This is the worse McDonald's by far I don't eat out much but decided to get something on the cheaper side didn't even get much just a burger no meal I was told to go wait in parking spot one I was there for 25 mins before realizing hey they are giving people their food and I'm still waiting it's a bunch of kids that have no good work skills and zero effort I go back in line and they ask for receipt which I give and they come back a minute later "we will get that started for you" it hasn't even been started 25 mins later are we serious? read more

Ok, so where to begin. They are so so slow. So slow, in fact that they did not ask for our order at the drive thru. We waited and waited--no help from the employees. After waiting for over five minutes we finally drive to the window and are told they can't possibly take our order at the window because it will confuse the orders behind us. Infuriating. After I ask for a supervisor to clarify the situation I am told that indeed they cannot do it as it is too baffling for their system. We left without food. We will not return. Food was about as good as any other, but the service lacked. When I tired to confirm my order at the window, she just took my card and swiped it without acknowledging me. Instead she was talking to a coworker. Also, not only was I missing a hash brown for my sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle, but I was missing the egg and cheese, as well. Compared to the other nearby McDonalds this place is great. My biggest complaint about any McDonalds is that their French fries always taste old or they're under cooked. This place gets it right every time. It's always clean and the staff are polite and professional. read more

Ok. So we ordered two coffees and they had us pay for a junior Bic Mac and a beverage. When we pointed out their mistake they corrected the food but told us the cost was about the same and to avoid further confusion they were not going to correct the change and they owes US money. The manager of this McDonald's should be replaced. We had to repeat the order several times, but they still got it wrong. We repeatedly said small fries and drinks but they upsized it to large. I assumed we paid more, but can't verify because they gave no receipt. That's probably to prevent taking the McDonald's survey and pocketing the overcharge. The famous fries were cold and unsalted and the Big Mac was lukewarm. We'll never stop here again. read more

Too much to type. Long story short. Syrup all over hamburger wrapped and coffee....got all over me, my clothes when I was on my way to somewhere and all over my car and the smell stayed for days! They said there was a syrup spill near grill when I called and said they can only replace the burger if the syrup got on it and not just on wrapper, then few days later my daughter and I got an order of fries Cold and picked up hair when I reached for the fries....absolutely disgusting and won't trust this location again.
