This is my favorite one because it's near my grandmas house :). I always love the burgers and have never had a bad experience. I wanted to give a shout-out to Adam from the drive through! He was so kind and patient with us and our order and just did an all around fantastic job. Thank you for making the start of our day even more delicious and blessed Adam!!! read more

The service was terrible got my whole order wrong never going back again!!!!had to repeat my order 3 times sounded like she was on drugs

This Whataburger, always, never mind the time or day, has the best, most phenomenal, kind service. Kudos to the management team.

The food wait is terrible and the place is unsanitary the workers and management are corrupt they are constantly bullying new employees or each other and try to find ways to get people fired that they don't like they are always being vulgar in front of customers there food isn't always fresh they surve food past the throw out time just because it a right to work state they treat employees however they feel like and they don't always clean out the shake machine read more

Love this location! Called ahead to make sure they were open on the inside. (Kim) assured me they were. Walked in to get breakfast and I'm assuming it was her again that assisted me. She was friendly and quirky for it being so early (I'm a morning person, but try and be mindful that not everyone is eager to get the worm)... I ordered the biscuit and gravy and immediately felt a ping in my gut I shouldn't have. Quite surprisingly, it was pretty good. Smothered in lots of gravy so they def aren't stingy. I would order again. Will visit again because of the young lady that greeted me and took my order. (And she was just as friendly to all the guests that came after me too!) read more

I usually make a quick stop at this location because it's on my way home from work in the morning. The past THREE OR FOUR times I've made a stop they have gotten my order right and charged me accordingly BUT I NEVER come home with my full order. I'm missing sauces. I'm missing drinks. I'm missing sides. I'm missing MY APPLE PIES!!! I wanted two apple pies but I settled for the one they had warm and ready and when I got home, guess what? NO APPLE PIE. The customer service is always AMAZING. Especially from the recent encounters but yet.. I just can't understand why I pay for stuff, great experience and half fed. Yes, I could go back around and have my order corrected but not at 3-4:30 in the morning. read more

We came tonight at approximately 1:16am. There was someone at the window who was very nice. The other guy in the back literally SCREAMED when my bf tried to order one more thing at the window. I get it's frustrating, he asked politely and said it was okay if he couldn't add it. I think it's extremely unprofessional and would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

By far one of the worst Whataburgers in the state of Texas. It never fails that our order is 100% wrong 100% of the time. Never Fails.

Employees: Amazing cleaning lady! I came here with my elderly friend. We were promptly greeted by an older female employee that was cleaning the floors. The employees taking orders were a bit on the slow side so cannot recommend them. My friend was freezing inside and we asked if there was seating outside. The lady cleaning said yes there was one table. She said please wait while I go and clean it because it is filthy. I am so sad that I did not get her name. She cleaned the table and the bench. When I came to sit my friend had a drink, but I did not. She inquired about my drink, but I told her no worries, it is in the car, she ran and got me a drink! What customer service! While we were eating, she kept coming out to check on us to see if we needed anything. Wonderful! I will be back just because of her. Counter employee: The cleaning lady needs to teach your staff. The employee at the counter messed up our order, but that was okay. I was patient and explained to him how he got the order wrong. I asked for a water cup, but he was so confused, I never got one. No worries, I had water in the car, but see my comment above about the cleaning lady, she brought me one. Food: I got the jalapeno burger and HOLY Jalapeno. There were so many jalapenos that I could rarely hold the burger they were falling out. SO DELICIOUS! Cleanliness: amazingly clean Bathroom: amazingly clean read more

So me and a few friends decided to stop by, since they're open at 2am. I ordered a patty melt with bacon and I got the bacon. Just not crispy, they gave me soggy bacon. They completely messed up my buddies order and gave him a wrong burger, he asked for plain and they ignored his request. He asked for Powerade and he got a coke. Like come on the place wasn't even busy... not trying to come back What-A-Burger Keeps letting me down... come on hire real employees.... read more

Ordered a jalapeño cheddar sausage and cheese no egg biscuit but got a jalapeño cheddar egg and cheese biscuit. Also ordered 2 orders hashbrown sticks but got 1. Consistently Worst Whataburger on the planet. The boy-child manager is more concerned w his newfound power than with his one job: ensure your customers get what they pay for. Hint: we aren't paying for the food. We are paying for the proper preparation of the food that we order. And for the love of God, don't cross the line of death at the counter to get their attention in the back. Even after waiting at the counter for 5 min while the staff in back are completely oblivious to the group out front. read more

Don't know what their problem is at this location but every time I've come here it's like they sleep on the job. Absolutely no body was in the drive thru and yet sat for nearly 10 min, no body takes my order. At this point I just won't waste my time of gas coming here I could have cooked in the amount of time it takes just to place an order. Whoever they got working the late night hours just needs to be fired. Their's no reason for it to take that long. read more

Burgers come out dry. I ordered a Jalapeno burger that came with no Jalapenos. I contacted support and they said they'd help, then they ghosted me for two months with no reply or refund. They just don't care at all. What a miserable burger joint. read more

Shout out to the staff on Saturday August 6 especially cashier, Cynisha! Patient, kind and professional! Thank you!!! I appreciate y'all

