I finally tried Whataburger after years of hype. First visit. Likely the last. Pulled into an empty parking lot. That should have been the first clue. Sat at the drive-thru speaker for five minutes before anyone responded. Then got asked to wait. Another five minutes passed before I could even order. Staff was polite, but the pace was painfully slow. Ordered the Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger meal with a large "craft" lemonade. Got to the window and found out the "craft lemonade" was just diet lemonade from a fountain. That is misleading at best. Got told to pull forward and wait again. Another five minutes. A wait like that is fine if the food delivers. It didn't. Packaging stood out. Everything was neat and organized. That is rare in fast food. Credit where it is due. Fries came out hot. That is the only positive. Zero flavor. Tasted like old fries dropped back in the fryer to reheat. If this is the standard fry, it is the worst I have had. I would rank them below Burger King without hesitation. The burger was average. Not hot. Flavor was flat. Nothing memorable. For $15.59, there are far better options in Little Rock. The food is not good enough to justify the wait, the price, or the hype. I would not come back, even for free fries. read more

The Food is Ok. Orders are sometimes correct, sometimes not. It's best to allow at least 30 minutes when waiting in the drive through lane at the West Little Rock location. I usually regret going there once I get trapped waiting in the drive through lane. This last time, my left arm got a little sunburned due to the fact I had my driver side window down. read more

I love Whataburger and been a fan for years living in Dallas. Moved here last year and have had wonderful experiences at the Benton store. But this one needs some work. The fries were hot and fresh. Yeah. But the cashier was not listening to my order and messed it up. Got it straight before paying. My big complaint is that the meat was precooked and only warm. Shame on them. It is supposed to be cooked fresh. I hope the management reads this and improves it. Also, couldn't use the kiosk to order since didn't have any of those little tents you set in the table. Grrrr. read more

Despite the poor reviews I enjoyed my visit here. I love Whataburger and normally visit when I am in Texas. I seen this location was opened as I was visiting family in Little Rock and had to make a stop. I loved the interior with the Little Rock touches. I always get the same thing. A patty melt with fries, a Dr. pepper and a brownie. I also got an order of onion rings. The fries were hot and delicious as well as the onion rings. The burger was a touch salty but otherwise satisfying and the Dr. Pepper was crispy. The employee was patient during my order process with 2 others. My only note was the shake machine was out and we were not given napkins. Otherwise I will be back here next visit. read more

Just don't go!!!! We were stuck in drive thru for 28 minutes!!! Today is 5/25/26 @ 9:22 am!!! This location is ALWAYS slow and it's never cars here. Not sure why but please! You could go anywhere else in Little Rock and be home with your food before they even take your order here. Make that 33 minutes now!! Ugh!! read more

So as vegetarians we had a late night food trip and whataburger was the only option!! So we pulled in the drive through and asked if they could accommodate our needs the lady at the drive through was very rude but jacoby helped us amazingly his service and work ethic was amazing he truly tried to accommodate us and did if I could rate just him it would be 5 stars!! read more

Great service nice and short wait time and very kind workers. Came in later in the night and servers where still happy to serve! Food was great too! read more

Pros: Food was hot and fresh Order was correct Cons: Staff is not friendly Wait time was long; approximately 22 minutes Sauce for my grilled chicken sandwich was mostly on the wrapper. Not sure how that happened. Drink was handed to me absolutely dripping all the way around with Dr Pepper. Of course that's a sticky mess I'll have to clean up later. Order box - had to repeat my order 5 different times and I am not a soft spoken person. The car in front of me and behind me had the same issue. I post this review so that improvements can be made but I will definitely be giving time for that to happen before I return. Thanks for listening! read more

Service could use improvements. Sat for 20 minutes waiting for food, then went and asked about it only to be told the monitor was out. Floor is super greasy and slippery. If you are on a timed lunch break, defiitely not the place to go. read more

