I came here on my break and the cashier whose name was Reese immediately walked outside to go talk to some truck without any warning or anyone covering her spot. She came back in like 4 minutes later and was On ft and sat behind the register for a minute before walking back out in front of the register area to continue being on the phone. The she went back to the register and sat there on the call. I was waiting for her to usher me forward to order but she still wouldn't, it was about 12 minutes into waiting and I only had 30 minutes to get my food and leave. I'm not sure what the big deal is about these burgers... Hmm. Mine was lukewarm at best and it takes a while to get it so I expected it to be nice and hot. The fries were ok. I was excited to see a whataburger and even told the non personality cashier with no response. Well after for what seemed like a eternity our food finally arrived. The burger was cold and just thrown together and an order of fries were missing. I also order biscut and gravy which was watered down and salty. The wife never got the fries and I took back my fries because they were stale. So the cashier said new ones would come but never did. Years ago I used to travel to Texas on a monthly basis and would regularly treat myself to Whataburger. I haven't had one in 5+ years so while on a roadtrip, we went out of the way to come here. When we saw it off in the distance, I was literally so excited I screamed "WHATABURGER!!!" Unfortunately the excitement stopped there. Although my burger was good, they forgot to bring my fries, and they weren't walking condiments around as most Whataburger's do. My wife's hamburger was dry, and we had to ask for my father-in-law's meal and my fries. This is not the type of service that I have come to expect from my past experiences at Whataburger. 19/20 times I have had no issues with this whataburger. Usually they serve fresh food made right and with good service as well! The store is clean both inside and out. However this week on Monday the family went to Whataburger and I forgot to order something and I asked the guy at the window if I could add something he threw his arms up talking about how busy it was and how it would complicate things I told him no worries that I would be fine. He goes to the front counter to run my card and when he hands me my card he jumps back and throws his arms up in the air hollering "you didn't have to snatch it from me, you got a problem with me bro?!?" My pregnant wife rolled the window down and laid into this guy because she witnessed the whole thing. Clearly the guy was stressed and couldn't handle the duties of the drive thru window. And the guy was a grown man. I've dealt with plenty of young fast food workers that didn't present the drama that this 30-40 yo man child displayed. My wife loves whataburger but said she doesn't know if she wants to come to this location anymore. Tried to do the whataburger review on their website but it wasn't working right. Also my food was wrong as well. I ordered a Bacon cheese whataburger with no tomato's and no pickles add ketchup. I got a piece of meat buns and Mayo. And I HATE Mayo. I worked here after quitting the one in Jackson because i was sexually harassed by a mgr and coworker. I was also yelled at and witnessed manager threatening my coworker and I totally felt awkward. I have a legal and ethical background. Some people dont . I feel that rules like coming to work on time are just as important as work ethic and OSHA guidelines. None of these rules were enforced there. I tried to speak with my manager to get moved off the night shift because they were drinking and doing drugs which is understandable because of the age and mentality of the staff but it was a trigger and red flag for my soul. I tried to get shift changed but Adrian my gay manager seemed to show favorites so I decided after walking there thirty's minutes to work at 10 pm in Jackson that it wasnt worth it. I didnt like that our times were good and the mgr got bonuses for my hard work then bragged about it. I hated the puddle of grease and the leaky roof too. It seems like they would have enough money to fix that as many bonuses we were receiving. Also after they met there quotas the woman would close the store even though we were 24 hrs and lie to patrons. Pure lazy sacks of shit. Arrogant for no reason and using people like me to fund their lifestyles. I decided to try another location because it was 12$ the most ive made as a laborer. I called my old manager to see if i was eligible for rehire and he said he was going to have a talk with the mgr at Richland about me and they was going to get me. I worked there for three weeks and I was harassed daily because ny old mgr had told girls there to torture me. I am very good wt what i do. So good i was offered tips when i finally got to the floor to serve guests. At the ither location i wasnt trained on register although i was hired for the position because the supervisor on my shift said she didnt want her draw to come up short. Because i had a eye injury and had scars on my face from being in a abusive relationship i was joked about and called one eye and other names. I began to wear makeup and eyeglasses and i got extra unwanted attention like i said. I saw nothing that i had done wrong amd corporate fired a few people because of my complaint. I hope they are proud of themselves. They actually tried to out drugs on me luckily i had a witness. I wanted to take it to the police but I have a background. I hate that. Its like because of my criminal background i can recognize criminals but i am unab to get justice for myself because i am labeled a liar all I wanted to do was work in a safe healthy environment and follow standards wnd procedures i learned in the training videos so that i coukd possibly one day grt managerial experience for the nonprofit organization i have envisioned which eill help otherd in similar situations work in a safe place or habe options to becomr self employed read more

I used to frequent this location, between 7 and 10 times a week between my wife and I, however the last few times have been problems and I have not been back in almost 2 months. They have a consistent problem with allowing the drink bibs to run dry and apparently only have one or two employees that are allowed to change them, which has been the cause of most of my problems with this location, also make sure that if you visit you are there when the line has less that 3 cars total, or you may wait 30 minutes or more for food. My last visit was so bad that I actually called the helpline which was a joke, but hey, taco bell is open until 1am in Richland, so now they have my business. read more
