I am a former employee at this location. I was solely responsible for maintenance of all machines and the smooth operation and stocking of merchandise for over a year a half. It was a thankless, dirty job but I stuck with it because the gm, Saeid Berenji, promised me a raise and strung me along with repeated assurances for well over a year. He made excuse after excuse, dismissal after dismissal no matter how often I professionally attempted to address this matter. Now I can no longer be cordial. We the working people should no longer accept the blatant LIES of scummy employers. I am a hard worker and not the first he's taken advantage of. It's time to speak up. read more

Well the dining room doesn't open until 9am. The drive through is open at 6:3pam but only if you are in a car or pick up. You are located in a truck stop that is open 24hrs a day. You have hungry truck drivers around the clock. If you can not be open 24/7, then do not put a Mcdonald's in a truck stop. I ate here yesterday about 4:30pm 11-13-22. Took 20 minutes for my order and it came out luke warm at best. read more

I don't understand how the gm would think that putting an elderly woman with hearing problems on the register when it's slammed is a good idea. She was friendly and doing everything she could to make sure she got our order correct. The gm I'm assuming sees she's having a hard time and instead of offering to help he proceeds to go to another register and take other people's order. After I pay my family decides to go to a table to rest their legs and the GM tells us the lobby is closed, we aren't eating nor do we have our drinks I was even making sure my order was right. He came and apologized for the old lady, but he should have apologized for his lack of knowing how to manage the situation. My husband tells him we were taking a little rest and he becomes rude. The woman handing out the order was a bit rude and when I asked for the managers name she gives me a name, she goes to tell him, and they both laugh making me believe she gave me a false name. The only good experience we had at that restaurant was the friendliness and the need of accuracy from the cashier other than that I will never step foot in that restaurant and I'll be sure to tell my family and friends to stay away. I hope the cashier has family that goes to see what kind of environment she is working in because it's ridiculous. read more

I wish I can give these guys negative stars. I placed an order and the girl messed up my order, which made me have to reorder my meal. I waited extremely long for an order of fries. The beepers are going over and no one seemed to know what they were doing. A girl was standing by the fries PLAYING on her damn phone. My fries had ZERO salt on it because once I complained, she tried to rush and forgot to add sales I had to call a lady over that I noticed her tag read "manager" when I proceeded to complain, it turns out the woman playing on her phone was the GENERAL MANAGER. If I Could Give a Lower Score I would They charged my debit card 42 times for the amount of 30 bucks using the mobile app when I showed the manger all the charges on my card he told me that that wasn't his problem an shut the window in my face so I knocked again and ask him would he just mind figuring something out with me because we had been at the truck stop for a few hours hence my husband being the truck driver who delivered there waiting for me to come back with a meal for the night after driving all day and he again told me that that wasn't his problem and if I didn't leave that he would call the cops at this point I was so angry my kids were hungry and so was my husband a few minutes after my husband went and tried to make an order to pay with cash the employee was in the middle of taking his order when the manger comes over and pushes the kid out the wad and canceled the order and told my husband that he would not service him and that he was calling the cops so my husband let him know to yes please call the cops because it was pretty ridiculous that he's refusing a whole new order to be paid with cash when we had the proof that they charged our card 42 times long story short the cops arrived and even they tried to get him to service us but he still refused the cops apologized and gave us a report and his information so that if the bank gave us an issue he would help us out So to the night Manger who worked on the night of July 2nd 2020 around 10pm thank you .....thank you for listening to your costumers and helping with the issues as good managers try to do thank you for leaving my kids hungry thank you for not serving a trucker that runs up and down Coast to Coast and was hoping for something warm to eat that night for him self and his wife and kids thank you for not understanding thank you for not knowing how to communicate thank you for the name you gave to your business I hope the owners sees this and knows just how you run his business and by the way take time to think.....you work at a truck stop and it was that trucker who you left hungry who brings the essentials you need to run your business with out them Your minimum wage job wouldn't exist please rethink your attitude and treat other who you would want your family and yourself to be treated . read more
