This dedicated Team deserves a remodel/upgrade. I have been buying Whataburger for 30 years and this location works hard to get it right. Try the Whatasauce (better than Canes version) on Grilled Chicken sandwich, my favorite or with any chicken they have. read more

Loved it! The number 1 was amazing! I also loved the Dr Pepper it was awesome and the staff are awesome

Food is alr. I like Whataburger. But the service is terrible. They are inattentive & rude.

Been coming here since the day it opened. But beware, the quality of food is horrible, place has gone down hill fast. Burgers were cold and wrong, fries were cold. I ended up giving my burger to the dog it was so bad. I'm done with this location, it's horrible read more

Would be zero if I could. 45 fkn minutes for a burger. Don't waste your time. Kid up front working his tail off so no problem there. Maybe understaffed? Poorly managed. Not busy took FORTY FIVE minutes for a burger. read more

Just got a Whataburger and the food is great but the lady who brought my order out was very unfriendly! She needs to get a job somewhere else. She pretty much shoved my food at me after I said thank you and she never said a word.Bad customer service! read more

Whataburger - Fast Food Near Me - Keller, Texas

I have loved Whataburger for many years and don't normally leave reviews. When I see drastically different experience I have to say something. Wow what a difference. The food quality today was absolutely superb. Fresh and flavorful. The friendly staff made the whole experience delightful. Keep up the good work. read more

Have ordered food from here a few times in the last few months. This one is NOT like other Whataburgers. Chicken sandwich looked like somebody stepped on it. Smashed Salad was blah. Forgot to give dressings. This was the last time here. Should have read all the 1 star reviews 1st. read more

They serve the entire menu all day!! Perfect for early school lunch times when you take your kids lunch. Most fast food places have a breakfast menu at certain times and then a lunch menu. It's hard to get lunch items at 10 am. The staff were great. We got our food really fast. It was hot and fresh. I was very happy with this Whataburger. read more

Good food but very slow service. Ok ambience. Overall I would give this 2 stars. I waited forever

Worst Whataburger around. Every time I come here, something is a problem, and there is always an excuse. Management here doesn't give a crap about the experience of the customer. For example, this visit, gravy for chicken tenders was literally water. Dip your chicken and it just came out soggy wet. I asked Zackary, the manager on duty, if he had any better gravy. He said he could make more. After sitting for about ten minutes with our food getting cold, we just decided to eat it dry. At one point, Zackary walked by. I asked if he forgot about our gravy. He ran off to get it. I told home don't bother, we ate it dry. His response was he thought we left. Never bothered to come look and see. Bottom line, go to another burger place or chicken place around here. Any of them are better than this store. read more

Whataburger - 10 burger box. Haven't seen this before. - Fast Food Near Me - Keller, Texas

How do you mess up SWEET TEA at a Texas Whataburger? Well, this location, did just that. Sweet tea that tasted 100% like COFFEE. And this location is no doubt the SLOWEST whataburger in Texas. read more

I ordered the #1 with Extra Lettuce, Tomatoes, no Mustard, plus Pepsauce. Gotta normal Whataburger as-is. Receipt matches my requests. Pay attention. I did not delight in your partakings, it was not on fleek. read more

Slow as shit literally took 25 minutes for a burger at 1:30 am on a sunday with no one in line

This place reminds me of a high school job with a bunch of sword fighting shenanigans going on during the wee hours. Nothing makes me say to myself "I remember my first job! " more than placing a drive thru order here at 1:40 AM on Thursday 12/22/2022. I'd like to say, specifically to the adolescents giggling and joking about on the 1:40 AM shift on Thursday 12/22/22-- let's settle down now boys, we're at work. read more

Whataburger - a qr code on a receipt - Fast Food Near Me - Keller, Texas

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Long wait and never get order correct! Awful, Awful, Awful!

The guy taking my order was extremely rude and forgot my chicken sandwich and chicken strips. Spent over almost 50.00 and they screwed up on my order bad. More than my messed up order, is they were rude and a hair in the fries. I'll never eat whataburger again. Never thought I'd get horrible service from this place since everyone try's to compare them to in-n-out. Definitely no comparison. read more

See all

I love whataburger. Logan is my homie for sure. Will always come here. Give him a raise.

