Our waitress ran through the menu and so I order the 8-piece wing (4 buffalo / 4 lemon pepper) and my buddy orders the smash burger with onion rings. As we wait for our order, the manager comes by to talk with us and lets us know she has some fresh baked goodies for sale and long story short I end up leaving with a buttermilk pie. It was delicious. But I digress, when thing wings come out, the wings and drummies were both a good size with plenty of meat on the bone. They were fried nicely and not overly drowned in sauce. The buffalo sauce was nice and tangy, and the lemon pepper was on point. My buddy gave a thumbs up to the smash burger and onion rings. Overall, I'm glad we were able to stop in for some small-town hospitality right before Christmas. I look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.

It's like a restaurant and bar, plus an owner who seems to care about his establishment. My cousin and I went in for the same chicken wings, lemon pepper. Not all wing places are the same, I have to give the person making these wings a compliment! They had the perfect amount of lemon/pepper, it was not overly salted like many other places. I actually enjoyed the nice and crispy wings, without the over powering of lemon pepper seasoning. And as I finished wings, the bottom of the container was not full of manteca/grease, again like many other places I have been to. I would come again to get the full experience and maybe enjoy a cocktail from the bar. If you are ever in the area, stop by for some delicious wings!

Boned in the hottest Buffalo sauce offered and went with the recommendation of the waitress on the Garlic Parmesan tenders. For the boned I wish they would have been double sauced. Asking for more sauce only got me cold sauce. Through many mediocre attempts I've decided boneless wings aren't my thing. Mostly factory made, fried too many times, and sauced by the restaurant. Better alternative was Sauced split (almost a paillard) tenders. I think this will be my next meal here. Tenders double sauced in the Buffalo sauce. And, I'll be skipping the Caesar Salad that we ordered on this visit. Kitchen, it's not a "Caesar" if the ingredients aren't true to the original recipe. I'd probably be all over a higher start rating if this attempt to avoid double fried (at least on my side) was acceptable.
