I can pull up at this establishment at any time night or day and can count on a commitment of 30-45 minutes in line! This is my "me time". I have been to this particular Whataburger on many occasions and more times than not, my order is incorrect when I receive it and there are long wait times. You really have to make sure you check your order before you leave here in order to make sure you received everything you paid for, because it is highly likely you will get to your destination with your order and realize you didn't receive several of the items you paid for or you were given incorrect items. The food quality, in my opinion, is just as good as any other Whataburger and the staff are friendly. This particular Whataburger just really needs to improve their quality assurance. You are encouraged to use the app, though when using the app you will sit for nearly 20 minutes waiting for them to bring your curbside order out to you, so I absolutely do not recommend using the app. My food was cold and gross by the time i got it, because when lettuce and tomatoes get hot they make the bun a soggy soaking moist mess. A simple "sorry, our ticket machine aint working" was all we got from these people. 0 out of 10 do not recommend. read more

The food is always good. This morning the cashier was extremely rude, delivered the wrong order and somehow made me think that was my fault. This has to be the worst managed whataburger in the state of Texas. Corporate, please come down and visit this location any time of the week. I used to just say at night time, but no, this location is special and sucks all the way around. From being called "Rude ass people" by the guy running the drive through line, to literally being charged 3 times over by the app and none of my order even making it to the store. You want to get breakfast at 11:30? Don't come to this location because it's probably "still not ready yet, and won't be for another hour." If you don't check your order before you leave the drive thru, you're going to be missing fries, and sometimes even the chicken patty part of the chicken sandwich. That's right, no chicken, just buns!!!! Also not sure why this is, but if you order a burger, not only is it sloppily put together, but it looks like someone tried to smash it into a pancake... Do you think whataburger has quality ingredients? Probably shouldn't eat at this one then, because half of the produce is turning brown, or won't taste fresh at all. Need to use the bathroom? Want to sit at a clean table? You chose the wrong whataburger, because at this location, filth beats cleanliness 9 times out of 10. I went through the drive through on Monday. It was 12:05, so it was busy. It probably took ten minutes to get my order, but they got it right, even down to cutting the burger in half, as I requested, so I could eat it in the truck. Good Food, Better Service! We spent an entire week in PCB, FL and didn't get as good of service as we did from "Cowboy" at the Montgomery, AL WB location. Great attitude, attentive, welcoming! Greeted us at the door, spoke to us about our travels, complimented our son, returned to our table multiple times to check on us. Completely amazing attitude and Service. This guy knows what customer service is about. The food was spot on WB. What you expect from a Whataburger. They were busy, but the order came out hot and fast with no issues. I forgot to order jalepeno ranch, but of course, Cowboy took care of it for me. I will choose a restaurant largely for service. Hopefully, if you go to this location, Cowboy will be there to serve you. Though, with his attitude and work ethic, he'll be a manager soon, or on to some great things. This location is the worst! The drive thru is slow and they often get my order wrong, so I've been ordering curbside. It's even slower! I'll put my order in at home, drive there, and it's another 10 minutes before I get my order. Tonight I waited 15 minutes before I went inside to inquire. They were not busy and they had a couple employees standing around doing nothing. Apparently they were unaware they had a curbside order, but it was right there on their computer screen. It was a 13 minute wait after that to finally get my food. The supervisor threw in some extra cookies and an extra shake, but I don't want unnecessary food added to my order. Cut the price or give extra reward points and improve your service! It's not one bad night, this Whataburger is always slow and they fowl up orders all the time. When you pay for your food and get home there's nothing more aggravating than spending money and not getting what you pay for. Asked for plain burger got mustard. Then ask for Mayo on the other one got mustard. Got a banana pudding shake and it taste like straight syrup promise you not even drinkable. I was going to post a good review or at least decent review, for a fast food place. However the experience we had and I saw other people have makes me question the integrity of this whataburger. There is a sign on the cash register that says no change. Change is available, if you need it and make the effort, but saying no change is a big lie. I don't care how short the country is on change. What I take issue with however is our bill coming to $18.11 and then the cashier rounding up to the nearest dollar, yes rounding up, not down . even though this is their responsibility to have change they rounded up so our $18.11 meal actually cost us $19. What are they doing with all of the extra change? another gentleman had the same question. He was supposed to get 31 cents back and he didn't, and he questioned it. They have got to be making hundreds of extra dollars every day by cheating people out of the change and rounding up. Rotten lettuce. Microwaved beef patty's. 1 hour wait when there's only 3 cars. Order is wrong. Forgets fries. This is every time i've ever come here and tonight was the last straw. I got called an "Impatient A** person" when the drive through said "could you give me a moment?" And I replied with "no problem." I once got a patty with a BITE already in it. The buns were okay, but the patty had a literal BITE into it. My water was yellow and when i told them they said there was nothing wrong with it so i dumped it out. I've told all my friends and family about all of this and they've agreed they will never go to this one. I have come to this Whataburger at least a few times a month for the past year and a half and i will never come back. I like my Whataburger and sometimes at 1:00 am being I used to works night shift at the hospital but now retired nurse but just can't get my body clock to switch to day life living.
