30 minutes for 2!! not 12, 2 burgers. then, the food is cold, all of it, and they added a huge amount of mustard to my burger. by the way, didn't ask for that. this is probably the worst whataburger i've been to. why did they try handing me 3 different orders besides mine? keep track or something. fire everyone and just start over. read more

Amazing, great, wonderful, customer service especially from chelsey, give her a raise!!!!!!

Came through Paris, TX on the way down to Seabrook. The kids have been dying to try Whataburger, as there aren't any anywhere close to where we live in Illinois. We ordered three meals and two sandwiches. It didn't take too awful long to get the food, and we took off back on the road. Luckily before we got too far down the road we realized they gave us the wrong order. We had to turn around and go inside to exchange the incorrect order for the correct one. Because of this the food was kinda cold, the fries were the warmest which at least I was grateful for. All in all the food was unimpressive. Clearly just your run of the mill crappy fast food. At least they gotta try it. read more

The worst Whataburger, in the state of Texas. We have said here for over 35 minutes for a cheeseburger and have simply watched over 10 People Dr. away from the drive-through. I live here and come here consistently and they have never been any quicker. The time is now to change the delays. read more

Thirty five plus minute wait time in drive thru, with only eight or nine cars in line.

takes forever to get my food everytime I go there, food wasn't even right when I got it. dr pepper was terrible, waited 40 minutes in line to get bad food read more

staff is beyond RUDE. drive through takes longer than going inside. everyone has warned us about going to the one on NM in Paris, and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. read more

Went on a Sunday afternoon. Waited over an hour for a chicken strip sandwich. I asked every 10 minutes and they kept saying they're working on it. Staff was friendly and respectful, was just frustrating to wait there for an extended amount of time. Food was cold and stale as well and was sitting on counter for probably 7 or 8 minutes before they brought it out. Just a really unfortunate experience. Will actively avoid this location going forward. Go anywhere else. read more

Not a location I'd visit again. At least the workers on break watching videos on their phones at full volume distracted us from the swarm of flies that buzzed around us as we watched our food sit on the counter. Good leadership and a fly catcher could turn this place around for sure! read more

Not the best Whataburger. No coffee at 1:30 pm. All drinks were watery and employees on break everywhere. Trash overflowing. Employees were nice. I'll give them that! read more

Delicious as always! Nothing better than a Bacon cheeseburger no onions, fries and coke after a long day! read more

Whataburger - a burger and french fries - Fast Food Near Me - Paris, Texas

Waiting in the drive through line for over 20 minutes, and can't get out of line because there are 3 cars behind you and a wall surrounding the drive through, you are stuck. I called from the drive through and was told they had large orders inside and out. What size order wakes everyone wait for over 20 minutes. There are still 10 cars ahead of me to even order. Never again will I come this slow fast food location! read more

Derrik was a friendly worker. We had 4 in our party on one order, and it took a little while to get our food. He threw in a free lemon pie when he brought the food to our table, and he quickly mended a mistake of onion rings vs. fries. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean enough, and it looked like they had a good lunch crowd. read more

Excellent service! Fast and friendly. The food was good and the restrooms were spotless! Great job!

Stopped on way through town. Great staff, great burgers. Everything was yummy. The fries were skinny. For a fast food spot; it was a good spot. I am now very full because I couldn't stop eating. read more

While waiting 15 minutes for one apple pie, noticed none of the food staff were wearing gloves while handling food. And their hands were all over the place. E.g. money, Clothes, machinery, etc. We lost appetite and left without pie. read more

A great burger joint consistently serving great burgers and fixings and served by great employees! All at a reasonable price. You can't ask for much more than this from a fast food restaurant! Huge Whataburger fan here. Huge. Upon arrival, we were not greeted. We stood at the counter for quite a while until what seemed to be the manager approached us as if we were a burden to her. Guess she didn't want our business? Once ordered, our food was ready quicker than other reviewers have complained about, however, our food was cold. Wonder how long it had been pre-prepared and sitting aside. Or partially prepared... it was like the remembered the cheese for our burgers after they cooked them. See photos for example... read more

I came to this location to buy Spicy Ketsup. While they don't sell it, they were extremely helpful in locating some from me at the local grocery store. Additionally, they offered to drive in their car and have me follow. They were SO nice and beyond helpful. Great crew, including the manager! Thanks all!! read more