Probably the worst location in TX. My order wasn't fulfilled properly, and the active Manger on duty refused to refund the difference in cost for what I paid for vs. what I received. Just get food from the gas station - it'll probably be better all around. read more

Honestly I ordered ahead and still had to wait in line when the order said it would be ready almost 10 minutes before I actually arrived....,. every time i go to order in person they are out of something or I end up waiting a longggggg line. Definitely not the whataburger it used to be :((( Later, Robert at the window was extremely rude and unhelpful by just handing us our order and rushing us on our way by closing the window without even saying a word.... read more

If I could give less stars, I would. Terrible customer service in the drive thru. I was charged for an order that wasn't mine, and then once mine was adjusted I waited so long just to get it. We an additional order in the car, waited forever to pay for that one. Once it was paid for I was told by the manger she already gave me the food, and she didn't. The back n forth was frustrating and everything was so disorganized. The customer service is horrendous. If you want to wait in line for forever and get treated like an idiot just pull up to this location. read more

I'm so sick of ordering on the app, showing up at the time it says and still having to wait literally 25-30 minutes to and then having my order wrong, never complete always getting shafted extra and then not getting it. Worst place to go around here. read more

Standard Whataburger experience for me. Great food and great people. I arrived very early in the morning and got a few taquitos. Delicious. Enjoy! read more

We love Whataburger but this location has the worst service. I always order ahead but still wait curbside and extra 15-20 minutes. Then there's always something wrong with order. read more

Robert the cashier was very courteous and professional. Our order was delivered in a timely manner.

Horrible experience, don't go there, none of the workers are wearing gloves, There was a fly in my sweet tea, I told the manager and they were too busy to even care, it was DISGUSTING and no one did anything about it. Terrible management. They don't care about your food. read more

Learn to count.. they ask you if you want condiments and how many, but they can't give you what you asked for. Food was cold

Yall dont know what these folks go through. Braver than the troops. Tip them everything you got read more

If there was a button for negative stars, I would put that instead of one star. I tried calling up there, they didn't answer and didn't say anything. Attempted to call the 4th time and "Mike" picked up. He said "how can I help you, I have a rush right now". Now that alone is terrible customer service. You don't rush someone on the phone. He had said threats to the phone with foul language. No customer wants verbal abuse. He does not need to be in an service industry dealing with customers. When dealing with an upset customer, it takes alot to not lose your job. These people have horrible customer service and your order is always messed up. Most of them does not need to be working there. read more

Worst service ever . The guy Robert didn't even give me my receipt . He looked like he wanted to beat someone up. So tense and unprofessional Needs to change an attitude fast. read more

Well to update my review I understand now all the bad reviews. We came during the day on a Wednesday a bunch of kids working. They were more interested in goofing off than working. Food was just unseasoned whataburger slop. It was a shame because they can be good. read more

Burger was so salty and gross don't come here during the night hours unless you want shitty service and crappy food

I'm kinda hooked on the Whataburger Junior now. Hot, fresh and dressed nicely. Much more satisfying than other fast food small burger option. And to think I made this discovery because the Krystal on Beach St. closed. read more

We've been sitting waiting for our food for an hour, still haven't got it. Very slow and don't treat you with respect. Everyone else already got their food. read more

The food here is pretty good but the speed, service, and cleanliness is notoriously horrible, even when the manager took my order.....on multiple occasions. It took almost half and hour to get a small fry and shake when there was literally only one one or two other people in the lobby. Not to mention, the lobby is completely dirty every time i go. I work in fast food and understand during rush it can be hard to keep the lobby clean, but I still find a way. Everything else about this location (which sucks after multiple visits) is not worth the pretty good food. :/ read more

Ordered online and went to pick up. Had to go inside. They forgot our drinks, napkins, amd didn't ask about ketchup. Get it together, kids!!

Completely wrong order. Order two different specialty burgers with large meals on both but on medium fries and chicken sandwiches....not the first from this location read more

Whataburger never fails me. No matter what I order, I'm always satisfied. Their burgers are big, and I love their fries. Love their spicy ketchup! Their Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger is amazing and I've ordered it a few times. It's a good-sized burger with two patties, grilled onions, and a sweet and spicy sauce. read more

Evening service at THIS Whataburger location is the worst. Pulled into the drive-through and ordered a double meat Whataburger meal. This should be very standard order yet, I was asked to move in a stationary position and wait for my food to be brought out. As I waited, a total of 4 cars behind me was served. I waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes. To add to insult, I had to go into the restaurant to get my food as they forgot to bring it out. Avoid this location at all cost but I especially avoid it evening service if you're dire need of a burger. read more
