 minutes and went inside to get a Dr Pepper that wasn't flat. I sat in line as the next four people behind me passed me up leaving the drive through. A different guy took over the drive through and brought my food out to me handed it to me and walked off with no words said. When I pulled around to pick up my girlfriend from the front door she hopped in saying she changed it for root beer since the Dr Pepper was still flat the second refill. Once we got into the food the hamburger was good the fries were barely warm and they didn't give me any ketchup which I had repeatedly asked for at the window and at the drive through order screen. One of the worst experiences I have had at this whataburger. The whole experience at the drive through lasted 40 minutes or more making us late for the Christmas event that we had planned. read more

Against my better judgment, I went to this Whataburger yet again, because my son wanted something. The food is sloppy and NEVER hot. Never. Ever. Ever. But, I thought, I'll order the BLT. Looks great in the photo placard. Surely they can't mess that up. I'm still trying to eat the driest, coldest, sloppiest BLT I've ever had. I don't know why I change my expectations with this Whataburger. And it doesn't matter what I order--dine-in or drive thru. The food is always cold and subpar. Here's a thing: if I drive out to you twice within a half hour, I kind of expect at least the second order to be correct, in the unfortunate event the first isn't. When the drive through began its automated message that this location was closed, I should have given up the first time, but then a pleasant voice asked for my order. "Great!" I thought,"they're still open!" But alas. They couldn't get my order correct the first time. I returned about 10 minutes later to fix it. After waiting 15 min, I received my order, but they forgot to ask me for payment and I parked to come inside and pay. "Oh! I forgot!" she said. "No worries," said I. I understand that whataburger is open 24 hours, thank God, but this location for some reason took awhile. It was late at night and there wasn't any customers and just us. The order still took about 15 minutes to 20 minutes. I'm not sure if they were making our order fresh or not but, if they were it would be nice to inform us. But since they didn't inform us, the assumption is they just took their time because it was just one order. Regardless, it's a fast food joint and there is a reason why it's called "fast", unfortunately, it wasn't. Worst Whataburger. The wait is ridiculous and if you look in the window the employees are just chatting it up. The intercoms where they take your order suck you have to yell and even then they get it wrong. We waited in the B lane line for 10 minutes only to have an employee come out and ask what our order was because that lane wasn't open yet that was the lane where they took out order. Made no sense. Without a doubt, this is the worst Whataburger in the state of Texas. I waited 20 minutes to order breakfast to get to the register at 11:02 for them to say they weren't serving breakfast. Every time someone paid with cash, they had to go into the management office. There were only 5 people in front of me, one cashier, and a 20 minutes wait just to order when I came in at 10:40. Location had someone taking orders that was not properly trained. One lane was moving as normal, but the second lane wasn't moving at all. Approximately 25 vehicles that arrived at the location after we did, received their order prior to us receiving ours. After waiting in line for over 30 minutes they delivered us someone else's order. Once he realized the order wasn't ours, he went up and down both lanes trying to figure out who had ordered it. He did apologize to us and indicated they had someone taking orders in that lane that really didn't know what they were doing. He did finally deliver our order after 46 minutes. Also when we were waiting for our food like 10 other people who got there after we got there got their food before we did.