Ordered on the app and when I got there to pick up my order they asked me to drive around only to have me sit at the window in the drive thru for another 20mins, I could see 3 employees standing around inside talking. When I was able to get one's attention she acted like it was a huge inconvenience that I even asked if my food would be much longer. When she handed me my food I asked for ketchup and I got an eye roll. I asked to speak with the manager only for her to tell me they were behind because they had lobby orders, I said ma'am it's 4am your lobby is closed. She just laughed and closed the drive thru window. And to top it off my order was wrong read more

Whataburger is to Texas what In n Out is to California only it's a whole lot better. They have a wide variety of choices and they don't charge for extra pickles or extra jalapeños. Every location I've been to the staff has been friendly and the place is clean, but occasionally you'll find one that needs a little TLC in the dining area and this is only a direct reflection of the pride of the manager. read more

Very rude & unprofessional workers. But then again its fast food place;(unprofessional). Ordered more than one salad & was given the salads side ways. When asked for a extra bag I was met with rude & a worker "running" her mouth because I pointed out the turned over salads. Did speak with manager who seemed to not take me serious. Pathetic. Btw, don't waste your money on the salads. read more

I live about 4 minutes away and go here often. Here's my honest review. This place literally sucks lol. If it's late at night and you're hungry I guess it's okay but prepare to wait 30 minutes- an hour for your food. It doesn't matter how many cars are in front of you, it could legitimately only be 1 or 2 and they will still somehow find a way to take forever. As for employees, I see a lot of reviews seeing that they are rude. I can agree as I've had some negative experiences here with some employees but it's not horrible. The food does come out cold most of the time too. I have to reheat it every time I get home. Also make sure to always ask for ketchup, because if you don't ask then they will not give it to you. I will continue going to this Whataburger because it's close to me but I want to warn other customers before coming here. The disfunction of this Whataburger has to be some kind of upper management issue or something because I feel like I've seen many employees come through here over the past two years and that experience stays the same. So so bad. Hope this review helped some people. read more

Walked in, staff just turned to look and acted like they didn't see me. They finally come to take my order and I pay with cash.. The cashier tells me they have no coins and I'm going to be .40 cents short. I asked how is it they have no change and "I just work here". read more

This whataburger never has anything. Either they are out of product or the shake machine is closed down at 7pm. I know its not really my responsibility to do this but I just want to apologize to the staff tonight for my grandfathers behavior more specifically to the lady with the dyed blue tips (I hope your hand gets better) and to the man who was wearing a flesh toned pink shirt, he's like that all the time when it comes to ordering anything and y'all absolutely don't deserve that (for real like yall are just trying to make ends meet and the world is a sh enough place as it is) but the food is amazing as always and thank you in general for putting up with us, even tho it's the middle of the night and you shouldn't have to. Also just to clarify, I was the short girl with red-brown hair parted down the middle wearing a white striped sweater and cargo pants standing next to the taller Indian man in a grey sweater with a white beard and glasses. read more

The best Whataburger in town primarily because of Doris and Janet. They are hard workers who will do anything for their customers and the company including taking out the garbage or sweeping the floor. They genuinely like their job and the volume of burgers sold here reflect this. read more

Well, where to begin: went to my location 2day at whataburger. I pulled up and ordered me some breakfast. I always get the same thing "BOB" sausage and always ask for Jalapeno ranch sauce and a sausage with cheese burrito. Never get charged for the little bit they give me. Well today i asked and this girl says we charge for that. They give you mayo, ketchup and salas for free. What's the difference. She wanted to charge me 39 cents for a small little cup the size of ketchup packet. WTF... I said No... just give me salas. She said how many i asked for 5. She gave it to me with no problem.. I just don't get it.. Well then i tell her i want to use my rewards. I show her the scan and they are gone. I said what's up with that. She then tells me your rewards expired. WHAT? How did they expire? She says once you get the reward it's only good for a wk. What took me 3 months to get my rewards, now it's expired. ARE YOU KIDDIN ME... THIS IS A BIG SCAM ON THE PUBLIC... So anyway i go ahead and pay for my stuff. I GET home only to find that my food is cool. The cheese isn't even melted on my burrito or my BOB... WTF.... WHATABURGER IS GOING TO LOSE MY BUSINESS... I'm done... Good luck... read more

I went here with a coworker at 10pm last Saturday. I didn't receive my food until 10:45 because my food sat on the counter for 20 minutes because nobody came to the window to even hand me my drinks. They took my payment but I had to ask for my drinks as I took my cold food. I was so upset that I threw the food away because I was hungry and my sandwich and fries were terribly cold. Either their short staffed or poorly managed but I will never go to this location again for their poor service and attentiveness. read more

This is the worst Whataburger ever. We had to sit in the drive through for over 25 minutes with 6 other vehicles. They waited until they had multiple orders before giving people their food, which is why the food is then cold. The staff is obviously inexperienced in foodservice or inadequately trained. We're big fans of Whataburger, but something is up with this location. We were driving through town on our way back from a family vacation. We went inside to eat with our kids. After ordering we sat and waited patiently for 25 minutes. We went to check on our order, and they had 'lost' it. There was a lot of hand waving about computer screens by employees and the manager came out to offer to 'make it up to us'. Rather than refunding the meal, she wrote her name on a receipt and said to show that the next time we came in for a meal. When we mentioned that we were from out of town, she asked where and then quickly shuffled off without any sort of offer to make things right. Obviously we can't just show a receipt with her name on it at our hometown Whataburger, so this was extremely disappointing. read more
