They serve the entire menu all day!! Perfect for early school lunch times when you take your kids lunch. Most fast food places have a breakfast menu at certain times and then a lunch menu. Worst Whataburger around. Every time I come here, something is a problem, and there is always an excuse. Management here doesn't give a crap about the experience of the customer. For example, this visit, gravy for chicken tenders was literally water. Dip your chicken and it just came out soggy wet. I asked Zackary, the manager on duty, if he had any better gravy. He said he could make more. After sitting for about ten minutes with our food getting cold, we just decided to eat it dry. At one point, Zackary walked by. I asked if he forgot about our gravy. He ran off to get it. I told home don't bother, we ate it dry. His response was he thought we left. Never bothered to come look and see. If I could give less stars, I would. Terrible customer service in the drive thru. I was charged for an order that wasn't mine, and then once mine was adjusted I waited so long just to get it. We an additional order in the car, waited forever to pay for that one. Once it was paid for I was told by the manger she already gave me the food, and she didn't. The back n forth was frustrating and everything was so disorganized. The customer service is horrendous. Attempted to call the 4th time and "Mike" picked up. He said "how can I help you, I have a rush right now". Now that alone is terrible customer service. You don't rush someone on the phone. The food here is pretty good but the speed, service, and cleanliness is notoriously horrible, even when the manager took my order.....on multiple occasions. It took almost half and hour to get a small fry and shake when there was literally only one one or two other people in the lobby. Not to mention, the lobby is completely dirty every time i go. I work in fast food and understand during rush it can be hard to keep the lobby clean, but I still find a way. Evening service at THIS Whataburger location is the worst. Pulled into the drive-through and ordered a double meat Whataburger meal. This should be very standard order yet, I was asked to move in a stationary position and wait for my food to be brought out. As I waited, a total of 4 cars behind me was served. I waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes. To add to insult, I had to go into the restaurant to get my food as they forgot to bring it out.
