Walked into what appeared to be a disaster area. Food and trash every where, drink fountain was a mess. No napkins available. When we finally got our order it was cold and not up to the famous Whataburger I've come to love here in Texas. I had to go up to the cashier just to get ketchup, salt , and napkins. 3 visits to this WhataBurger on pat Booker and terrible service each time. Does everyone know In-n-Out pays $12.50 just to start with extremely flexible schedules. This has consistently been my go-to Whataburger since opening several years ago. I repeatedly encounter friendly helpful employees. I live one mile from a different Whataburger location and still choose to only visit this one. For both reasons of how poor my local one is compared to the quality of this one. read more

During our "visit" not only was our order not completed, but their"hostess" sprayed me with cleaning product. Earlier when we asked the "hostess" for the additions that were already on our receipts she went and came back to tell me that it would be an additional charge, after we again told her that we had already paid she took our receipt and came back with our additions. She then proceeded to reach over my shoulder to hand my husband his item that were supposed to already be in his food. While I was finishing my food she came behind me to clean a counter and sprayed my shoulders and neck with a cleaning agent. I am VERY disappointed with their "hostess" and "customer service". I would not waste my money for an experience such as this again. This location needs to really take a look at who they're hiring. read more

Always the spot to get late night food! This particular location must of run out of small buns. I ordered the #7 which is a small burger. Mine was made with Texas toast. Would of been nice to of been told. However it still was amazing. read more

Can NOT get orders right. I simply ordered a small chocolate shake at drive through. (The restaurant was not busy whatsoever maybe 4 cars there. We moved to Texas recently and were told we had to try Whataburger. The cheeseburger was ok but nothing special. The fries were also nothing special. I have nothing bad to say about the food but I also don't see anything special about it either. I have no plans of returning. I'd rather go to In-N-Out if I want a good burger. read more

We went for lunch during work and the staff were courteous and the food was fresh. No complaints.

Not sure what has more salt on it, my fries or my old hard hamburger. The salt overpowered any other flavor the might have had. It is by far the worst Whataburger I had in a while. Not sure I will be going back to this location anytime soon. read more

Wish this location was not right down the street from me or else I would never go there! They never get my order correct or just completely leave out items I order. Causing me to drive back to the store and have it fixed. Breakfast. The most important meal of the day. Also the most difficult to purchase at Whataburger. Arrived at the order kiosk at 7:21AM. Plenty of time to grab a biscuit with sausage and get to work by 8:00. Whatever was I thinking? The line was three deep in front of me, and stayed that way for a good while. Finally began to move a bit, and as my tummy rumbled in anticipation of their tasty sausage, I inched forward and stopped. Now four cars behind me, two in front. Trapped. I began to panic as the clock crept ever closer to 7:45. Work is ten minutes away, surely I'll make it with enough time to wipe the crumbs from my face. Wrong. At 7:58AM I arrived at the window, to be greeted by a clerk who asked me to please repeat my order. I keep trying to give this place a chance because I truly like the biscuit and sausage. But if I lose my job due to chronic tardiness, well, then I would not be able to afford them at all. So goodbye, Whataburger. Perhaps my not showing up and placing such a complicated order will speed up your process for the other customers. read more

I gave them multiple chances seems that whataburger is going downhill very disappointed because at one point they took pride in their costumer service this last and final time I will ever go here I sat in the drive through gave them my order got to where I needed to pay no one knew my order I have it to them they stepped away came back and again repeated my order incorrectly I corrected them they stepped away came back and again got it wrong finally they repeated everything said it was all there got home after spending 30$ of my hard earned money just to find out what they had in the bag was wrong on top of that they didn't give me a receipt in the bag when I called this location on pat booker I explained the situation they said well if you don't have a receipt there's nothing I can do for you when they are the ones who failed to give me a receipt then on top of that failed to get my order right so 30$ down the drain so disappointed in this business these days and I was a loyal customer for years and years they are making in and out look good. read more

All I have to say is that must be one clean ice cream machine. Not because they keep it clean, but because they must never use it. Thursday/Friday morning 10/11/2013 @ 12:30 AM and Saturday Nite/Sunday morning 11/13/2013 @ 3:30 AM I got the same run around. "...oh...um...our ice cream machine is down and it won't be ready for at least an hour." And almost verbatim each time. Anyone with any reasonable amount of common sense knows when they are being fed BS by a slacker. And we spend a helluva lot of money at this location and the one on FM3009 since they have both been open; so technically, we've been there longer than these employees have and know what to expect based on good visits. They may want to take that into consideration before they start quoting procedure that doesn't exist. read more

Tried again and it was fantastic, everything was made correctly. The staff was helpful for the most part. This was a very different experience from the last visit. Still needs some work but I do feel that there is some improvement. read more

This is my second time here, and this night I was NOT okay with the way we were greeted by the cashier. My friends and I were looking at the menu and deciding what we were gonna get and the cashier "SADIO A." Rudely and loudly asked "Are you guys ready?" Nothing wrong with asking right? But there's no need for a BITCHY attitude, like if she's got some place to be. Keep in mind we were near the door, just in case someone came they could order first. We go up to the counter and order our food and my boyfriend says he wants to try the Dr Pepper shake but then quickly changes his mind and says he wants the chocolate, again she rudely asks "WHAT?" As if she couldn't hear. We sit down and wait for our food and once its ready she comes and tells my friend to get the plate because it's hot, she wasn't even near the table yet... I grabbed the plate and it was warm... it had just two burgers which were not even warm either... Don't hesitate to tell the manager if she does any rude thing to you, again, her name is "SADIO A." The customer service is lacking to say the least. I waited at the counter for several minutes while employees looked at each other, but no one came to the counter to serve me. I was the only one there. When some else came up to the counter, he was served and I was once again ignored. I waited a few more moments while employees continued to ignore me.
