First time at Whataburger and I'm a bit disappointed. I ordered an original burger without pickle and added ketchup. It was good. Nice flavor and the burger was HEFTY. The only complaint I have about the burger is that it was very messy!! I feel like they slapped the mustard and ketchup on and didn't care where it went. The fries were good but not the best. I had raspberry iced tea for my drink which was the highlight for me cause it's one of my favorite drinks. What I really DID NOT like tho was when I ordered, I asked for small fries and a small drink because I don't eat much. I expected it to be lower in price since I'm asking for less but it was THE SAME PRICE as the medium and the cashier failed to tell me there was no price difference. I don't understand how getting less is the same price for the medium it comes with. They need to tell you it's the same cause I would have just stuck with the medium and got my monies worth. I mean, look how small the fry is that I got. If I knew the medium was the same price....... Knowing what I know now, I'd probably give this place another shot as it did taste good. I'd also ask a lot more questions so I can make sure I'm getting what I pay for. read more

The place is very clean as well and I don't smell like a hamburger when I leave. The employees are so friendly and will never get upset when you questionS. This is my first time at a Whataburger. It was a very good experience although I picked my order up through the drive thru. I ordered online at the What... website and it was easy and quick. By the time I drove down to the location from my hotel a couple blocks away, it was ready for me. The kid in the customer service booth was polite and professional but he did NOT give me ketchup for my fries or napkins. This is the first Whataburger location we have ever visited outside of Texas. We found the restaurant to be very clean. The employees were so incredibly and genuinely kind and helpful. And honestly, I felt like the burgers and food was even better than it is when we've tried it in Texas. The friendliness of the staff alone is worth going back to. This is a comment for the management of this Whataburger or all of them. You have a terrible process for drive thru. A customer orders at speaker and gets directed to go in a B Lane ( not the window lane). After a wait a worker comes to the customer and asks for payment. (No Meal or Drink) they return indoors and another wait. They emerge and return to customer to give receipt and change (still no meal). They return indoors. More wait. They return with drinks (still no meal) they return indoors more waiting. They return with meal after a wait. I asked worker why all the back and forth. While I waited several other customers were directed to window and were served and on their way. This is the stupidest process I've ever witnessed. Remember I'm the customer and have a choice. Stop at drive thru at 10:30 am. I can't believe the attitude you get from the women working this Whataburger. "What would like, ...drink? This is the price." That's it. Rude attitude And slow, slow. I just drove out the line. People here don't have no respect for anyone. I'd expect something like, "welcome to Whataburger, can i take your order? Would you like a drink with that? The employees are very nice and attentive. They're a good reason to keep going back. I've eaten here many times since it's close to where I work, and there's been issues here and there. I filed a complaint once because I'd get like 4 onion rings (and they're not the big ones like at Sonic) or 3 hash brown sticks in my order despite paying nearly $3 for it, and the manager was professional about it and it appears that has changed for the better when ordered again. Also, I recommend NEVER using their drive thru as the wait can be ridiculous. Indoor service is faster. This location is a great, clean location for the Whataburger franchise. The staff is friendly and attentive. However, the Whataburger fries are just average, and their hamburger, while good and piled high with veggies, just doesn't match up to Wendy's in my book. I will say, however, that the hamburger is one of the least greasy hamburger options, so in that respect it is superior. If you're looking for a Whataburger, this place is probably better than most. read more

I am a very displeased with Whataburger! First of all, we waited in the line for about 30 minutes, and the man could not get our order right to save his life! Then finally we got to the window, and we paid 40 bucks for a meal! They asked us to pull up, and they would have it right out... We sat outside of Whataburger at 4 AM for 30 minutes! We eventually had to get out of the car and walk up to the window, and the man said " oh shit we forgot"..... LIKE YOU FORGOT A $40 order!!! So then the man brought our food within two minutes after we went up to the window, and then said " we gave you two free cookies for your troubles"!!! Like two free cookies! They should've gave us our whole damn meal free!! So long story short we got there at 2:52am and left there at 3:58am! I am a very kind person and usually never leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst fast food experience of my life! read more

Only giving one star because I have to. The service is terrible. I went through the drive thru, ordered my food. Easy enough. I then waited in the line about 4 minutes before I even paid for my food. Okay, there were two vehicles in front of me, so understandable. It's when I got to the window that the hot mess began. The guy came to the window to confirm my order. He then took my card to pay. Standard enough, except after taking my card and swiping it, he CLOSED THE WINDOW AND WALKED OFF. Yes, completely out of sight with my card! And stayed gone for over 10 minutes. During this time, my drinks are sitting in the window, one cup broken one with no lid. A female FINALLY comes to the window to hand me my drinks, lids loose. Then asks me to pull up to wait for the food. I've been waiting for about 15 minutes at this point. I told her I needed my card, and she brings me that. Meanwhile I'm wondering what they were doing with my card all this time. You NEVER walk out of sight with a customer's card, EVER. So after pulling up because I've already paid and my husband and I both just worked 12 hour shifts so nobody is cooking, I wait another 10 minutes for my food. When she FINALLY brings that out, I have to remind her that I had one more drink. Honestly, they could have kept that because I threw them out since they sat open on their counters. Got home and none of the food was correct. But at that point, I didn't even feel like bothering with it. Point is, this location is garbage. They need to restaff and retrain, or just shut it down. read more

The manager was yelling at all of her employees and a lot of people were in line soley for their orders being wrong. When I ordered they said they couldn't toast the buns, however in the day and any other Whataburger restaurant can. So I said that was fine and continued. When I got my order it was all wrong. When I told the manager that the order was wrong she took my bag of food and put it a side and very rudely said she'd get it out.
