Price gouging at its best in a tourist town. Most items are 25-35% more than in other locations. I pay $3.24 for a large drink at all other locations. Here it's $4.35. Almost $5 for a large drink!!!! Whataburger has fallen a long way in food quality and taste. This was the worst cheeseburger I have ever eaten! The service was slow so my bad burger was cold and dry when I finally got it. The place was not swept, the tables were hardly bussed, and overall the place was filthy. I won't go back and I won't be surprised if this Whataburger is shut down by the health department. I didn't eat here for about 2 years. I decided surely it was better now. Nope. The reason I quit eating here was because a large ICED tea cost right at $4. You would think the employees would understand that ICED means it contains ice. Once before the excuse was because the tea was fresh it was hot and melted the ice. Just your normal Whataburger, what sets this apart was the staff. They were very friendly and had great attitudes.

Worst Whataburger ever!!!! They ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS screw up my order, then when they try to fix it, they screw that up, too!! Read the G**d*** order ticket and double check it before you send it out!! How f*****g difficult is that??!!?? Restaurant Operations 101!!! This place SUCK!! We waited for over 20mins in the drive thru and they still got the order wrong. We should of just left but we had invested time already and was very excited to try the burger! We repeated our order and when we got to the window all he said was... oh ya, sorry about that..and wait another 10mins just to get the order correctly...never mind!! The bacon/cheese sandwich looked like someone squeezed it after being wrapped and bagged! Taste...it was ok! The Whataburger looked like it was stepped on before they bagged it! The chicken fajita taco, wow!!! Looked like a 5yrs old put that together! Tasted good tho!! But fell apart before it was even eaten. Spent almost $20 for everything and completely dissatisfied. the employees here at Whataburger in Ingram saved my dogs life, my dog princess ran into the road and got hit by a car, the manager emeri risked her life to save my service dog her coworker Michael called the vets clinic and David performed cpr until we could get her to the clinic.she thankfully survived with minor injuries and Anita gave me an apple pie to make me feel better! amazing crew!!! read more

This is without a doubt the cleanest Whataburger I have ever been to. Really friendly staff and the food was fast and great quality.

Customer service here has to be the worst! The past 2 times I have gone here the people I have dealt with have been unfriendly. The first time there was nobody in the drive thru line and no customers inside. I went through the drive thru and asked how many chicken strips came in the order(the menu is hard to see). She replied in a sarcastic tone, uh 3. Went to the the window. She states the total. I hand her my card, she runs it, hands it back to me. I said thank you. She says nothing. I am sitting waiting for my food for over 10 minutes( which for this location is the norm). She hands me my food, I again say thank you, and again nothing. I stopped there yesterday. I ordered a whataburger meal, and a whataburger, without the meal. The guy says rudely, uh, what do you want? I explained again I only wanted the burger. I pull up to the window. He doesn't say anything. I hand him my card, he hands it back, and neither one of us says anything. Another employee hands me my drinks, who was polite. I thanked him. Again after waiting for 7 minutes, the original employee hands me my food. I thanked him, and nothing. I order 2 things, and they couldn't even get the drink right. I ordered a diet coke and ended up with a Dr. Pepper. I don't know what type of training the employees get at this location, but they may need to look in to a new manager. There are 3 other Whataburger's in this town, I highly recommend that you go to one of them. This is the worst one, and I will not be going back. read more

Employees are stupid and the food is horrible. We ordered 5 items and they only gave us 3. The bun was so hard I could not bite through it. It must have been a month old. The fries were cold and there were only 3 onion rings in the bag. I don't know how they stay in business. read more

I stopped eating fast food a few years ago and now I remember why. Today I needed food in a hurry and gave it a chance. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and choked down half of it before throwing the rest away. I think it had been fried in oil that was in bad need of changing. I almost always enjoy my food from Whataburger. I love the thin beef patty and it is salty. I happen to like salty foods. The fries are always the husbands favorite part. He likes the Jalapeno Cheeseburger and I go for the Cheeseburger. We have always been fans of the Whataburger and we almost always go through the drive through and take it home. They are usually pretty quick. read more
