The service was great, and if it weren't for that, unfortunately, I would give this Whataburger experience two stars. I went through the drive-thru, and the attendant took her time and patiently took my order. There was a long line, which made it a long wait time. She was friendly despite some unnecssary attitudes from other customers she received. I learned she'd been working there for many years. I ordered the Whataburger fish sandwich, chicken tenders, and two large fries. Everything was very dry. My mouth needed water to wash the food down after every bite. And halfway through my fish sandwich, I found a hair strand on my lettuce. I was done after that. I wanted to visit a Whataburger since hearing about it a while ago, and I'm disappointed this was my first experience. Thankfully, there are other locations, so I'm willing to give them another try. read more

Just wanted to give a shout-out to the staff working on Monday, Dec. 22. I was driving back home to Richmond after visiting family in Beaumont. I was super hungry and stopped for lunch at this Whataburger. I received a warm greeting when I walked through the door. The cashier was above and beyond kind and professional. The food was delicious and I was wished a Merry Christmas when I was leaving. I will definitely stop here again. Thank you to everyone! You made my day! :) read more

I have been a whataburger fan for over 35 years. That being said, this is the worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had! i ordered a Whataburger (not a meal just the burger) and was charged $12.00! when I complained about the charge I was told it was because I had the tomatoes cut out! so they charge you more for less food? When I asked to speak to a manager I was told he wasn't working tonight. I will not be going back to this Whataburger and will be sharing my experience with all of my friends and family and will ask them to warn others! read more

I've come through here multiple times throughout the night for a shake on my way to Winnie from Dayton. Every time, no matter what time it is in the night I get the old "cleaning our shake machine" you cannot tell me that every time I've come through there they've actually been cleaning the shake machine. read more

We were blasting towards Houston on Texas 90 and stopped in for lunch. It's a nice location they are fully staffed and it's not crowded. It's clean, that's important! Food came out quick our server was super friendly and we all chatted while we made our order. It's bright inside, we liked that. The staff was busy, restrooms were clean, parking lot is nice all in all it's a great location!! read more

First off, I waited for an hour and a half for a burger just to end up with food poisoning. They gave me meat that wasn't cooked through and I was on the toilet for 3 days. read more

One of my favorite Whataburgers of all time. I have been stopping here for years Every time I travel to Houston. The service and food was great at the old location and is still good at the new and updated location. The food is always hot, service is fast and the staff is friendly. You should give this place a try. read more

My boys and husbands favorite breakfast stop on the way to Houston....need I say more?? Hubby loves taquitos with picante for breakfast. He usually gets the bacon taquito...I get bacon and potato! My ten year old loves the chicken biscuit and hash browns...he doesn't like the honey butter so we order it dry! My eight year old got the breakfast platter with biscuit, bacon, eggs, and hash browns....honestly, too much food!! Coffee was fresh and good, tea was also fresh! Enjoy this location! read more

Literally the worst Whataburger in tx. Waiting in line for an hour after waiting to find out that my order has been giving to the wrong people 4 different times. Finally we got a bag thinking it was our food opened and nothing was in the bag. So pulled back in went inside with my receipt and explained to the manager Benjamin how it was wrong. He said he'd take care of it. He brought the food back and it still was wrong but finally had enough and left and went somewhere else. Even the employees were talking about how un organized it was and were about to walk out. read more

Who ever is cooking today on this date July 6 Monday 2020 y'all food was the best I don't know what it was but the food tasted so good

This is the absolute worst whataburger ever, just go to the one in dayton. Anytime i go they either get my order wrong or i get someone else's order. Also the wait time is extremely long for a fast food place. 45 minutes in the drive thru when there was only 2 cars in front of me. Used to come here way too often and now i can for sure say that i will not return here anymore! read more

I'm about to have to throw in the towel on this place... Maybe they're just always short-handed when I go. Maybe there's always a wedding reception going on the days I visit this location. I mean...we are in Liberty. Maybe everyone just disappears into thin air right when I pull up into the drive-thru. Hell. I'm not sure what it is, but I'm done. I wait forever with my kids at this location. I have been wanting to just give up on this place, but I live here and I just didn't want to put the only Whataburger in my town down, but geez!!! Although I'm always in the happiest mood ever with my two kids, who are normally hitting each other upside the head in the backseat after driving home from work around 10:30 pm, the last thing I want is to spend the night in the drive-thru. Tonight, I waited around 20 minutes to get cold food that I had to reheat in the microwave. I was so tired that I just didn't feel like calling and complaining. If it's not cold food, it's a messed up order. I work in Baytown and the location near my job is always busy, but never takes forever and my order has always been right. It takes a lot for me to give a bad review, but this location really needs to step it up. It's enough that they charge at least a dollar more than other Whataburgers for each menu item. I more than likely will return one day, but it'll be a long, long time from now... read more

Ok...being from California...I'm addicted to In&Out Burger, but I also developed an addiction for Whataburger while I was in Texas over the summer. I ate at many a Whataburger location in Texas, From Beeville to San Antonio to Houston...but my favorite was the one in a little town north of Houston called Liberty (actually I think it's because of the really cute and sweet redheaded assistant manager...) Nevertheless...I'm an addict...Whataburger really grew on me and I don't know why...I suspect it has something to do with the mustard... read more

The girl they handed us our food totally acted like she hated her job. The fries were still raw. Toast was black. But what more can you expect from Liberty...lol read more

The best burgers I've ever had, and they are made fresh when you order it. You can't go wrong with Whataburger.

Friendly service by a sweet lady who'd obviously had a rough life. They got our order correct. Asked if we needed anything else, and the place seemed fairly clean. OK, for what it is. A fast food burger joint. I am not a huge fan of the Whataburger. read more

Yummy food! I got a salad and the chicken and ingredients were extremely fresh. For a fast food restaurant the service and place was very clean. read more

Dirty and very poor untrained help. Asked what a Monterey burger had on it, and both helpless gals had no idea. Bathroom smelled like an open grave. Food very average. Will not come back here. Avoid like the plague. read more
