Asked by Chipotle to contact on website. NOPE. Tried that before for a different location. Waited, no response. Chipotle just doesn't have standards or enforce them for different locations. You never know what you will end up with. We've been to locations with over flowing trash, where we quad to clean off a table because none were clean even though no one else was there. And where the bathrooms were disgusting and were probably a health department cause to shut the location down. /-/------- Well I did not have time to ask that this meal be fixed so I tossed most of it out. The taco tortillas were cold , the special chicken would have been better if not old and lukewarm. The fajita veggies were plentiful but cold. The pico and salsa were cool, which is correct but loaded onto a cold taco didn't help. So the food sucked. Half the tables were dirty almost the entire time we were there. We didn't feel very welcome by the server, who didn't seem very friendly or upbeat. So, we generally like Chipotle food, but not here where the employees really don't care for the quality of food served or customer service. Stay away. read more

This was my first time here. I normally like Chipotle but this location is awful. I just finished eating as I sit typing this from the parking lot. There was one table occupied and no other customers the entire time I was eating - staff didn't seem to be overburdened with work. There was trash and food all over the floors. Tables were dirty, drink station area smelled like dirty feet & appeared to be wet and sticky from spilled drinks that were not cleaned up. Once the one occupied table left, I could hear the employee(s?) repeatedly burping extremely loudly. I was sitting in the front of the restaurant on a stool that overlooks the parking lot. I was out of view from the employee area so I assume they forgot I was there and decided to get comfortable & ruin my already disappointing experience even more. To top it off, I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant, had a server and better quality for what I paid. I ordered a bowl with half carne asada (very gristly,) half chicken, topped with queso and guac with a large drink. My total was $21.22. The cost of a large soda was over $3.25. I will pass next time. I might be willing to pay this at a different (clean) Chipotle location but definitely not this one. Don't bother with this location. read more

This is one of the worst Chipotles I've ever been to. This will be my second bad review and I'm usually not the one to write bad reviews. Walked in an hour before they closed and they were out of white rice. They already were cleaning everything up and did not have a batch of white rice made. Spent $32 recently here for 2 meals and both were cold...like just out of a fridge. We had the carne asada to eat in but couldn't eat it cold. Told the staff but they did nothing...not even offer to remake the meals. We had to take the food home to heat in microwave before it was edible. Attention management please train your employees. A guy with long hair no hat was making food and shaking his hair off his face. The other guy smeared sour cream with his glove. I am not sure what my first review is was, but I can't imagine it's much different than the one I'm about to leave today. I walked in to dirty tables and trash spilling out onto the floor from an overfilled trash can. Two employees were sitting in the dining room on break while every other table in the restaurant was dirty or occupied. There were only two other tables besides the employee's so imagine my frustration when I knew I would be choosing the cleanest of the dirty tables. A newly recruited and obviously untrained teenager was there to make my salad for me. I had to ask her three times to add more lettuce to the base of my salad. It was almost laughable at her idea of what a salad should be. Her very timid additions made me wonder if she has ever ordered a salad at restaurant before. We got through it. Once we move past the rice and beans, which by the way, if this person lasts long enough, she should be taught to stir up the toppings before just dipping the spoon in and picking out the dry stuff stuck on the side of the pan. We got to the chicken, there wasn't any. She had to take my bowl to the online make table to get chicken. that was regrettable as well because when she came back, she treated the chicken much like she did with the lettuce, very sparingly. When it came to the additional toppings, we went thru the whole process again. Keep in mind, there are still two chatterbox employees sitting in the dining room. I made my intention to dine in loud enough to get my point across. That didn't happen. I came away from the register and held my tray in one hand while I wiped off a table with the other, in full view of the lounging employees. Neither one of them had the decency to even look as if they were going to pretend to help. Thats just the service part of this experience. What I have noticed this visit, and even the visit before, the chicken seems to have bits of undigestable parts, tendons and / or bone. This is unacceptable. I had been somewhat of a regular until this incident, and now it will be until I forget and make the mistake to return. read more

Chipotle use to be one of my favorite places. I always go in for a VEGGIE bowl just because I got the steak once it was super fatty so disgusting I got the chicken once it was dryer than the Sahara desert in the middle of the summer . This place and this location convinced me to just go to the store and make my bowls at home best decision I ever made BOYCOTT CHIPOTLE until they get it right if them portions ain't right walk out . The service was terrible they were out of forks and didn't say anything before ordering. Asked the workers if we could use tortillas to help pick up the food to eat it but they told us we had to pay extra. This is disgusting we couldn't even pick the food up with our spoons and they didn't give a shit. The sweet tea left a awfull taste In mouth, almost threw up. I ordered inside with a go box. The food on display was half filled and mostly dried out. The counter help looked liked they could care less of working there. The floors were dirty, sticking, tables chairs and drink station filthy. Only a few customers, and the help standing around yaking. The ladies room had no water. Well, be prepared to talk to a computer that will tell you to expect an email that you click to chat with another computer! It really is ingenious! My daughter and I went in today. At checkout, I handed the pink haired employee 2 20's and she quickly snarked that they only accepted exact change. I told her that I wish I had known to which she argued that it is posted at the beginning of the line and on the door. After finding change and paying, I went looking for the signage, simply because she was so rude. There was no signage at all. I let them know and the manager-type employee quickly called someone inquiring about the signage. A few minutes later, she came with coin rolls and quickly filled the register, never apologizing to me or giving me back the Change I over paid. Very unprofessional! read more

Terrible customer service - I paid in cash and it took 10 minutes and two employees to find change and figure out how much they owed me.

Actually a No Star review. Ordered for delivery for my son's family who are home sick. App showed order was picked up and on its way and 10 mins after it was expected to be delivered it was cancelled. Called the restaurant and couldn't get anyone to answer to explain. I don't even know what to say, maybe I'll just start when I just came in I was waiting and the lady had an attitude when I told her what I wanted and then I asked for something extra and she said Is that enough I said okay, then my father in law said he wanted extra and the worker just ignored him and moved it on. Then they charged us extra for something we didn't even get, then we were ready to go and we were asking for a bag all the workers where just standing talking to over at the window. They need to focus better, I'll see if it's better next time but I think the manager was also talking. This is one of the best Chipotles I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. They always get my online order exactly how I have asked for it.

Placed a pickup order on my app. The meat and rice were ICE COLD in my burrito bowl. This makes me think they did not pay attention to the time I was picking it up-seems like they made it immediately and it sat for over 30 min. The queso blanco was warm but the consistency of pudding. The chips were good but had a few stale chips mixed in. $18 meal -horrible. read more

This was my first time ordering from this Chipotle location. It will be my last. The chips were not fresh. The pico de gallo had a weird taste, and so did the guacamole. I found a large piece of the skin of an avocado in the guacamole. I ordered a cheese quesadilla which was okay. I ended up eating that, and the cheese dip I ordered with some of the chewy chips, because I was hungry. I threw the large guacamole and the rest of my order in the trash. Waste of money. read more
