I really enjoy the food here. -Lastly, I don't know if this is just a limited time offer, but every time I go in there, I get the Bird Pack which is definitely enough food to feed me, my wife and our two kids and it's only $40! Everywhere you go nowadays to feed a family of four, you're looking at spending a MINIMUM of $60. When compared to Beakys, I can't recommend one over the other because both are tasty but this bird pack keeps me coming back to urban bird many times.

I asked what counted as an even exchange, and the only option was coleslaw--which the Double Clucker already comes with--so that made no sense whatsoever. I stuck with the fries. Oddly, the meal doesn't include a drink, so I added an Oreo milkshake since that also had good reviews. The staff was very friendly, and the milkshake came out first and fast. They served it to my table in the empty dining room. Flavor was fine, but it didn't come with the cherry shown in the photos and included in the menu description. Worse yet, it was extremely watery--super runny, not cold, and definitely not "Frosty" as advertised. See my videos. Big disappointment. When the food arrived, the tender itself was great--moist and flavorful. The mild heat level barely registered for me, but the ranch dip was better than the house sauce dip. The coleslaw didn't do it for me. It lacked flavor, and the cabbage pieces were cut way too large. Lastly, the fries. Oh boy. Not refrigerator cold, but definitely cool. Not warm, not hot--just... cool. And ack. Overall, I can only recommend the tenders. They do sell them à la carte for $4 and change, and those are the only thing worth getting that I tried.
