This is becoming a common stop for me on my way to my project out west. It's convenient since it's right off the highway. Easy off, access, and get back on the highway. Terrible service and food. Ordered a burger with certain ingredients removed. Received my order and contained half the items I asked to be removed. Order taker repeated it twice. Got my order in 1-2 minutes, patty was not warm and cheese, that I asked to be removed wasn't even melted. So much mayo, which I asked to be removed, so thick it was running out. When I got to the window the girl making my drink had to nerve to scoop my cup in the ice machine with her hands and didn't use the ice scoop. When I said something to the girl at the window the other girl looked at me like I did something wrong. Seriously ma'am would you like that done to your drink? I think not. The server didn't even try to get my attention as she was at the back of my car instead of the front. The server was rude and disrespectful. I ordered 3 chili cheese tots and I got 3 cheese tots. We went here yesterday to get some drinks after school. First we noticed all of their parking slots were closed. The drive thru Line was long but seemed to be moving. After a surprisingly short time we were ordering. The person taking our order was rude and kept saying "what else." When we got to the window her courtesy had not improved. She handed me our drinks and I ask for my receipt and just about got the window closed when I ask for napkins. She didn't like that. I don't know why the outside was closed but I hope they get it fixed. read more

Pulled up about 7:40am there was one other car in the parking lot. The lady came on and said "can I help you?" all rude and mono tone and like she barely just woke up. So I proceeded with my order, a Route 44 drink and order of 4 French toast sticks. It said "Laila is in on the way with your order." Sat there for almost another ten minutes before a young man came stumbling up and just handed my drink and food with barely any words coming out of his mouth. I don't know what's going on at this place as they are constantly closed with a note "due to no employees" or closed early with same note. I went by for lunch 3x in the last 9 days and every time the order has been wrong.yesterday I ordered a bacon cheese burger with no mustard, ketchup or mayo. Instead all I got was meat cheese and a whole lot of jalapeños. This is not what I paid for and I guess they closed after I left because I called and no one answered (the parking lot was basically empty when I went up there). Last Friday I went and got us some chili dog meals and asked for mustard to be added. Got home and it was two cold hotdogs with ketchup and only one order of fries. Two days before that I ordered a bacon cheeseburger (just as it comes) and got only meat and bacon. Something is wrong. I'm pretty sure your people working there really could care less and give you just what ever. I knew it was a bad sign last week when I could hear a woman yelling at the owner while I was at the drive through that he needed to hire a manager because she doesn't want to do that job anymore. read more

This place is ridiculous. I spent $30 for food and can't even get a cup of ice water. They seriously charging for a small cup of water with ice! Seriously... it's freaking hot and this is the only sonic charging for water. Really. All the other fast food places aren't even charging for waters. This is bad. We are from California and none of the fast food restaurants and even Sonic charge for a cup of waters. Not even San Antonio was charging for a cup of waters with ice.! Horrible. The manager/owner is a very anger man, even to the point of being scary. I stopped to get a drink and ordered it on my app. I use my app all the time at other Sonics and never had an issue. This is the 3rd time that I have gone to this sonic and they didn't put all of my wings in the bag. I ordered a 12 piece and they only gave me 6... I tried calling back multiple times but no one wanted to answer the phone. Disappointed and I will not be wasting my money there anymore! Just awful! pulled into the Sonic drive thru and ordered a hotdog with ketchup and cheese only and a small cranberry lime aid. before i could get my order out, the person on the intercom interrupted me to ask if it was a regular hot dog to which i replied yes and repeated my order. then he asked if i wanted a large drink to which i replied a little louder "no, a small." to which he asked " a small or a large?". once again, i answered back a little louder bc obviously he couldn't hear me, " no, a small." after waiting about 5 min for my food, a gentleman came out and delivered it. the total was 3.78 and i gave the man 4.80 and told him to keep the change. but he was adamant about giving me two cents in change. i told him to keep it and he then replied with something along the lines of me needing it more than him or something like that to which i told him,"no keep the 2 cents as well as that extra dollar i gave you". his attitude changed dramatically and he then thanked me for the tip which he so obviously did not deserve. i could have been petty and taken the dollar back but i am going to be the bigger person and let him keep it. although this kind of blatant rudeness will not be tolerated and i urge anyone who is reading this to not visit this particular sonic. read more

The food is good the employees are nice and polite but the last 4 times in a row I get home and my order is wrong. I don't order any thing special just a footlong cheese coney and rings and a super sonic cheeseburger add bacon. 3 times I get home and there is no bacon on my burger but I was charged for it, the last time I told them to make sure it had bacon and I got home and there was no pickles or onions on my burger.