Let's get someone out here to clean the tables! Food was not outstanding- it's Whataburger. And when we say "no cheese", that means no cheese on the burger. read more

I went to a Whataburger for the first time on a road trip down to Texas. I thought I had to give it a try since it is a major burger chain I hadn't been to before. now you're probably wondering if their burgers are any good. Well, this review isn't for you. I ordered a Grilled cheese!! As far as fast food Grilled cheeses go, it was good. The cheese was creamy and the sandwich wasn't soggy. But nothing to write home about. The French fries were alright, the flavor itself was good, but they would've been better at a warmer temperature. The interior of this particular location was dated (think dark wood decor) but clean and tidy. One unique aspect of the place is you actually get a number placard to bring to your table, and they bring your food out to you. I typically don't see this at fast food restaurants like this. Another thing I noticed is that you have to ask for your ketchup, even when dining in. I like when places like this have ketchup pumps available in the dining area so you can load up and not have to squeeze packets. Overall, this is your average fast food burger joint. read more

Plain and simple, this place is dirty and takes the fast out of fast food. Nice employees though. read more

Slow as can be 20 minutes for food when slow but the food is amazing worth the wait. The buffalo ranch chicken sandwich is delicious

Worst place we have ever eaten. YESTERDAY,at 4:20 we pulled into the drive thru. At 4:40 we finally ordered, T 4:49 we received our order. Two drinks, but No straws. Fries were cold, burgers were half cooked. Tasted raw. We threw them away and ate the cold fries. We spent $20.00...Never again will we ever go to this Shity Whataburger..Poor..poor management. Gives Whattaburger a bad name. read more

I pull to the drive thru, no one in front of me and I get pretty fast service but here's my problem. The sauce I specifically asked for was not in the bag. Mistakes happen so no big deal right? I pull to the front and go inside because I didn't want to hold up the people behind me. I walk in and I say "hey I just orders are I asked for ____ and ____ sauce but it wasn't in the bag". I get a suck of the teeth, an eye roll, and the lady at the counter hands me the sauce and walks away. Not a "oh I'm sorry that's our bad" or anything nice. Just disrespect! I shouldn't have to go inside after I go through the drive thru anyways it defeats the purpose but the blatant disrespect was uncalled for. read more

Remind me to not come back. Came here; working out of town for business. Can't go wrong with whataburger, right? Wrong. 10 minutes coming around waiting on food. Cashiers are up front discussing who shorted the register that the manager just counted. None of them are responsible. They all "took debit cards.." Just got my food at 12 minutes. Fries are sizzling hot. Sandwich is heat lamp temp. So I guess it takes 10 or 12 minutes to cook fries. The girl that dropped off my tray was nice, which is the reason for 2 stars, not 1. read more

Disgusting. Drive-thru took 45 minutes. Ordered a double CHEESE Burger. Came with NO cheese and looked like someone had taken a bite of one of the patties. The bun was old and falling apart. Had to ask for spicy ketchup Twice! Asked for jalapeño ranch twice! AND asked Twice for extra ice for my warm sweet tea. Place is a joke. I will never go there again! read more

I was traveling back home from Arkansas and decided to stop at Whataburger to get a bite to eat and use the restroom. The food was delicious as I always expect Whataburger to be. The restroom was clean but the one thing that stood out in this visit was the people working the front counter. They were so nice especially the young man that was working. I wish I had gotten his name so I could give him credit. He was so polite and friendly to everyone that came in. I hope his boss knows what a valuable employee they have. read more

Waited in line 15 minutes for a small coke. When I got up to the window, the young woman barked the total and said nothing else to me. She gave my card back, gave me my drink, and that's it. Not a great experience at all. From what I've seen from other reviews, 15 minutes is generally the minimum for waiting in the drive thru at this establishments. Beware. read more

Dropped in to get dinner, and they got my order wrong. What else is new, most likely won't go back.

This is another one of those "you can't get this food in California" situations, since Whataburger is a Texas chain. The burgers are definitely tasty here! Flavorful and juicy without being too greasy. I had their double cheeseburger and some onion rings, and I was a happy boy! The folks behind the counter were super-nice! read more

This whataburger is a disappointment to the whataburger franchise! We waited 30 minutes for 4 burgers and they tried to charge us $42 for our $28 meals. When we finally got our food, it was all cold. I'm not mad, i'm disappointed. read more

Cold burger. Fries tasted like that they were cooked in fish fry oil. Fishy fries are not good. Won't visit again.