We did online order for business meeting, Pickup was at 11:40 and was there by 11:40 wasn't till 12:10 that someone finally help me. Then order was wrong and we try to talk to someone everyone was completely rude! Then got attitude about having to remake the order! its now 12:54 and still have not gotten our food! stay away the place is horrible and the people working here have no idea what they are doing! Worse place in little rock and its bad when your worse then mcdonalds! The only reason they got 1 star cause it wouldn't let me leave negative star!! This place SUCKS!!! Oh Update its now 1:15 and we just got our order that was suppose to be ready over an hour ago. read more

The fries were nice and hot. The burger was just a burger. Nothing fancy. The food came out quickly. Service was ok. Typical fast food burger shop. Nothing special about the ambiance. You need to ask for condiments when you order. No volunteer of information. No enthusiasm with the employees. Smile. You have a job. read more

Whataburger - Number one - Burgers Near Me - Little Rock, Arkansas

It is not the local workers' fault, but if you order online and they are out (or the shake machine is not working), there are too many hoops to get a refund. read more

I waited a couple months for line to die down & went today for first time, ~2:30. I don't get it. 20 mins in line for a $6 OK burger & the 2 lines backed up stopping 3 cars from leaving that had food delivered. There are plenty of places that are faster, cheaper, & tastier IMO. At Wendy's I even get my free Frosty as well with Key Fob! read more

Horrible service!!!! Ordered an hour head and took 30 mins to get it out from when I ordered it!

I loved going to Whataburger when I lived in Texas so I was so excited when this one opened up near my house. What a sad and disappointing waste of $. I bought a #1 combo with unsweet tea and my Husband just ordered a small hamburger (not even a cheeseburger) and no fries and no drink. The total came to almost $18!!! The burgers were luke warm at best and my fries were small and not hot. Bummer. Well, I'll save gaining some burger weight this way. read more

Went to late night after concert. Very poor service. Terrible wait times in drive through. Out of items on the menu. Avoid at all costs read more

Avoid. They aren't competent. Not busy at all but can not follow a simple online order. Missed 4 things. One meal all together. Rude as well. Still waiting for a Cobb salad, 20 minutes after arrival. read more

Removing onions from my premade sandwich is not the same as my request for a sandwich without onions. One can still both smell and taste the onions that were removed. Just the smell along is enough to prompt my allergic reaction tasting the same is even worse. Stop making every sandwich with onions period. They stink and cause my migraine headaches Granny Dianne read more

The service at the Chenal location is horrendous. The last time we ordered on the app and waited 30 minutes, then had to go inside and ask for our food, which they hadn't even made. Then the woman yelled at my husband for asking for our food. We'll never go again. read more

We were in drive thru for about an hour and that is only because the lobby got hit with an entire baseball team. Their attitude was fabulous for only 2 workers, 2! I really think Whataburger needs to give Sam, Aiden, and the girl who left for shift change, Amber, a raise and recommendation for employees of the month. Our food and drinks were on point. They were all in great spirits even after the Hell i know they just went through. Anyway I think the manager needs to have 3 or 4 people scheduled on baseball and soccer nights. To help with overflow of the teams. Thank you again Sam, Aiden (Chris), and Amber for doing an amazing job! read more

we ate at this location for lunch. Staff was very friendly. Food came out fast. I had a regular Whataburger with fries. It was delicious. read more

Within the first 2 weeks of open I waited in line for 4 hours as I was amazed how many people waited. Awful!!!! I went here for a patty melt with fries and my burger was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted on a patty melt??? Fries were so stale I ended up throwing the whole thing in the trash!!! Horrible absolutely awful I will never ever return to this location!!!! read more

I love the burgers and fries, but the service and cleanliness of this store is horrible. When dining in the lobby I always have to yell in the kitchen or drive through to get someone to acknowledge me and take my order. The kiosk have never worked when I've tried to use them. It's a shame this location is so bad after just opening not that long ago. read more

I was greeted by a friendly lady and got my order for a #1 with cheese and medium fry/coke at 11:55AM. Unfortunately, things can go wrong, so after 20 minutes of others being served, I checked on my order and was assured it was in the mix... At 12:36PM, I had to leave to return to work after 41 minute wait and no food, but most everyone in the dining area being served. I would have thought a #1/cheese and med fry/drink would be a pretty easy serve. But was incredibly disappointed after the initial order was taken. Just left, I didn't have time to even think of getting my $$ back without getting in trouble at work. Can't do that again, wasn't worth 1 star. read more

