Best service of any Whataburger location! IFYKYK Whataburger service is iffy at best. Not today! The crew had my mobile order ready, hot and fresh and correct! Well done!!!!

Wire in gravy

Meal was the best whataburger I've had in a while. Got the #5 which was super fresh and delicious. That was until I found this wire thing in my gravy. Thankfully I looked away from my show right before taking the bite. It was pretty sharp and definitely would have cut my gums

Wow! Cold food, poor presentation and sloppy ingredients. The tray sat on the counter while customers hovered around it. The fries were luke warm and soggy. No one called our name, we weren't given a number, so I had to ask if that was my food. This is the worst location I have been to in Texas. It's small and I recommend to pass this one by and head to the next one.

In the drive through waiting for food

Typical Whataburger during COVID-19 - drive-through service only. Drive-through was packed but that's not unusual. Drive-through could be more efficient, but service was OK. Burgers were fresh, hot, and tasty.

It was easy to place my order. I wanted a single biscuit sandwich. I was not pressured to ordered to order a full breakfast combo. Whataburger makes your food fresh, so I anticipated a bit of a wait, but it was a bit longer than I expected. The employee at the window even wondered what was taking so long. The only good thing about the wait is that the items on my sandwich were truly fresh and hot. That said, my biscuit wasn't very soft, which was very disappointing.  I realize they have to bake many in advance, but they should be able to keep them moist.

By far, this is the longest wait at a Whataburger location we''ve ever had...over 30 mins. In a short drive-thru line. Now some orders are larger than others and similar restaurants ask those customers to pull to the side while smaller orders are fulfilled. That is what needs to happen here. It's a shame that this location is conveniently located but isn't able to quickly serve customers. Love Whataburger but a long wait isn't going to have me coming back.

Aliyah the cashier, was truly very unacceptably very rude. Please consider making your order with another friendlier cashier other than Aliyah. The burger was good.

Service is slow so don't go here if you are on a lunch break. It took 45 minutes to get my order and there was a small line.

What do I get for not reading the reviews before I came here? A 30+ minute wait in drive thru with a hungry toddler. Never again.

Buddha Burger gets a full 5 stars from me! I stopped by their food truck for a pickup order. I got…read morea cheeseburger (patties) with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and asked for the Nirvana sauce on the side, along with some barbecue sauce and fries. The burger was incredible- fresh, flavorful, and those smash patties really hit the spot. Everything tasted amazing once I got home. The order was ready in under 10 minutes, the staff was super friendly, and the price was really affordable. I didn't check for seating, but this is the kind of burger you can enjoy anywhere, even in your car. I'll definitely be back!

It's a Friday night and my buddy and I decided it was time for a little adventure. He saw a video…read moreon social media talking about Buddha Burger having some of the best smash burgers in the Austin area, so we made the trek to the Valero gas station in Pflugerville that houses the burger joint to give it a shot. As we walked in, we were surprised to see a pretty long line. Mere seconds later, the entire line dissipated because it was all delivery drivers. The amount of DoorDash and Uber Eats orders coming out of Buddha Burger is insane, and for a burger joint, they seemed pretty on top of getting orders out in a timely manner. My buddy placed his order first, getting the California Classic and their Chocolate Toffee Cookie. I ordered the Big Buddha with their poutine purely out of curiosity. In about 10 minutes, both of our orders were ready. Inside the gas station, there is one large kitchen island style table where everyone can sit. The Big Buddha was good. It didn't wow me by any means, but it was solid. I think the hype around it being the best smash burger in the area led to some disappointment because it was fine. It didn't make me melt or blow my taste buds away. The California Classic my buddy ordered was also good, but nothing extreme. As for the poutine, I do not see myself ordering it again. Ever. The cheese curds were not as melty as I would hope, even with hot gravy poured on top, and by the time we got to it, the fries were completely soggy and lacked any crispness. I know poutine is inherently soggy, but this just did nothing for me. Maybe I'm not a poutine guy and that could be on me, but I'm just being honest. Neither of us cared for it. We split the cookie, which was huge but toothpick thin. We both thought it was okay, but a little too sweet. Not worth ordering again. We decided to dine in because I think food is best eaten immediately after it's ready. While waiting, we watched the kitchen operate and it honestly felt like a new hire was being berated at every given moment. The staff seemed to be working like they were under Carmy from The Bear. As someone just sitting and waiting for food, it felt awkward to witness and made me a little uncomfortable. I know most of their business comes from delivery apps so this probably isn't seen often, but for a place called Buddha Burger, there was no awakened state from the staff. There was no peace and no compassion. It felt weirdly hard-ass while we were there. I hate feeling lied to by a social media video. I've become weary of most especially if they get special treatment and don't talk about the plus and minuses. Everything is a lie these days. At least they didn't put generative AI in the burgers. I'll drive for good food, but the 20 minute trip didn't make this feel totally worth it. The burgers are good, but nothing exceptional, especially at the price point. If I lived closer, I'd probably return, but I don't have a strong urge to come back. Still, it's worth a shot. RIYL: Smash burgers in ten minutes or less.

When we found out, we rushed over for a Father's day meal. The atmosphere was pretty cool, interesting pictures on the walls, someone put a lot of effort, time and thought into the decorating of this establishment. All men running the joint, we told the guy who took our order(who was very nice), it was our first time here. They have been in business for 16 years(not at this location)! So lets get down to the food. My Husband ordered the two dog combo, one a Chicago dog, another a sauerkraut dog, it came with fries. He sad the dogs were amazing, they hit all the marks. The fries were ok, a little room temp(but to be fare we came there 30 minutes before closing). The soda's were really great, not two sirupy, not too carbonated, we enjoyed them. I ordered a pizza with Italian sausage added. They gave us our drinks for free, which was awesome. I didn't know what to expect with the pizza, but I was blown away by it. They should be very proud of the recipe they created. Most places over season/spice their sauces. The flavor of the tomato gets drowned out. This was absolutely not the case the sauce did not sow out the crust whatsoever it held its crisp the whole time. The sausage was wonderful. The cheese was everything you wanted on a pizza. I can say it's the best than crust pizza I think I've ever had. My husband tried it and we fought over who was going to be eating it for lunch tomorrow. It was huge. I wasn't expecting it to be that big. I will be dreaming about that pizza, and craving it. This is my go to place to get good pizza. It blows Nikki's out of the water. If you are craving some good then crust, pizza, or hotdog I suggest you go there. They also have chili fries, cheesesteaks, so much. They have one of those menus, where everything looks good, and it's hard to decide. Just try it. Warning, this pizza is 14 in(seemed bigger), and it being thin crust, and tasting so good, you might find yourself eating the whole thing. Wish we had pics to post, but we did not think of doing it, will do next time(which will probably be later this week, it was that good).

The center of this hamburger was cold, pink, raw ground beef. Even worse, my daughter actually TOOK A BITE OF IT before I realized what she had been served. I immediately made her spit it out. I am beyond furious. This was a CHILD'S MEAL. There is absolutely no excuse for a hamburger intended for a child to leave a restaurant kitchen in this condition. This isn't a complaint about how we prefer our burgers cooked. Ground beef carries a very different food-safety risk when it is undercooked, and this burger was nowhere remotely close to being properly cooked through. The fact that the center was actually cold makes this even more unbelievable. Someone prepared this. Someone put it on a bun. Someone served it to a child. At no point was this caught. I have photographs documenting exactly what she was served, and I am absolutely livid that my daughter was put at risk because of such a serious and completely preventable food-safety failure. If she gets sick, you're going to be hearing a lot more from me.
