Can someone please explain to me why you now added a second lane to your drive through, BUT THAT LANE IS NEVER OPENED!? I have been in this line since 11:45 pm and it's now 12:39 AM. ...Late night munchies (ha) but I mean COME ON. EITHER HIRE MORE STAFF OR DON'T SPEND MONEY ON AN UNOPENED LANE to be able to hire more staff!! Disappointed once again. Same thing, different day. Ordered two Southern Bacon Double Burgers, as they come, nothing else. Drove five miles home, unwrapped the burgers to find the slaw, onions, pickles, and southern sauce had all run over the side of the burgers and not one piece bacon could be found. NO BACON ON A BACON BURGER? REALLY??? $18.19 for two of the worst burgers we have ever gotten there. I'm so tired of not getting what you order here, and receiving sub par food. It's happened too many times. It's just not worth the outrageous prices they charge when they can't prepare the burgers the way they are supposed to be. read more

The local Walgreen's has always been my morning emergency stop. A couple months ago I stopped in here, and I must say, this is the better choice for that after black cup o' coffee, tummy cramps, i hope I packed extra draws(IBS) just in case... potty stop. It is always clean, the music selection is oldies which is kinda fun and upbeat, you can connect to free Wi-Fi on your phone. The temperature is always perfect, not too cold to have a seat but not stuffy to where you can't breathe while taking care of your business. Only thing I wish they had that they don't is paper towels instead of air blower....well and maybe a bidet... hope this helps! read more

It's Whataburger. No one can hate on that. Stopped there this morning with Jenn. It's clean. The employees are nice enough. We had Taquito's. More than enough to fill. I've had other items off the menu and they were good as well. This is the second edition for this location. The previous was torn down and a Shell station quick stop is in the same building. It has some historic bikes and other Kilgore stuff. I can't give it a 5 Star. It's a chain or it would rank. read more

Yes I gave it five stars. First of all Whataburger restaurants (along with one other chain) have the nicest and cleanest stores and the friendliest most courteous staff around. This one is over the top. The décor would make you think you are in a high end bar and grill. The restaurant was spotless. The girl at the register was extremely polite and triple checked with me about my order. I ordered the sweet and spicy bacon burger with double meat, fries and a soda. She delivered to my table with speed, accuracy, and again a politeness that is fantastic. The fries are very good and always taste the same from location to location. I always mix up one container of regular ketchup with one container of spicy. Yum. The burger was fantastic (as they always are). I wish we had these in Georgia although I would probably weigh who knows how much. Love Whataburger!!!! read more

I don't recommend this whataburger to anyone. After waiting 15 minutes for a shake and watching 4-5 cars leave with meals I went to the door to complain and get my money back and what do you know there they were. Keep tour shakes. Sorry but this whataburger suck. Hope your experience is better than ours. read more

Ordered at the drive thru and got to the window the guy repeated everything back correctly but yet the entire order was wrong. We didn't realize until we got all the way home so of course there was no use on turning around. Food went in the trash and I've finally convinced my husband to stop suggesting this place as a food option. Cleanest, best smelling, friendliest Whataburger I have ever been to in my life. The food was fresh and the fries were crispy. And the bathroom was clean. I'm only passing through here but I wish that the Whataburger's at Texas Tech and in my hometown Arlington were as nice as this one. read more

I have to admit that they have some really good good food. I am not really a hamburger eater, chicken is my thing, but theirs is really good. My favorite though is their jalapeno cheese biscuit with cheese egg and sausage, those are the BOMB. That is the best breakfast Sammy ever! read more