Took forever and only 3 cars. Kitchen can never catch up. They proceeded to give me the things in picture. I've only been there 3 times now. Every time the order is incorrect even though they fanatically restate your order. Shouldn't be still shaking out problems. They been open for 2 months or so now. read more

Whataburger - Sandwich bread Whataburgers??? - Burgers Near Me - Little Rock, Arkansas

I have tried burgers from all around. There are some bad, good, and excellent places to get burgers. This place I would be on the excellent side of the ledger. They are in a category that is above the standard burger chains. If you haven't tried this place you are truly missing out! I would have uploaded a photo, but my excitement level had it consumed before I was able to think about it. Yeah, that good!! read more

Been twice since they open and have been disappointed both times. Waited over 25 minutes for a burger and fries. The food wasn't worth the wait. The floor was very slippery and it's an accident waiting to happen. read more

Would have given 0 star if I could have. This location is a stain on Whataburger! Ordered on the kiosk, waited 20 minutes, no food. People that arrived later than us got theirs. Went to counter, was asked for a receipt and gave it to the employee, she went in back and said the order didn't appear in their system. She said it will take less than five minutes. Waited another 10-15 minutes, went back up and another employee asked for receipt. Told her the other lady took it. Now no one could find it. I said I don't have time to wait, just want my money back. Some "manager" said she couldn't do that without a receipt. I told her the other employee took it and I don't have it. She then said she couldn't refund it without a receipt and couldn't look it up since it was on the kiosk. Gave me some 800 number to call. Called it and sent email. Supposedly some manager from the franchise company called and "offered" to refund my money if I drove back the 20 minutes each way. Said I will never step foot in that restaurant again and if he was serious he would send it to me. Refused! So, no food and no money! Avoid this location. Nasty mean employees and I see why based off their management. I honestly hope this location closes, would rather drive to Texas and be treated appropriately by a REAL Whataburger than this phony joke of one! read more

I waited over 1.25 hours in the drive-thru lane, on a Saturday, entering @ 5:11. In the 2nd half of the through the drive-thru, there is no emergency exit! My burger lacked lettuce & the fries were lukewarm. They say 3rd time's a charm, but not for my experience with Whataburger! I always enjoyed Whataburger, until it arrived in Little Rock. They obviously would benefit from conscientious employees! read more

If you eat this and think this is delicious, your mother / wife cannot cook . Ate here 3 Jan 24 10.30 am food was fresh and hot just not good . I wish them well but I am just not that mad at my money to spend it at Whataburger. read more

My biggest mistake of 2023 was making a trip to this location. I arrived in the drive thru at 7:15pm. A drive through that doesn't have an exit! Once you're in line, you can not abandon because of the curb. We had to sit and sit and sit UNTIL 9:45! To make matters worse, we wanted shakes & they were completely out! We waited 2.5 hours for an item they didn't even have. We asked to speak to someone that could explain what "fast food" joint could take so long, the manager walked off mid conversation! She was extremely unprofessional and incompetent. If you want whataburger, but don't want to spend literally hours waiting.... DO. NOT. GO. read more

This place is an absolute nightmare. This is NOTHING like the Whataburgers in Texas although they are all notoriously slow. Did a mobile order and they lost it and had to remake it. Got home and was missing half the order. Fries were disgusting (they were NOT like Whataburger fries in Texas). Hard pass. read more

Warning!!! Never got my food or my money back! I waited 30 minutes for my food, so I requested a refund. I was told nobody could do such a thing because I used a card. They make you call corporate and then you have to wait days to HOPEFULLY get a refund. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN! read more

This place is a joke. You're going to wait an hour at the lest. My 2nd time here & the 1st time was horrible. But I said let me give them an 2nd chance, why did I do that. Burger COLD, fries COLD & the drive through was over an hour wait. That's the last time they'll get a dollar from me.... How is the burger cold after waiting over an hour. Do they cook a thousand burgers at a time and just let them set... smh read more
