This is the absolute worst Whataburger. I sat in line for 25 minutes waiting on less than $10 in stuff. They are beyond super slow. They have 2 lines which over half the time they only have one lime open. It also seems very disorganized. The mgmt there seems to not care. Aside from great food, this location has that southern charm. A little outdated decor, but overall great food, great service, great employees and a perfect place to study. If you're looking for something new, I'm a huge fan of the sweet and spicy bacon burger, or if you're eating breakfast definitely get the honey butter chicken biscuit. read more

On vacation and had to stop at Whataburger. The burger is big in circumference but not thick. It comes with mustard, lettuce, pickle and chopped onions. Burger was just a fast food burger but filling. Should have asked for the Whataburger sauce and cheese but didn't know. Your given a number and food is brought to your table. A person comes around with a box of condiments for you to choose from. Wasn't busy but took a while to get our food and they forgot some items. Had stopped in quickly the night before and got a shake and that took 15 mins and it was dead. Drive through has you order, pull to the side and someone comes out and goes to every vehicle until they find the right one. Again; don't have them, did them, done! read more

I'm trying to order my food and the guy doesn't make any eye contact, and is constantly having to turn around to answer someone's question. took too long to order my food because of this. and sure enough they messed up my order because he wasn't paying attention. there needs to be consistency and order, though this is still fast food, it shouldn't be acceptable to interrupt someone while an order is being taken. considering the accuracy of the order is important for the customers satisfaction. read more

Jalapeño cheddar biscuits with cheese and egg. Do it! If you stay at the "resort" around here this will be your closest place for a fast food breakfast on your way outta here. They have a two lane drive through so you can get food even if they're busy. It's cooked to order so give them a minute, it's worth it. read more

I have been here 2 times recently when the drive thru was busy. Both times I had to ask them to please have the party in fron move so my food wouldn't get cold. Now I live within 5 min and low and behold both times the fries were like old and the burger was one big smashed gob of cold crap. I hear all the rave about how good What a Burger is but I'm not impressed. I could get a Sams Club burger and heat it in the micro wave and it would be better than this crap. Our family loves Whataburger and we eat it often however this location 9 times out of 10 gets the order wrong in the drive thru and always smashes the burgers before putting them in the bag. Not a fan of Whataburger have only been there once. I stopped today because it was the last fast food place before I went home. After the experience I had today I will never go there again. Was in the drive thru and decided the line was to long and went into the right lane to get out of the drive thru just to get stuck behind 8 cars 4 in each lane. I literally sat there for 20 min and no one was getting their food so I couldn't get.out of there. I asked the stupid clueless person bringing the food out if she can have some of the traffic move forward or into the parking lot and she kept saying. They're food isn't ready. OBVIOUSLY I can see that but move these cars so that other people that where getting their food stuck in the same line can go. I could see no one was getting there food as ordered. The guy in front of the line was waiting while other cars on the left lane began getting their food. So stupid and annoying. Your manager needs to get fired and your employees red better training. I have lived in Montgomery for 8 years now and have consistently been disappointed with this Whataburger, and won't order from them any more. Every burger has been served on stale buns and the Texas toast sandwiches are always soggy. Maybe if the cooks would quit smashing down the buns on the grill the hamburgers would be edible. I have no suggestions for the Texas toast, but alert you to NOT order anything using toast. Also, the drive-in window gets congested and sometimes you can get caught there in non-moving traffic for a long time. read more
